At the Turkish Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul New Airport, be present by 04:40 . After completing the exit procedures at the airport, we will depart for Sharm El Sheikh, the exotic holiday destination of Egypt, with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK 700 at 07:40. After arriving at the local time of 09:20, we will proceed to our hotel.

You will be visited by our guide at the hotel and informed about the tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
  • Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 15 people. If there are fewer than 15 participants, tour prices may change or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the schedule of extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
  • Pricing for extra tours may vary depending on the regional congestion or the season. The prices set by the guide at the time of the extra tour purchase will be valid.
  • In programs where only category information is provided without specifying names, and/or where options are present for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Our guide will be at the destination for our clients; the included guiding service only applies to panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Clients may be accompanied by different guides during extra tours.
  • Clients must inform the guide of any cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policy for the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
  • During trade fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be located farther than the specified kilometers. In such cases, the information will be provided by BTB Tours two days before the tour departure.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are the general presentations of the cities conducted with the vehicle and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites and are scheduled for a maximum of 2-3 hours.
  • Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program are subject to cancellation due to local authorities closing sight-seeing locations, road closures due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for these cancellations. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot to the extent possible.
  • In our tour programs, the guide will meet clients at the airport upon arrival. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the time given by the guide for pickup.
  • The hotels specified in the program may be subject to changes due to high availability during peak season or special periods. Therefore, another hotel may be provided as a substitute.
  • To avoid being affected by currency fluctuations, it is advised not to exchange large amounts of currency.
  • Since our package tours are aimed at international travel, the guests' language skills are their own responsibility.
  • Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be possible with old style currency notes that the banks do not accept.




 

GENERAL TERMS

  • Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be allowed into the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such an instance, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
  • To avoid issues at the border of visiting countries due to ripped, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, those passports should be renewed, and for T.C. citizens that require visas, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
  • BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse visa applications in their discretion; BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only fulfills the role of an intermediary. There are no penalties or responsibilities for BTB TOURS in personal visa applications.
  • For passengers applying for their own visas, the documents they need (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) typically take 1 business day to get. Our guests should consider this timeframe when scheduling their appointments. Otherwise, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience.
  • In the event of a guest cancelling their reservation or not being able to participate in the tour, the visa fees and service charges are non-refundable. If the guest received their visa through BTB TOURS's visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or for any other reason, the guest can receive a refund for the remaining amount excluding the fees paid to consulates for visa expenses, after presenting their passport indicating they did not use the visa within one week. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with the help of a different visa agency and BTB TOURS cancels the pertinent tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be processed for the guest.
  • Flight routes may change depending on the destination city of arrival. The flight type and times may change, and the passenger accepts the risk of such changes knowing that these conditions were communicated at the time of agreement.
  • Rooms for 3 people are provided according to hotel availability. Extra bed applications exist in 3-person rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee for 3 separate beds in 3-person rooms cannot be given; if there is a suitable room in the hotels, it will be booked by the hotel according to availability.
  • Children's discounts are only applicable for children staying with 2 adults.
  • Hotels serve continental breakfast, which is not a Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
