IMPORTANT NOTES

To benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours require a minimum participation of 15 people. If participation is below 15, tour prices may vary or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or time. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
Tours in our programs are conducted with a guide present at the visited destination. The included guiding service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers to/from the airport. If extra tours are purchased, the guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
Guests must notify the guide of any cancelations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancelation and refund status of the requested extra tour will vary and depend on the final decision of the local supplier.
During times of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be utilized farther than indicated kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour date.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are held for the general promotion of the cities, taking place within a maximum of 2-3 hours without entrance to museums or ancient sites.
Due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities, temporary closures of routes for activities, or adverse weather conditions, BTB Tours is not responsible for any unsuccessful tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where access is denied.
In our tour programs, the guide meets the group at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests should be present at the reception desk of the hotel where they stayed, before the time given by the guide.
The hotels mentioned in the program are for sale, and the availability of hotels may change during high seasons or special periods. As a result, another similar hotel may be assigned.
To avoid being affected by currency fluctuations, guests are advised not to exchange too much cash in advance. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, transactions for extra tour reservations cannot be made with old-type currency notes that banks will not accept.

Passengers traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the years of issue exceed 10.
