• To benefit from advantageous travel package prices, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with the participation of a minimum of 10 people. If participation is below 10, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, providing the content remains the same.
• Prices for extra tours may vary based on regional density or season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
• In cases where only the category information is provided without specifying names in our programs, and/or alternative options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
• In our programs, the guide will welcome at the visited destination, the package includes guiding service only for panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
• Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the cancelled extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments etc., hotels may be used beyond the specified distances. In such cases, information will be given by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour's departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction of the cities and are conducted with guide narration in the vehicle, not including entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites, usually lasting no more than 2-3 hours. 
• Panoramic tours and the other tours mentioned in the program may not be conducted due to closure of visited places by local authorities, road closures due to any events or due to weather conditions making it impossible to perform the tour. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot if road access is restricted.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet guests at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation before the time given by the guide.
• Hotels indicated in the program are sold as is. Availability in hotels may vary during peak seasons or special periods. Therefore, a similar hotel may be provided.
• We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with outdated currency notes that the banks will not accept.
• Since our package tours are aimed at international destinations, guests are responsible for their foreign language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS

• The tour program stated at the time of reservation is obliged to be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
• Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted to the destination country, and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger; BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed and if the visa is required by the country for T.C. citizens, the related visa must also be in the new passport. Otherwise, liability lies with the passenger.
• Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the return flight date. In case of any obstruction, the responsibility lies with the guests.                   
• BTB TOURS is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant visas if deemed necessary; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in case the passenger cannot obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only acts as an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these conditions.
• When BTB TOURS makes a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the obtained visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typographical errors on the visa and any situations that may prevent flight.
• The documents required for passengers who will apply for their visa on their own (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to obtain. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for potential disruptions.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest received their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the related tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can refund the amount remaining after presenting their passport that indicates they did not use the visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date, except for the consulate fees paid for the visa and similar amounts. If the passenger obtained their visa independently or with the help of a different visa brokerage firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or for another reason, no refund will be provided.
• Depending on the city where the flight will land, there may be changes in the routes. Changes to the flight type and time are possible, and due to high season or special periods, availability in hotels may vary, so a similar hotel may be provided. Passengers have accepted the risk of flight time changes and hotel changes at the time of booking.
• Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability. There is an additional bed application in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel based on availability.
• Child discounts are valid only for children staying with two adults.
• The breakfast provided in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, the namesurname, date of birth, passport number on the passport to be traveled must be stated and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. The penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from erroneous information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests are required to have an international travel and health insurance that starts the day before the tour date and ends the day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or elsewhere, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police of the relevant country. Guests are responsible for any penalties incurred due to the lack of the required insurance.
• Due to inter-country diplomatic relations, entry-exit to some countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for one/multiple countries or may prevent entry at the border; this situation does not fall under the jurisdiction of BTB TOURS, and it is accepted by the parties that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such cases.
• To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the optional tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group returns from the tour. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests, and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be carried out on different days provided that the content remains unchanged or may not be conducted due to weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the best alternative to our esteemed guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If a sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be conducted or pricing may change.
• Tours or trips that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• The seats on the planes in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip ticket is arranged as a single ticket. In the event of missing the outbound flight and/or not using it, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The rules of the airline apply in this situation.
• Flight delays and gate changes that may occur will be displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must pay to obtain their new ticket (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the preceding article). Also, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in such cases, the responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if the guest goes to the city/country with a different flight from the group, transfers from airports to cities or from airports to hotels are the guest's responsibility.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with their miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Seats in our programs are group class seats, therefore, in case of upgrading the requested ticket, the fare difference may have to be paid beforehand as specified by the airline. The guest will be responsible for this fare difference. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departs.
• Before leaving Turkey, guests must check with their GSM operator to ensure their mobile phone is enabled for international calls before using it abroad.
• During the course of your journey, when using transportation and hotels, please ensure you have collected all your belongings when departing for short periods or completely.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline used as long as there is no alteration to the program’s content due to unforeseen circumstances or when deemed necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names as long as the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for any belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother; if traveling with a third person, they must obtain consent from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any flights not realized due to lack of consent.
• The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
