1st Day: Istanbul - Cairo

Be at the AJET AIRLINES counter in the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departure Terminal AT 18:05’. After completing the departure procedures at the airport, we will depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, at 21:05’ on AJET Airlines flight VF 247.

Upon our arrival at local time 22:30, we will head to our hotel. After check-in procedures, we will settle into our rooms and overnight at our hotel.

2nd Day: Cairo

In the morning, after breakfast, we will have a panoramic city tour at a time designated by our guide, during which we will have the opportunity to see key tourist points such as the Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Imam Shafi Mosque, Sadat's Memorial Tomb, Al Azhar Mosque, Islamic History Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan el Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.

After the city tour, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional ’Dinner Cruise on the Nile’. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat trip on the Nile, we will have the opportunity to enjoy a dinner with live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. 3rd Day: Cairo

In the morning after breakfast, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional ‘Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour’. Overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world? On this day, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and one of the richest museums in the world, the New Cairo Museum. We will have our lunch in a local restaurant. The entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and Cairo Museum are included in the price. Beverages during lunch are extra.

4th Day: Cairo - Sharm El Sheikh

In the morning, after an early breakfast, we will check out of our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic vacation destination. Upon arrival at our hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, check-in procedures will take place. Free time after the check-in. Overnight at our hotel.

5th Day: Sharm El Sheikh

In the morning after breakfast, there will be free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the optional tours. Overnight at our hotel.

This magnificent underwater journey will be conducted with the luxury semi-submarine Royal Sea Scope, capable of carrying 80 passengers, allowing us to observe the extraordinary marine life 3 meters below the Red Sea without getting wet. It is highly recommended for families with children.

Starting from your hotel, this exciting tour will last about 2 hours where you will dance between the desert sands with 4-wheeled ATV quad bikes, taking photo breaks at the magnificent sunset to immortalize the moment and you will have the opportunity to ride a camel in the desert. Our last stop will be a Bedouin tent where you will rest with tea offered and be taken back to your hotel.*** Bedouin Tea and Helmet are included in the tour price. 6th Day: Sharm El Sheikh

OPTIONAL TOUR: Ras Mohammed Tour by Boat // 70 USD per adult – 40 USD per child
You are invited to a boat trip where you will closely discover the untouched coral reefs and vibrant underwater world located within Ras Mohammed National Park, one of the most important reserve areas of the Red Sea. You will be picked up from your hotel and start your tour from Ras Mohammed Nature Park. You can snorkel in the coral reefs with diving instructors. You will also stop by the "White Island", a natural formation on the sea that consists of white sand. Here you can take pictures and use the sands believed to have healing properties for self-care. Lunch will be served as an open buffet during the tour. Beverages are included with the meal. 8th Day: Sharm El Sheikh / Istanbul

After ticket and customs procedures, our flight will begin at 03:00 with AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF256. After our arrival at local time 06:40, our journey ends. We hope to see you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • In order to benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours are held with a minimum participation of 10 people. If there are fewer than 10 participants, the tour prices may change or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours as long as the content remains the same.
  • Prices for extra tours may vary due to local density or periods. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
  • In cases where only category information is given without specifying the name in our tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour.
  • Our programs will be accompanied by a guide upon arrival at the destination, and the included guiding service only covers the panoramic city tour and return transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be provided. During extra tours, our guests may be accompanied by different guides.
  • Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the requested cancelled extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than specified kilometers. In such a case, the agency will provide information 2 days prior to the date of the tour.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with guide narration from inside the vehicle, without including entrance to museums or sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours.
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be guaranteed to take place if local authorities close the places to be visited, if any event causes roads on the route to be blocked, or if weather conditions make it impossible for the tour to be conducted. In some cases, tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot as dictated by the circumstances.
  • In our tour programs, the guide will meet at the airport of arrival. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
  • Hotels specified in the program and such are offered for sale. Availability in hotels may vary during high seasons or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided.
  • We advise our guests not to exchange large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by the exchange rate. Old/Worn banknotes are not accepted by the banks in the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be made with old-style banknotes that banks will not accept.
  • Since our package tours are aimed at abroad, it is the guest's responsibility to have foreign language proficiency.

