IMPORTANT NOTES
●    In order to benefit from the advantageous tour package prices in extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
●    Extra tours are held with a minimum attendance of 10 people. In case of participation below 10 people, changes in tour prices may occur or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
●    The prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or season. The prices valid during the extra tour purchase will be applicable.
●    When only category information is provided without specifying names in our programs, or if there are options for the same destination, the respective hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour movement.
●    In our programs, the guide will be present at the destination, and the accompanying guide service only covers the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guide service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
●    Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes for extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the extra tour requested for cancellation depends on the final decision of the local supplier.
●    During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour movement date.
●    Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for general introductions of the cities and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances and last a maximum of 2-3 hours.
●    Panoramic tours and other tours indicated in the program may not be conducted in cases where the visited places are closed by local authorities, or roads along the route are blocked due to any event, or due to weather conditions. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours in such cases, and some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot if possible due to closed roads or restricted vehicle access.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
●    The tour program indicated at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations set forth below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guests are considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
●    Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date of their passport is over 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any responsibility.
●    To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing due to ripped, worn, wet, and/or damaged passports, they must be renewed, and if T.C. citizens require a visa, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
●    Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return flight. In case of any hindrance regarding this condition, it is the responsibility of the guest.
●    BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to deny visa issuance when deemed necessary; BTB TOURS does not have any responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of the intermediary. BTB TOURS has no penalties or responsibilities concerning personal visa applications.
●    When BTB TOURS makes a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and consulate, guest must ensure the accuracy of information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any misspellings on the visa and any hindrance to flights that may arise.
●    For passengers applying for their visa personally, document gathering (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS takes no responsibility for any potential disruptions.
●    In case a guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the relevant tour, no refund will be made for the visa fee and service charge. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through BTB TOURS and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the trip contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may get a refund of remaining amounts, excluding charges and similar payments made to consulates, within a week after the visa expiration date by presenting a proof of not using the visa with their passport. If the guest obtained their visa through other means or a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other issues, no refund will be provided to the guest.
●    Depending on the city where the plane will land, changes may occur on the routes. The type and time of the flight may change. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, therefore similar accommodation may be provided. These situations are communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACKNOWLEDGES TIME CHANGE RISK AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
●    Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability. An extra bed may be applied in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. There is no guarantee of three separate beds in triple rooms, as blocks are made by the hotel regarding this situation if applicable.
●    Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
●    The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
●    Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
●    During the reservation/registration process, it is required to provide and input the passenger’s name, surname, date of birth, and passport number exactly as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty expenses for cancellation or modifications of flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the passenger's responsibility.
●    All guests are obliged to have travel and health insurance valid from one day before their tour date until one day after and must carry the insurance policy with them. Guests not carrying travel insurance may be fined by the local police of the destination country. Responsibility for encountering related penalties for not carrying the insurance lies with the guests.
●    Due to diplomatic relations between countries, it can lead to inability to obtain a visa or enter through customs due to having previously visited certain countries, which BTB TOURS cannot control; thus, the parties accept that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such situations.
●    In order for the visit to benefit the group in terms of economy and duration, guests wishing not to participate in tours conducted along the route must accept to wait for the group in a nearby facility until the tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
●    Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and additional tours may be held on different days provided that the content is not altered, or they may not be conducted depending on weather conditions. In such cases, BTB Tours is obliged to present the best alternative to our valued guests.
