After meeting with our guests at the designated departure points as stated in the tour program, we will proceed to the İpsala Land Border Gate via Tekirdağ - Malkara - Keşan - İpsala road, taking necessary breaks along the way. After completing our exit procedures here, we will cross over the Meriç River and arrive at the Kipi Land Border Gate in Greece. After our passport and customs procedures here, we will enter Greece.
Day 2: IPSALA – METEORA - YANIA
After entering Greece, we will have a breakfast break on the way. After the break, we will head towards Meteora. Meteora is a holy region containing numerous monasteries. Orthodox monks built these monasteries, which are also on the UNESCO World Heritage List, to retreat and be closer to God during the early periods of Christianity. Millions of years ago, this area was under the sea, and over time, as the waters receded, these gigantic rocks emerged. The monks built their monasteries on the very tops of these rocks, and at the time they were built, there was no way to reach the tops of the rocks; they used to pull each other up with a rope and file system for years. After the tour, we will proceed to Yania. Upon reaching Yania, we will start our city tour. Yania, the largest city of the Epirus region, is also known as the city of Tepedelenli Ali Pasha. Among the places we will see are the Aslan Paşa Mosque, Fethiye Mosque, Ali Pasha's Tomb, Byzantine Museum, and the Ottoman Castle Interior. After our city tour, we will have free time. After the free time, we will proceed to our hotel for accommodation. Accommodation will be in our hotel in Yania.

Day 3: YANIA - PARGA – PREVEZA – NAFPAKTOS - PATRAS
In the morning, after having breakfast at the hotel, our first stop will be Parga, the hometown of Pargalı İbrahim Pasha, Grand Vizier of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. We will make a panoramic city tour in Parga, which has narrow streets and unspoiled Ottoman architecture. After the tour in Parga, we will proceed to Preveza. Preveza is known for the naval battle between the Ottoman naval forces under the command of Grand Admiral Barbaros Hayreddin Pasha and the Crusader Army in 1538. We will see the small narrow streets and the yacht harbor; after the city tour in Preveza, we will have free time. Then we will move on to Nafpaktos, known by its Ottoman name, İnebahtı, where the Naval Battle of İnebahtı took place during the Ottoman period. After giving free time in Nafpaktos, we will head to Patras, the third-largest city in Greece. Upon arrival, we will proceed to our hotel for accommodation. Accommodation will be in our hotel in Patras.

Day 4: PATRAS – NAFPLION - ATHENS
In the morning, after checking out from the hotel, we will depart for Nafplion, the first capital of Greece after gaining independence. According to the legend, Nafplion was founded by Nafplios, son of Poseidon, the God of the Seas, and Princess Danaos of Argos. During our city tour in Nafplion, we will see Bourtzi Castle made in the sea, the first parliament building of Greece, Three Admirals Square, and colorful, flower-covered houses. After the city tour and free time, we will head towards Athens, the capital of Greece. On the way, we will stop at the Corinth Canal. After seeing this 6.5 km-long artificial canal that separates the northern lands of Greece from the Peloponnese, we will arrive in Athens. After our arrival, we will start our city tour of Athens. Notable places to visit include Agora, Temple of Zeus (panoramic), Parliament Building, Syntagma and Omonia Squares, Presidential Palace, Prime Minister's Residence, Historical Olympic Stadium, Panepistimiou Boulevards, National Library, and Academy University. After the panoramic city tour, we will have a whole day for sightseeing and shopping. After that, we will settle into our hotel. Accommodation will be in our hotel in Athens.

Day 5: ATHENS – THESSALONIKI
In the morning, after having breakfast at the hotel, we will head towards Thessaloniki, the second-largest city in Greece. After arriving in Thessaloniki, we will have our city tour. Notable places to visit during the panoramic city tour include the waterfront, White Tower, Rotunda, Fairs, Thessaloniki Fortress, Seven Towers, Arch of Triumph, Rotunda, Bey Hamam, Hamza Bey Mosque, St. Dimitrius Church, Alexander the Great Statue, and Atatürk House. After the city tour, we will have free time. Afterward, we will proceed to our hotel. In the evening, guests wishing can join the extra taverna tour that will be arranged (Taverna Tour: 55 €). The dinner during the taverna tour includes limited drinks along with surprises and shows. After the taverna tour, we return to the hotel. Accommodation will be in our hotel in Thessaloniki.
Day 6: THESSALONIKI – KAVALA – PORTO LAGOS - ISTANBUL
In the morning, after having breakfast at the hotel and completing our check-out procedures, we will leave the hotel and proceed to Kavala. Kavala is one of the most important centers in Western Thrace, with a history dating back to 600 BC. The city, established by immigrants from the island of Thasos, was named Neapolis (New City) and was an Ottoman territory from 1387 until 1912. Today, a large part of the city’s population is Greek. Especially during the population exchange in 1923, Greeks living in Cappadocia settled here. After arriving in Kavala, we will start our panoramic city tour. The places to visit in Kavala include the Old Town known as Panagia. On the way to the old town, we will first see the Church of St. Nicholas. Built in 1530 by Suleiman the Magnificent for Ibrahim Pasha, the mosque was converted into a church after 1926. Other historical places we will see during our tour include Kavala Castle, the house of Kavalalı Mehmet Ali Pasha, the marketplace used as a hotel, aqueduct, and the old town inside the castle. After the city tour in Kavala, we will proceed to Porto Lagos. We will walk on the bridge over Lake Vistonida and visit the Church of Agios Nikolaos. After a photo break with the lake view, we will move towards the Kipi Land Border Checkpoint. After arriving, we complete our passport and customs procedures and have the opportunity for free shopping before moving towards the İpsala Land Boundary checkpoint. After completing our passport and customs procedures, we will move towards Istanbul via the Keşan - Tekirdağ - Silivri highway. After having a meal break in Tekirdağ (opportunity to taste the famous Tekirdağ Köfte), we will continue our journey to Istanbul. Upon arrival in Istanbul, we will drop off our guests at the designated points in the tour program (on the return route) and conclude our tour. We hope to meet again at our next events…

