Day 1: Istanbul – Baku
At Istanbul Airport, please arrive at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter 3 hours before your flight.
After completing the international departure procedures, we will depart to Baku on Turkish Airlines flight TK332 at 06:45. Upon our arrival, we will leave the airport and start our panoramic city tour. We will see the Heydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, while taking a panoramic view. Then, we'll take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to capture this moment. After visiting the newly opened area of the Flame City in Baku, we will proceed to our hotel. Upon our arrival at the hotel, we will check-in and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish can join our optional Evening Dinner Tour in Old Baku for an additional fee.
Optional Tour: Evening Dinner Tour in Old Baku – Per Person: 80 USD
We will visit the Old Town, Highland Park (Martyrs' Lane, Turkish Mosque, Soviet Union's Dual Hero's Mini Square, Lieutenant General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame, magnificent observation deck with views), Baku and Baku Bay view, Baku Television Tower, and Little Venice. The city walk and bus tour starts at the castle walls of the Old Town, where tourists can gather information about the objects surrounding them (the first monument in Azerbaijan, the statue of the national poet Sabir, and the statue of Nizami, founded in history). The program also includes the building of the Philharmonic Orchestra named after the Muslim Magomayev, the City Duma, the first women's school in the East, and the Venetian-style house - the external review of Ismailli. We will explore Torgoviy Street, which resembles Baku's Independence Avenue. This place is Barvikha of the 19th century with extraordinary houses; we enjoy the stunning view of the city from Dagustu Park and savor the beauty of Baku. Later, we will proceed to the restaurant where we will have our set menu dinner. During this tour, you can get to know the Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Baku
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests who wish can participate in the optional "Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Heydar Aliyev Museum Tour." Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Heydar Aliyev Museum Tour with Lunch – 80 USD
Gobustan, located about 65 km southwest of Baku, is the richest area in Azerbaijan in terms of archaeological artifacts and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. We will head towards Gobustan, which is located near the Caspian Sea, along the ancient Shirvan road, also referred to as an open-air museum. This area has significant information about prehistoric medieval life, hunting, animals, and vegetation with its rock carvings and painted stones. Next, we proceed to the nearby Mud Volcanoes area. This region is interesting as it is home to over 700 Mud Volcanoes, half of which are located in Azerbaijan, especially the largest ones, and you will feel as if you are among "Moon craters" upon arrival. After the guided tours in the area, we will observe the live volcanic activities. After the mud volcanoes, we will head back to Baku for lunch at a local restaurant before visiting the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center. Designed by the famous architect Zaha Hadid, this building symbolizes Azerbaijan's future-oriented approach with its modern, extraordinary, and futuristic architecture. Within the center, there are permanent and temporary exhibits, archaeological findings, ethnographic sections, classic vehicles, and personal belongings of Haydar Aliyev. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge about Azerbaijan from the past to the present. We will return to our hotel after the tour.
Day 3: Baku
After breakfast, there will be free time. Guests who wish can join the optional "Atashgah, Fire Mountain & Historical Villages of Baku Tour" and the "Dinner and Musical Azerbaijan Night" tour. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Optional Tour: Atashgah, Fire Mountain & Baku Historical Villages Tour Per Person – 90 USD
Located 30 km from downtown Baku, near the Surakhani village, is the Eternal Fire Temple (XVII-XVIII centuries). Due to the presence of natural gas outputs where "unquenchable" fires occur, this site was named "Atashgah," meaning "House of Fire." It provides significant information about prehistoric medieval life, hunting, animals, and plant life with its rock carvings and painted stones. After having our lunch at a local restaurant, we will explore the historical villages of Baku. We will visit the Ethnographic Qala Museum, Mardakan Castle, and Ramana Castles before returning to our hotel.
Optional Tour: Dinner and Musical Azerbaijan Night – 60 USD
At the restaurant where we will have our set menu dinner, we will enjoy an evening filled with dance, music, and entertainment.
Day 4: Baku-Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out of our rooms and have free time. ***Important Note: The checkout and key delivery from the hotels must be done by 12:00 PM. Guests who wish can join the optional "Shopping Tour."
After meeting at the designated time set by our guide, we will transfer to the airport. After our transfer to the airport, we will complete our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures and depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK335. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour concludes.

