Day 1: Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Flights Departures Terminal, in front of the AJET Airlines counter at 21:15. Day 2: Istanbul – Tbilisi After completing departure procedures abroad, departure to Tbilisi with AJET Airlines VF227 flight at 00:15. Arriving around 03:30 local time, then transfer to our hotel. After check-in, settle into the rooms and overnight at the hotel. After breakfast, meet our guide and start our panoramic city tour to get first impressions of the city’s cultural and architectural structure. We will walk along Rustaveli Avenue, the main boulevard of Tbilisi, viewing Freedom Square, Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Tbilisi Philharmonic Hall panoramically, then return to our hotel. The rest of the day is free. Guests may choose to join an optional tour of the Old City and a Georgian Night Dinner. In the evening, we head to one of Tbilisi's iconic spots, Metekhi Church. Enjoy panoramic views of the city's historic fabric and Old Town silhouette, then take a funicular ride up to Mtatsminda Hill. During the journey, you will enjoy views of Tbilisi illuminated at night. After photo stops, we go to a distinguished Georgian national restaurant in the city center. During dinner, experience vibrant Georgian national dances, live traditional music with colorful costumes, strong choreography, and authentic melodies, allowing you to immerse in Georgia's rich cultural heritage. Transfer back to the hotel and overnight. Day 3: Tbilisi After breakfast, free time. Guests can optionally join the “Lunch in Tbilisi & Mtskheta Tour.” After breakfast at the hotel, we head to the UNESCO World Heritage site and Georgia’s ancient capital, Mtskheta. This region is one of the most important centers of Georgian history and Orthodoxy, known for its monuments and spiritual atmosphere. Our first stop will be Jvari Monastery, a 6th-century site near Mtskheta. Then, we visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, built in the 11th century, regarded as one of the most sacred sites in Georgian Orthodoxy. After the visits, have lunch at a local restaurant. Post-lunch, we return to Tbilisi. Upon arrival, we start our walking tour of Old Tbilisi to get a close look at the city’s historic fabric. The tour begins at Rike Park, offering panoramic views of the Old Town across the river, and continues with a short walk within the park. Then, we take a cable car to Narikala Fortress, a historic defense point of Tbilisi. We pass by the only mosque in Tbilisi and visit the historic Abanotubani Baths district. During the walk, we pass through streets featuring open-air cafes and small restaurants reflecting Caucasian hospitality, heading toward the Peace Bridge on the Mtkvari (Kura) River, noted for its modern architecture. The tour continues with visits to Sioni Cathedral (17th century), the oldest surviving religious building in Tbilisi, and Anchiskhati Basilica (6th century). Finally, passing by the Clock Tower of Rezo Gabriadze Puppet Theater, we conclude the tour. End of the tour and return to the hotel. Day 4: Tbilisi After breakfast, check out by 12:00 (if the hotel is available and with prior notice to our guide, you may pay an extra fee to keep your room until transfer time at the airport). Guests have free time until the guide’s designated transfer time. Guests can join an optional full-day Signagi Evening Dinner Tour. We will go approximately 110 km to the Kakheti region, known as the “City of Lovers,” which is UNESCO protected. This picturesque town was founded in the Middle Ages; we will explore its city walls from the 18th century, capture stunning views, and take photographs. Walk through the historic streets, taste renowned Georgian wines in wine cellars, and visit a special Khareba wine cellar and tunnel, learning about wine storage and production. Travel through Alazani Valley amid vineyards. Dinner will be at a winery restaurant in the Khaneti region, featuring Georgian cuisine. After dinner, return to Tbilisi around 23:30. Day 5: Tbilisi – Istanbul Transfer to the airport. After completing ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, departure to Istanbul at 05:45 with AJET’s VF228 flight. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour concludes.

  1. Citizens of the Republic of Turkey can travel to Georgia without a passport, using only the new chip-enabled Turkish ID card.

  • To benefit from discounted prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours require a minimum participation of 15 persons. If participation is below 15, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the content of the extra tours on the scheduled days, provided the content remains the same.
  • In case hotel(s) are announced only by category without specific names or are options for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Our programs include reception with the guide at the dropped area; the included guide service is only for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. Extra tours include guide service. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Guests traveling with a green passport from Turkey should renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country or their flights may be canceled by the airline. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
  • Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or similarly damaged must be renewed to avoid issues at border controls of the destination country; if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, it must be transferred to the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility is with the passenger.
  • Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date; otherwise, they are responsible for any issues arising.
  • BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS is not responsible if a visa is not granted. BTB TOURS only performs as an intermediary.   • Travelers who apply for a visa themselves must verify the accuracy of the information on the visa, such as hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc. BTB TOURS is not responsible for errors or problems arising from incorrect information or for the flight being denied due to these.
  • Those who get their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department must provide necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) typically within 1 working day. Guests should plan accordingly to avoid issues. BTB TOURS is not responsible for delays or failures in visa processing.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation or cannot participate in the tour, no refund will be made for visa fees or service charges. If the guest obtained their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this service is listed as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can request a refund of the visa fee and related expenses, minus government visa fees, within 1 week after presenting their passport showing the visa was unused.
  • Flight routes may change depending on the city of arrival. Aircraft type and departure times are subject to change, and hotels may vary during high seasons or special periods due to availability. These situations are communicated at the time of contract, and the passenger accepts the risk of time and hotel changes by purchasing the tour.

  • Respective authorities may not permit access or entry to certain locations or tours, which BTB TOURS cannot be responsible for.
  • The flight tickets are group-based, issued as a round-trip, and the return flight may be automatically canceled if the outbound is missed or not used. Airline rules apply.
  • Last-minute delays or gate changes are displayed on airport information boards/screens. Passengers must track this info. Missing a flight due to such reasons or personal issues, the guest must buy a new ticket at their own cost. They may also miss initial days of the program; responsibility is theirs. Traveling with a different flight to the city/region is at the guest’s own risk.
  • Upgrading airline tickets with miles is only possible after tickets are issued and if the airline has availability. Since our flight seats are group-based, any upgrade requires paying the fare difference specified by the airline before upgrading. The cost is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets are typically issued days before departure.
  • To use your mobile phone internationally, please check with your GSM provider before departure whether your line is enabled for international calls/roaming.
  • Please ensure your belongings are complete when leaving transportation or hotels during your trip.
  • BTB Tours may modify the itinerary, order of cities, or airline provider without altering the core program due to force majeure or necessity.
  • BTB reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
  • BTB TOURS is not responsible for missed, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
  • Children under 18 traveling with their mother or father need a consent letter if traveling with a different parent or third person; absence of this may result in non-issuance of boarding, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
