Be at the AJET AIRLINES counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen International Departures Terminal at 20:40. After completing the departure procedures at the airport, board AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF255 at 23:40 to the exotic holiday destination of Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt.

2nd Day: Sharm Sheikh

After our arrival at local time 01:05, we will transfer to our hotel. After check-in procedures, we will settle into our rooms and spend the night at the hotel.

Optional Tour: Boat Trip to Ras Mohammed // 60 USD per adult – 35 USD per child fee

We invite you to a boat trip where you will closely explore the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world in Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas of the Red Sea. You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour from the Ras Mohammed Nature Park. You can swim with snorkeling guides in the coral reefs. There will also be a stop at "White Island," a natural formation that emerged in the sea, where you can take pictures and take care of yourself with the minerals believed to be healing. Lunch will be served as an open buffet during the tour. Beverages are included with the meal. Seasonal fruits will also be served after the meal.

4th Day: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo

After an early breakfast, we will check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will have a panoramic city tour where we will have the opportunity to see the main tourist attractions such as Cairo Citadel, Mehmet Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Mosque, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sedat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic Historical Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will check into our hotel and spend the night.

5th Day: Cairo

6th Day: Cairo - Hurghada

After an early breakfast, we will check out from our hotels and depart from Cairo, the capital of Egypt, to the exotic holiday destination of Hurghada, we are heading for approximately a 7-hour pleasurable journey. After arrival in Hurghada, we will check into our hotel. Guests may join the optional evening tour. Overnight at the hotel.

Giftun, one of the most beautiful islands in the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. You can observe the underwater world while snorkeling on our full-day boat trip, enjoying all the beauties of the island. Limited non-alcoholic beverages and lunch will be served on board. Guests wishing to scuba dive must inform our guide in advance and pay extra. The sunbed and umbrella fee, and the National Park entrance fee are included in the price.

8th Day: Hurghada

After breakfast, enjoy your free time at the hotel activities. We will check out at 12:00. Our guests may join the optional tours. We will transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide.

Luxor, which is only 3.5 hours away from Hurghada, contains most of the important works of mysterious Egyptian history. We will depart early in the morning from our hotel, return at night. During this trip, we will visit Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Memnon Statues, and the Nile Delta with our expert guide in detail. We will have lunch in a local restaurant during our visit. This tour includes lunch and museum entrance fees.

9th Day: Hurghada / Istanbul

After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines, flight number VF252, begins at 03:35. After the local time arrives at 06:15, our journey ends. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from the advantageous travel package prices in extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours are realized with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. In the case of less than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
  • The prices of extra tours may change depending on local density or the season. The prices at the time of sale by the guide will be valid for extra tours.
  • In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or multiple options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
  • Our programs will have a guide meeting in the destination visited, and the guide service included in the package only covers panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, a guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during the extra tours.
  • Guests must inform the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
  • During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the indicated km. In such a case, the agency will inform 2 days before the departure date of the tour.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are done in a maximum 2-3 hour duration without museum or archaeological site entrance fees, with narration by guided transport.
  • For Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, due to local authorities closing the sites to be visited on the day and time of the tour, any event causing road closures, or weather conditions making the tour impossible, the agency is not responsible for not being able to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot as feasibility allows in areas with closed roads or restricted vehicle access.
  • Our program includes a guidemeeting upon arrival at the airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel they are staying in before the pick-up time given by the guide.
  • Hotels indicated in the program are offered for sale. Availability of hotels may change during the high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
  • We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/Worn banknotes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style banknotes that banks do not accept.
  • Since our package tours are aimed at going abroad, the foreign language proficiency of the guests is their own responsibility.

GENERAL TERMS

  • The tour program indicated at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests, along with the general terms and obligations below. The agency is not responsible for complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
  • Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the destination country and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such situations, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agency cannot assume any liability.
  • To avoid issues with customs at the border of the visited country due to ripped, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; those passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Any obstacles are the responsibility of the guests.
  • The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to grant a visa in cases it deems necessary; the agency has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The agency merely assumes the role of an intermediary. The agency bears no liability in personal visa applications.
  • When the agency applies for a visa on behalf of the passenger, it is the passenger's responsibility to check the accuracy of the information on the obtained visa. The agency is not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise from any misspelling on the visa.
  • For passengers who will apply for their visas independently, the procurement of necessary documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this timeframe; otherwise, the agency is not responsible for any delays.
  • In the event that a guest cancels their reservation or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, no refund shall be granted for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest received their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this service was indicated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if the agency cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the remaining balance after presenting their passport that shows they did not utilize the visa within a week of the visa expiration date, excluding any fees paid to the consulates for the visa and similar amounts. If the guest obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa facilitation company and the agency cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund shall be provided to that guest.
  • Depending on the city where the plane will land, there may be changes in the travel routes. The type and timing of the flight may also change, and due to high season availability or specific periods, similar hotels may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the passenger has accepted the RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
  • Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. Additional bed arrangements are available in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee cannot be given for three separate beds in triple rooms, but if a suitable room is available, a blockade will be made by the hotel based on availability.
  • Child discounts are only valid for children staying with two adults.
  • Hotels offer continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport of the traveler. Plane tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information will be the passenger's responsibility.
  • Our guests are required to have international travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from the agency or not. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be subject to fines imposed by the local authorities of the country. The responsibility for any penalties incurred for not having the travel insurance falls on the guests.
  • Due to international diplomatic relations, entering and exiting some countries may cause restrictions in obtaining visas or entering from border crossings, and these situations are beyond the control of the agency, thus the agency does not bear any responsibility in such cases.
  • In order to benefit the group from the economy and duration of the visit, guests who do not wish to participate in the predetermined tours along the travel route must accept to wait at a nearby facility until the group is done. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. These city tours and extra tours may be arranged on different days provided that the content remains unchanged or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, the agency is responsible for providing the best alternative for our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.
  • Tours that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities will not be conducted. The agency cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct these tours.
  • The plane seats in our programs are grouped by category. The round-trip flight is arranged as a single ticket. In the event of missing the outbound flight and/or not using it, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. The airline's rules will apply in these cases.
  • Information on possible last-minute flight delays and gate changes during flights is displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Such information should be monitored by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest is responsible for obtaining a new ticket (if necessary, based on the previous provision, as a round-trip ticket). Moreover, if they miss the first day's program due to missing the group departure, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, any transportation between the airport-city or airport-hotel, when arriving by a different flight than the group, is the guest's responsibility.
  • Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if there is availability in the relevant flight after the tickets have been issued. As the plane seats in our programs are group class, it may be necessary to pay the difference in price before upgrading the ticket to an economy class that can be upgraded, depending on the amount specified by the airline. Any price difference incurred will be the passenger's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
  • Before departing from Turkey, please check with your GSM operator whether your phone is open for international calls/receiving calls.
  • During your trip, please double-check that you have all your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the transportation vehicles and hotels.
  • The agency may change the order of the cities and/or the airline to be used without disrupting the content of the program in cases of force majeure that arise or deemed necessary.
  • The agency reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
  • The agency is not responsible for any items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father, and those traveling with their father must obtain it from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent must be obtained from both parents. The agency cannot be held responsible for the flight's failure to materialize due to the absence of a consent letter.
  • The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of it.