We will start our tour at the famous historical Green Market (Sharg Bazaar). Get ready to explore the famous Green Market in Baku, one of the most delicious and colorful spots, where air is filled with the scent of spices, and stalls overflowing with fresh fruits, sweets, jams, teas, and more. After exploring the market, we will visit Ganjlik Mall, one of Baku's largest shopping centers, filled with international brands, cafes, cinemas, and restaurants. Then we will move towards Ajami Street, the famous shopping street of Baku. Discover the perfect combination of international stores, fashion boutiques, traditional shops, and bazaars. You can find everything you need in this beautiful city.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices during extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 15 people. In cases of participation below 15 people, changes in tour prices may occur or it may be carried out by metro. The guide may change the days of extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- The guide will meet the guests at the location indicated in the program; the guiding service included in the package only covers the panoramic city tour and inbound-outbound airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away than indicated distances. In such cases, information will be given by BTB Tours 2 days before the tour departure.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are carried out as panoramic tours with the explanation of the guide from within the vehicle and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. These tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours.
- For panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program, BTB Tours is not responsible for not being able to conduct the tours due to closures of attractions by local authorities, road closures for any events, or unfavorable weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or by foot as per available means in case of closed roads or restricted vehicle access points.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations stated below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport, if their passport was issued more than 10 years ago; they are required to renew their passports. Otherwise, they may be refused entry to the destination country and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
- In order to avoid issues with customs officials at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, these passports should be renewed, and if traveling to a country that applies visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In the event of an obstructive situation, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to grant a visa when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities regarding personal visa applications.
- When BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary for the visa application, it is necessary for the guest to check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any typo errors in the visa that could hinder travel.
- Passengers who will apply for a visa on their own can usually obtain the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) within 1 business day. Our guests should consider this time when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any potential inconveniences.
- If the guest cancels their reservation or does not participate in the tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and the visa service through BTB TOUR's Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may claim a refund for the remaining amount, except for the fees paid to the consulates for visa processing, by presenting their passport to prove that they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa independently and/or with assistance from another visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the related tour for insufficient participation or any other reason, no refund will be provided to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes according to the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the type and time of the plane to change, and hotels may show various changes in availability during high season or special periods, potentially offering another hotel. Such matters have been disclosed during the agreement, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. In triple rooms, there is an extra bed application, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. In triple rooms, a guarantee for three separate beds cannot be given, as hotels block them according to available options when suitable rooms are available.
- Child discounts apply only for children staying with two adults.
- The hotels serve continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to provide and enter the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the traveling passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The penalties for cancellations or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the passenger's responsibility.
- Guests must have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or elsewhere, and carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not have their travel insurance with them may face fines from the relevant country’s police. The responsibility for facing fines due to a lack of travel insurance lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having visited certain countries may lead to the inability to obtain a visa for one or more countries or being denied entry at the border. Since BTB TOURS cannot influence this situation, BTB TOURS accepts no responsibility in such cases.
- In order to provide an economic and time benefit to the group, guests who do not want to participate in the tours made on the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the end of the group tour. The bus will pick up these guests at the end of the tour, and we will continue our journey.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra excursions may be held on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the best alternative suitable for our valued guests. Extra tours are scheduled with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not reached, extra tours may not take place or price changes may occur.
- Tours or excursions that are not permitted to be visited by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for not being able to conduct these tours.
- The plane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are organized as a single ticket. In the event of missing or not using the outbound flight, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline apply.
- Flight delays and gate changes that may occur will be displayed on the information boards/screens at the airports. These information must be followed by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket (if necessary, based on the previous point, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Furthermore, if the guest misses the group due to flying on a different flight, the transfer to the city/airport or hotel will be the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets have been issued, provided there is availability on the relevant airline for the respective flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in a group class, in case the desired ticket is available for upgrade, the price difference specified by the airline needs to be paid to change from group class to upgradeable economy class. The price difference incurred in this situation is the passenger's responsibility. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days prior to the tour date.
- Before leaving Turkey, in order to use your mobile phones abroad, you need to check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/receiving calls.
- During your trip, please ensure you have all your belongings when temporarily or completely departing from the transportation vehicles and hotels you are using.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the programs in the cities and/or the airline to be flown without disrupting the content of the program, in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the categories remain the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years of age traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, and if traveling with their father, they must obtain consent from their mother. If traveling with a third party, consent from both parents is required. If the flight cannot be fulfilled due to the absence of consent, BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible.
- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
