Important Notes About Traveling to Tbilisi:

1. Citizens of the Republic of Turkey can travel to Georgia without a passport, using only the new chip-enabled Turkish ID card.

Entry Requirements with ID Card

• The new chip-enabled Turkish ID card (M=must be) is mandatory. Old national ID cards are not valid
• Visa is not required
• Passport is not required
• The ID card must be intact, readable, and for travelers of all ages, must be recent with a photo
• ID card must be with you at entry and exit

2. Starting from January 1, 2026, all tourists entering Georgian territory must have a valid health and accident insurance policy.

• The insurance policy must be presented in physical or electronic form and must be in Georgian or English, with a coverage amount of at least 30,000 GEL.
• The insurance policy must cover the full duration of the stay in Georgia, including both entry and exit dates.
• The insurance policy must include the following mandatory information:

       • The parties of the insurance contract

       • Scope of coverage

       • Subject of insurance

       • Start and end dates of insurance coverage

       • Insured risks

       • Insurance amount (limits)

       • Insurance premium amount

       • Payment location and conditions

• To benefit from discounted prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours require a minimum participation of 15 persons. If participation is below 15, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the content of the extra tours on the scheduled days, provided the content remains the same.
• In case hotel(s) are announced only by category without specific names or are options for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Our programs include reception with the guide at the dropped area; the included guide service is only for panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. Extra tours include guide service. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
• In fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at locations more than the specified km away. In such cases, BTB Tours will inform 2 days before the departure date.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to introduce the cities; they are non-including entrance to museums, archaeological sites, lasting at most 2-3 hours, and are conducted via panoramic distribution using a vehicle from inside.
• Since the tours and programs depend on local authorities' permission, closure of sights due to any reason, or weather conditions, tours may not be conducted. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot in cases where roads or entries are restricted or inaccessible.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program specified upon reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from this information. Guests are considered to have read and accepted all these terms in advance.
• Guests traveling with a green passport from Turkey should renew their passport if it was issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may not be accepted by the destination country or their flights may be canceled by the airline. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
• Passports that are torn, damaged, wet, or similarly damaged must be renewed to avoid issues at border controls of the destination country; if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, it must be transferred to the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility is with the passenger.
• Guests' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date; otherwise, they are responsible for any issues arising.
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse a visa if deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS is not responsible if a visa is not granted. BTB TOURS only performs as an intermediary. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no obligations or liabilities. By registering for the tour, consumers accept these conditions.
• Travelers who apply for a visa themselves must verify the accuracy of the information on the visa, such as hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc. BTB TOURS is not responsible for errors or problems arising from incorrect information or for the flight being denied due to these.
• Those who get their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department must provide necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) typically within 1 working day. Guests should plan accordingly to avoid issues. BTB TOURS is not responsible for delays or failures in visa processing.
• If the guest cancels their reservation or cannot participate in the tour, no refund will be made for visa fees or service charges. If the guest obtained their visa through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this service is listed as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can request a refund of the visa fee and related expenses, minus government visa fees, within 1 week after presenting their passport showing the visa was unused.
• Flight routes may change depending on the city of arrival. Aircraft type and departure times are subject to change, and hotels may vary during high seasons or special periods due to availability. These situations are communicated at the time of contract, and the passenger accepts the risk of time and hotel changes by purchasing the tour.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Extra beds apply, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Guarantee of three separate beds cannot be promised; if available, the hotel may block such rooms based on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only when sharing a room with 2 adults.
• The hotels offer a continental breakfast, not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast includes butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number must be provided and entered into the system as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Any errors or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests must have international travel and health insurance valid from at least one day before departure to at least one day after the tour, and carry the related policy during the trip. Those without travel insurance may be penalized by local authorities of the destination country. Responsibility for any penalties lies with the guest.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, some entry or exit may be restricted or travelers may be denied visas, which is beyond BTB Tours' control. In such cases, BTB Tours is not responsible. This is accepted by all participants.
• For group benefit and duration, guests accept that on the route, sightseeing stops may occur; those not wishing to participate will wait at a nearby location until the tour is finished. The bus will pick them up afterward and continue the tour.
• Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites, last up to 2-3 hours, and are conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary.
• Since the tours and program are subject to local authorities' permission, closure, or weather conditions, tours may be canceled or cannot be implemented. BTB Tours is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot if roads or sites are inaccessible.

• Since the tours depend on local authorities' permission, closure of venues, or weather conditions, they may not be performed. BTB Tours is not responsible for cancellations. Some tours may be conducted with public transport or on foot if roads or sites are inaccessible.

• Cancellation of reservation or inability to participate in the tour will not entitle refunds for visa fees or service charges. If the visa was obtained through BTB TOUR’s Visa service and the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can request a refund of visa and related fees (excluding government visa fees) after submitting their passport showing the visa was unused, within one week after visa expiry. If obtained independently, no refund will be provided.

• The panoramic city tours are for city introductions; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees, last up to 2-3 hours, and are conducted from the vehicle with narration.
• Respective authorities may not permit access or entry to certain locations or tours, which BTB TOURS cannot be responsible for.
• The flight tickets are group-based, issued as a round-trip, and the return flight may be automatically canceled if the outbound is missed or not used. Airline rules apply.
• Last-minute delays or gate changes are displayed on airport information boards/screens. Passengers must track this info. Missing a flight due to such reasons or personal issues, the guest must buy a new ticket at their own cost. They may also miss initial days of the program; responsibility is theirs. Traveling with a different flight to the city/region is at the guest’s own risk.
• Upgrading airline tickets with miles is only possible after tickets are issued and if the airline has availability. Since our flight seats are group-based, any upgrade requires paying the fare difference specified by the airline before upgrading. The cost is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets are typically issued days before departure.
• To use your mobile phone internationally, please check with your GSM provider before departure whether your line is enabled for international calls/roaming.
• Please ensure your belongings are complete when leaving transportation or hotels during your trip.
• BTB Tours may modify the itinerary, order of cities, or airline provider without altering the core program due to force majeure or necessity.
• BTB reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining the same category.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for missed, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
• Children under 18 traveling with their mother or father need a consent letter if traveling with a different parent or third person; absence of this may result in non-issuance of boarding, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility.
• The general conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately.