GENERAL TERMS

  • The tour program specified at the time of reservation must communicate the general terms and obligations present below to the guests. The agency is not responsible for any complaints that may arise as long as this information is provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
  • Guests traveling with a green passport from Turkey must renew their passports if the issue date of their passports is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or may not be able to fly from Turkey according to the airline company. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the agent cannot bear any responsibility.
  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed and if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests’ passports must be valid for at least 6 months following the return flight date. Otherwise, it is the responsibility of the guests if there is an obstacle.
  • The AGENCY is an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if it deems necessary. The AGENCY bears no responsibility for a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only assumes the role of an intermediary. In individual visa applications, the AGENCY has no obligations or responsibilities. Consumers have accepted these conditions by registering for the tour.
  • When the AGENCY submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The AGENCY is not liable for any errors that may occur in the visa or for any situations that may impede the flight.
  • For passengers who will apply for their visas independently, the provision of the required documents (hotel confirmation, plane ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests should arrange their appointment dates and times keeping this duration in mind. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any potential disruptions.
  • If the guest wishes to cancel their reservation and/or is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the AGENCY's visa department, and this visa service is listed as an extra service in the travel contract, if the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund for the remaining amount, except for the fees paid to the consulates, after showing their visa within one week from the expiration date of the visa. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the help of a different visa intermediary company and if the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • There may be changes in the routes depending on the city where the plane will land. The type of aircraft and flight times may change, and due to high season or special periods, availability may vary in hotels, meaning that another similar hotel may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the GUEST HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
  • Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; if available, the hotel will block the appropriate room.
  • Child discounts are only valid for children accompanying two adults.
  • The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, passport number on the passport to be traveled. Plane tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the passenger.
  • Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance policy that begins one day before the travel date and ends one day after the travel date, regardless of whether they obtain it from the AGENCY. Guests without travel insurance may be fined by the police in the relevant country. The responsibility lies with the guests in the event of encountering any penalties due to not having travel insurance.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, entry-exit into some countries may cause the inability to obtain a visa or the inability to enter from a border point for one or more countries. This situation is beyond the control of the AGENCY, and it is accepted that the AGENCY is not responsible in such circumstances.
  • In order for the visit to provide economic benefits and time advantages to the group, guests unwilling to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the group completes the extra tour. After the tour is completed, our bus will pick up these guests, and our tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra tours may be arranged on different days while maintaining their content, or may not occur due to weather conditions. In this case, the AGENCY is obliged to offer the best alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If there is not a sufficient majority, extra tours may not be conducted, or the prices may change.
  • Tours that are not permitted by local authorities may not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for such tours that are not conducted.
  • The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. In the event of a missed or unused outbound flight, the return flight may also automatically be cancelled. In this case, the airline rules apply.
  • Last-minute delays and gate changes during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at the airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for their own new ticket (if necessary, according to the previous point, as a round-trip ticket). Furthermore, they may miss the entire program on the first day due to missing the group’s departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Additionally, if they fly to the city/country by a different flight than the group, the ground-city or ground-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
  • Guests wishing to upgrade their plane tickets with miles may only do so if there is availability for the relevant airline on the booked flight once the tickets have been issued. Due to group ticketing, if the desired ticket is to be upgraded, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline before upgrading from group class to upgradeable economy class. The passenger is responsible for this price difference.
  • For the use of your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/texting before leaving Turkey.
  • During your travels, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings when briefly or completely leaving the vehicles and hotels you are using.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to change the order of the cities in the program without disturbing its content when it encounters force majeure circumstances or deems necessary.
  • The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the category the same.
  • The AGENCY is not responsible for any belongings forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
  • Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mothers must have consent from their fathers, and children traveling with their fathers must have consent from their mothers. If traveling with a third party, consent from both the mother and father is required. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for any flight failures due to lack of consent.
  • General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
