IMPORTANT NOTES
●    To take advantage of the favorable package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
●    Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If the number of participants is less than 10, tour prices may change or may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
●    Prices for extra tours may change depending on the local density or the season. The prices at the time of purchasing from the guide will apply for extra tours.
●    In cases where the program only specifies category information without mentioning names and/or where multiple options exist for the same destination, it will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
●    The guide will be present at the destination visited in the program, and the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
●    Guests must notify the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policy for extra tours is subject to the final decision of the local supplier.
●    During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be utilized at distances that exceed the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will inform you 2 days prior to the tour date.
●    The panoramic city tours included in our package are conducted as a general introduction to the cities and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites, lasting only 2-3 hours maximum.
●    Panoramic tours and other mentioned tours in the program may not take place due to local authorities closing the visited sites or any event that may render the route impassable or due to weather conditions, in which case BTB Tours is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or by foot if accessibility is limited due to closed roads.
●    Our programs have a guide meeting upon arrival at the airport and during return transfers, you must be present at your hotel’s reception before the time set by the guide.
●    The hotels mentioned in the program are for sale. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. As a result, another similar hotel may be provided.
●    We advise against exchanging large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by the exchange rate. Old/Worn notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, bookings for extra tours cannot be made with old notes that banks refuse to accept.
●    Package tours are aimed at international travel, and the responsibility for language proficiency lies with the guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
●    The tour program specified at the time of booking is subject to the general terms and liabilities listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guests are considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
●    Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passport has been issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passport. Otherwise, they may not be allowed to enter the country they are going to, and/or their flights may not be conducted by the airline from Turkey. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot accept any liability.
●    In order to avoid any issues with the customs police at the borders due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly deteriorated passports, these passports must be renewed and if the country requires visas for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must also be on the new passport. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
●    The validity period of the guest's passport must be at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacles will be the guest's responsibility.                    
●    BTB TOURS is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa in cases where it deems necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding not granting visas to the passenger. BTB TOURS merely acts as an intermediary. In personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no obligations or responsibilities. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.
●    When BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary for visa applications, it is the passenger’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misspellings on the visa that may cause issues with boarding.
●    The documents required for passengers who will apply for their visa on their own (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to secure. Guests should take this time into account and schedule their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any inconveniences.
●    In the event that a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the tour, the visa fee and service charge are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR’s Visa department, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or for another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining, excluding the fees paid to consulates for the visa, upon submitting their unused visa with their passport, within a week after the expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be provided to the guest.
●    There may be changes to the itineraries depending on the city where the plane lands. Flight types and timings may change, and hotel availability may also vary during high season or special periods, meaning different but similar hotels may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the GUEST HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
●    Triple rooms are granted based on hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. The guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms cannot be provided, and blocking will be done by the hotel if there is an appropriate room.
●    Child discounts are applicable only for children accompanied by two adults.
●    The breakfast provided at hotels is only continental. It is not a Turkish breakfast. The continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
●    Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
●    At the time of reservation/registration, it is required to provide the names as they appear on the travel passport, date of birth, and passport number, as these will be used to issue flight tickets. The penalties for any flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
●    All guests must have international travel and health insurance valid for the duration of their travel and be required to bring the relevant insurance policy with them during travel. Guests may be subject to fines by local authorities for not carrying insurance. Guests are responsible if they face penalties because they did not carry the insurance.
●    Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited some countries may prevent one/multiple countries from issuing a visa or may make it impossible to enter through the border crossing. BTB TOURS is not responsible for such situations, and the parties involved accept this condition.
●    Guests who choose not to participate in the tours that provide economic and duration benefits during group travel routes agree to wait nearby until the group returns. After the tour is over, our bus will pick them up and continue with the journey.
●    Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be conducted on different days provided the content remains unchanged, or may not be able to take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best alternative to you, our valued guests. Extra tours require a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not be able to proceed or prices may change.
●    Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities cannot be conducted, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for not conducting these tours.
●    The flight seats on our programs are group seats. The outbound return tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically be nullified. In this case, the airline’s rules apply.
●    Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are displayed on the information boards/screens at the airports. Guests should keep track of these details. If a guest misses their flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, they are responsible for purchasing a new ticket (which may require a trip back if necessary). Furthermore, those who miss the group will lose a part or all of the first day’s program; in this case, the responsibility rests with the guest. Additionally, if arriving with a different flight, the land-city or land-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
●    Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles may only do so, provided there is availability in the airline for the concerned flight after the tickets have been issued. Given that tickets are issued days ahead of the tour's departure, a price difference may also be required for upgrading tickets from group class to bookable economy class and is the responsibility of the guest.
●    To ensure that your mobile phones can be used abroad, please check with your GSM operator to see that your service is activated for international calls before leaving Turkey.
●    While using the transportation vehicles and accommodations during your trip, please ensure you have taken all your belongings before leaving the vehicle or hotel premises.
●    BTB TOURS reserves the right to alter the program order and/or the airline used without changing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or for other reasons. ●    BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names while maintaining their categories.
●    BTB TOURS is not responsible for personal items left behind, lost, or stolen during the tour.
●    Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain permission from their father, and vice versa, if traveling with their father must obtain permission from their mother. If moving with a third person, both parents' permission is required. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for circumstances that arise due to lack of authorization.
●    The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
