DAY 1 ISTANBUL - HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (Glass-Bottomed Boat, ATV Desert Safari and City Tour Included)
05:00 We recommend you be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport.
07:55 We depart for Hurghada with Pegasus Airlines flight PC 618.
10:35 Arrival. After completing the necessary procedures, we depart for our Glass-Bottomed Boat Sea Observation Tour (included in your package). The Red Sea is one of the richest seas in the world, with colorful corals and a variety of exotic fishes. During this enjoyable tour, from our glass-bottomed boat, you will observe the enchanting underwater world. (If desired, you can pay extra to enhance your experience with SeaScope/Sea Submarine for a more enjoyable and comfortable trip.) After the tour, transfer to the hotel and check-in. Your hotel stay is all-inclusive. After lunch, we depart for Desert ATV and Bedouin Camp Tour. You will witness the magnificent sunset views in the desert, continuing with a visit to the Bedouin Camp. (A scarf, glasses, and water are not included in the price, USD 10 per person. You can upgrade to a single ATV, or choose to ride a Buggy or Spider by paying extra.) Afterwards, we start our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package). We will see lively spots such as El Dahr District, the entertainment hub Marina, the hotels of Sahl Hasheesh, the main religious site Al Mina Mosque, the Christian community’s main church Coptic Church, and the Fish Market where fresh seafood is sold directly from the waters of the Red Sea.

DAY 2 HURGHADA (All-Inclusive Accommodation) (Eastern Luxor and Karnak Temple Tour Included)
After breakfast with specially prepared snack packages, we board our private vehicle early in the morning and head to Luxor (approximately 330 km). (Note: Our vehicles are at most 5 years old and we ensure safe travel with dual drivers on long trips. Snacks, water, tea, coffee are available on the bus, as well as free WIFI. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.) Upon arrival, we begin our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package): viewing Ramesseum, El Qurna, III. Amonthep Temple, Luxor Temple, the Winter Palace, Sphinx Road, Corniche, and Nile River. Our guide will share insights about the mysterious history of the Pharaohs' era, which dates back thousands of years. Next, we visit the Karnak Temple, one of the most significant religious sites from the Pharaohs Period, known as the “unfinished monument” because each new Pharaoh added something over the ages (entry fee included). We will also visit a Shop Selling Alabaster Gifts, made from the world-famous sandstone. Afterwards, there is free time until the evening. (Optional: Join a lunch-inclusive Western Luxor Tour for an extra fee) Then, we transfer back to Hurghada. You can enjoy your late dinner at the hotel’s buffet.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
It is mandatory to move in convoy for trips to and from Luxor, so please pay close attention to the departure times provided by our guide. If you do not depart on time, you may need to go to Luxor independently and return at your own expense.

DAY 3 HURGHADA - CAIRO (Breakfast) (City Tour Included)
After checking out of the hotel and breakfast, we transfer by private bus to Cairo (approximately 465 km). (Note: Our vehicles are at most 5 years old and we ensure safe travel with dual drivers on long trips. Snacks, water, tea, coffee are available on the bus, as well as free WIFI. Your safety and comfort are our priorities.) Upon arrival, we start our Panoramic City Tour (included in your package): viewing Nasr District, Heliopolis District, Unknown Soldier Monument, Enver Sedat Mausoleum, Baron Empain Palace, Tahrir Square, Nile River, Downtown Cairo, Kasr El Nil, and Caire Island. We will explore this ancient city known for housing the Pyramids as well as its rich cultural and religious history. You will have free time in the city center afterwards. (Optional: Join an evening cruise with dinner and show for an extra fee) After the tour, we transfer to your hotel and check in.

