IMPORTANT NOTES

• During the Abu Dhabi tours, men must not wear shorts, and women should not wear sleeveless, mini skirts, tights, or shorts; long-sleeve jackets and headscarves must be provided for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
• In our Desert Safari tour, it is recommended to wear sporty and comfortable clothes, and take a jacket. Heavy meals should not be eaten before the tour, and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed. Guests with stomach, back, neck complaints, or pregnant guests must inform their guides about their condition.
• To benefit from the advantageous prices of extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is less than 20 people, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide can change the schedule of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
• The prices of extra tours may vary depending on regional density or period. The prices set by the guide during the buying process of extra tours are valid.
• Due to VB as mentioned in the program, if the name is not specified and only category information is given and/or if there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
• Our tour programs will be welcomed at the destination by the guide, and the included guiding service only covers panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours. In return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their accommodation before the pickup time given by the guide.
• Guests must inform their guides about the cancellation or change of extra tours a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The cancellation or refund status of the requested extra tour is subject to the final decision of the local supplier.
• During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, or sports tournaments, hotels may be utilized beyond the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided by BTB Tours 2 days prior to the tour departure.
• Panoramic city tours included in tour packages are arranged for the general introduction to the cities and are conducted as a panoramic tour through vehicle narration without including entrance to museums or archaeological sites, lasting up to 2-3 hours.
• Due to restrictions imposed by local authorities or canceled roads or events on the travel route due to weather conditions, BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
• In our tour programs, the guide will meet you at the airport you arrive at. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of their accommodation before the pickup time given by the guide.
• The hotels listed in the package will be sold as indicated. Availability in hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided, and hotel name guarantees are not given.
• We recommend our guests not to exchange large amounts of cash to avoid being affected by currency fluctuations. Old/Worn currency notes are not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours will not be accepted with old-type currencies that banks do not accept.
• Since extra tour purchases are processed in USD, the USD - EUR exchange rate will apply as it is.
• Since our package tours are international, it is the responsibility of the guests to have the necessary foreign language skills.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

• The tour program indicated at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general conditions and obligations below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints that may arise within the scope of this notification. Our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all the terms in advance.
• Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passport issuance date is older than 10 years must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are traveling to, and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS does not assume any responsibility.
• Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged must be renewed to avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country being visited; also, if T.C. citizens require a visa, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any obstruction will be the passengers' responsibility.                   
• BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa if they deem necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding a passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only takes on the role of an intermediary institution. For personal visa applications, BTB TOURS has no sanctions or responsibilities. Consumers accept these terms by registering for the tour.
• When BTB TOURS submits a visa application as an intermediary, it is the guest's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information on the visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any spelling errors that may occur on the visa and any issues that may prevent boarding due to this situation.
• For passengers who will apply for their visas on their own, the provision of the necessary documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) usually takes 1 working day. Our guests must consider this time when arranging their appointment dates and times. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible inconveniences.
• In case a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department, and this visa service is indicated as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the remaining amount, excluding fees paid to consulates for visa issuance, by proving that they have not used the visa within a week after the visa expiration date. If the guest procured their visa independently and/or with the help of another visa brokerage company, no refund will be made if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour for insufficient participation or other reasons.
• Changes in routes may occur depending on the city where the plane will land. It is possible for the type and time of the flight to change, and due to high season or special periods, the availability of hotels may vary. Therefore, similar hotels may be offered instead. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER HAS ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. There is an extra bed application in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. In triple rooms, a guarantee for 3 separate beds cannot be provided, and the hotel will block a room that is suitable if it is available.
• Child discounts apply only for children accompanying 2 adults.
• The breakfast offered in hotels is continental, not Turkish breakfast. A continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• At the time of reservation/registration, it is necessary to declare the first and last names, date of birth, and passport number of the person traveling on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Any penalties due to incorrect information from errors will be the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests are required to have a travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a fine is incurred due to not carrying insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered and exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain visas or be allowed to enter from the border for one or multiple countries. In such cases, BTB TOURS does not assume responsibility.
• To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in the tours made on the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour is over. After the extra tour, our bus will pick these guests up and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are organized for the promotion of cities. City tours and extra tours may be arranged on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obliged to present the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are conducted with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be able to be conducted, or prices may vary.
• Tours or events that are not permitted by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
• The flight seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically be canceled. The rules of the airline will be valid in such cases.
• Information about last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In the event of missing a flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest is responsible for purchasing their new ticket (if necessary, as a round trip according to the previous item). Additionally, they may partially or fully miss the first day's program due to missing the group flight; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Moreover, if traveling to a city/country with a different flight than the group, the transfer from the airport to the city or airport to hotel is the guest's responsibility.
• Guests who wish to upgrade their plane tickets with miles can only do so if availability permits on the relevant flight of the airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the flight numbers in our programs are group class, prior to upgrading the requested ticket, the passenger must pay the difference as specified by the airline for the upgrade to an available economy class. The resulting price difference shall be the responsibility of the guest. The group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour date.
• Guests must check with their GSM operator in Turkey before leaving to ensure that their phone is open for international calls/receiving calls.
• During your travels, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings completely when you briefly or completely leave the transportation vehicles and accommodations.
• BTB TOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, as long as the content of the program is not altered, due to compelling reasons or situations it deems necessary.
• BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, as long as the category remains the same.
• BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years of age can only apply for a visa and travel with their parents (mother, father, or both grandparents). BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the failure to carry out the flight or the refusal of entry into the country due to the family's failure to apply together at the counters.
• General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from it.