DAY 4 CAIRO (Breakfast) (Pyramids, Valley of Kings, and Sphinx Tour Included)
After breakfast, check out from the room. We depart for one of the most exciting parts of our trip: Pyramids, Valley of the Kings, and Sphinx Tour. (Entry fees are included). See among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World—the only one still standing— the Great Pyramid of Giza, the Kefren Valley Temple, the Sphinx, Khufu Pyramid, Khaafren Pyramid, and Mikerinos Pyramid. Our guide will accompany us. It is not recommended to enter the tunnels inside the pyramids, and the tickets for these are not included in the price. Next, we visit a Papyrus Paper Shop to learn about the production stages of this ancient art. Then, we go to a Natural Oils and Perfume Store to complete our shopping. Afterward, free time; then, transfer to the airport.

DAY 5 CAIRO - ISTANBUL

06:20 Arrival in Istanbul.

If this number is not met: A- Some tours may be conducted with English-speaking staff (with guest approval) B- It may be performed with a price difference using English or Turkish (with guest approval) C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled, and the full amount paid will be refunded without deductions. If discounts on the package are higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded. 2- When purchasing the tour, reservations are made and payments are done to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the tour: A- If a health issue is diagnosed with a doctor’s report for the guest or the person in the same room, the paid amount for that tour will be refunded without deductions. If discounts on the package are higher than the refund amount, no refund will be made; if lower, the difference will be refunded. B- Cancellations made within 25 hours before departure will receive 50% of the paid amount as refund. Discounts on the package are higher than the refund amount, no refund is made; if lower, the difference is refunded. C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will not be refunded. D- Guests who do not meet at the designated meeting point at the specified time can join the tour by arranging their own transport to another point. If they choose not to or if it is not possible due to the tour content, no refund will be issued. E- For some tours that pick up guests from different hotels, in case of delays, guests should contact our authorized personnel to learn the vehicle's arrival time. Such delays do not affect the tour content or duration. Therefore, cancellation due to delay is not valid, and no refund will be provided. F- During the tour, our staff will inform about free times and stops. If the guest is late but the tour flow can continue unaffected, a reasonable waiting time will be given or the tour will proceed. If not, the guest can reach the next point on their own or return to the hotel. No refund will be made in this case. 3- WE GUARANTEE YOU: The vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, staff, and all other services used in our tours are the best based on our long-standing experience in Egypt, and they all comply with International Tourism Standards and are certified by Egyptian authorities. If there is a shortage or defective service during our tours or activities, our company monitors your process in Egypt constantly, and immediate interventions will resolve these problems, or partial/full refunds will be made depending on the situation. Discounts on the package are deducted from the price, and the net paid amount is refunded. However, our company is not responsible for conditions outside our control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical malfunctions causing delays, etc. 4- Some tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health issues, please consult our authorized personnel to learn about the tour conditions and decide accordingly whether to participate. 5- Activities such as water sports, boat trips, ATV/motor safaris, 4x4 jeep safaris, diving, camel rides, etc., carry some risk of accidents and could cause serious injuries or worse. Our company is not responsible for any negative outcomes. By participating in these activities, you acknowledge these risks; if unsure, do not make the purchase. When participating, follow our staff’s warnings, adhere to safety instructions, and use provided safety equipment. Failure to do so may endanger yourself and others. 6- For places of religious significance, guests are responsible for dressing appropriately. Our company is not responsible if entry is denied due to attire. 7- Some tours and activities may require special clothing or equipment. It is entirely your responsibility to bring or rent comfortable shoes, clothing, flip-flops, swimsuits, snorkel gear, sun cream, headscarves, shawls, rent, and return towels from the hotel. 8- You must inform our guide about any food allergies, health conditions requiring special diet, or other special needs. We may not always be able to fulfill these needs but will do our best. 9- During your stay in Egypt and on our tours, it is strongly recommended not to drink tap or other unsealed drinks, avoid eating unwashed or unpeeled fruits and vegetables, and not consume unpackaged food bought from outside. Your body and immune system may react with fever, diarrhea, vomiting, etc. In such cases, our company will assist you with medical treatment, but the associated costs will be your responsibility. 10- Just like any cautious traveler, we especially recommend purchasing Health and Travel Insurance for your domestic and international trips.