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1- The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
2- In case of insufficient participation for the trip; our agency can cancel the tour up to 21 days before the travel date. In such a case, the cancellation information will be communicated to the guest. The entire tour fee will be refunded to the guest. For additional services purchased outside the tour; if it has been purchased from our agency, the domestic connection flights will also be refunded to the guest, but visa services and travel health insurance, if visa applications have been made on behalf of the guest, will not be refundable as these services have been utilized. If the visa application has not been made, the visa and travel health insurance will also be canceled, and a refund will be issued. If the guest has purchased the domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of our agency, in the event of cancellation of the tour by our agency, the guest cannot request any refund from our agency. The guest accepts in advance that our agency is not liable for any financial or moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation of the tour.
3- In case of insufficient participation for the trip, our agency reserves the right to show goodwill by not canceling the tour. In this case, since the tour will be provided individually for the guest, the included guiding service will only cover the inbound and outbound domestic transfer for international travel.
Cancellation and Changes
4- In our tours, tickets for transportation are issued at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour departure date will incur a penalty for these flight ticket costs, which have no cancellation or change rights.
5- Our guests have the right to cancel without penalty, provided they notify our agency in writing at least 30 days before the tour departure date, excluding any flight tickets for which payment has been made and/or commitments have been undertaken to the airline. If the tour date is less than 31 days away, the guest can cancel by paying a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining tour fee based on the flight ticket price, and if it is 15 days or less before the tour start, can cancel for the entire tour fee by paying the penalty fee. If a cancellation request is made, the cancellation and refund conditions for additional services such as domestic connection flights, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the time the cancellation is requested, so prior inquiry on refunds is necessary. Our agency cannot make any commitments for the refund of additional services.
Guiding Services and Extra Tours
6- The days and hours of the tours mentioned in the program can be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of the museums, cultural sites, and weather conditions at the places to be visited. During tours, different guides may accompany our guests.
7- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. The panoramic tours are not the responsibility of our agency in cases where local authorities do not permit visits or access due to closure for any event or blocked roads, as well as in cases where bad weather renders the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where vehicle entry is not allowed.
8- Our guide can change the days of city tours and/or additional tours based on the number of participants, the closure status of museums and archaeological sites, while remaining within the scope of our tours. This also applies in case of changes that may occur in flight times.
9- There is no refund for unused tour or meal services included in the prices.
Regarding Flights
10- Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and in case of disputes, the relevant provisions of Turkish legislation, as well as the Hague Protocol and the Warsaw Convention will apply.
11- There may be delays or changes in flight times for scheduled and charter flights. Our agency is obligated to inform the passenger of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of flight time changes/cancellations when purchasing the trip.
12- Children aged 0-2 only pay the airport tax.
13- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
14- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal responsibilities and must be carried out by the guest at airports before the flight, at the airline's counters or online via the airline's websites.
15- Last-minute delays and gate changes will be announced at the airport and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored by the guests themselves.
16- Our agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the reported times according to airline regulations, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but do not board the plane. All expenses incurred for obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers needed for guests who miss their flight are their own responsibility.
17- The general luggage weight for flights originating from Turkey is 20 kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If domestic flights are available in the destination country, the luggage weight can decrease to 15 kg on these domestic flights. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of our agency.
18- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles (to business or first class) can do so based on the airline's availability after the tickets are issued (please check the airline you are a member of). No mileage guarantee is provided for each flight. Check to see if the tickets for the program are of an upgradeable class.
19- Some airlines may charge extra for food and drinks and for online check-in services.
Other Matters
20- Our agency will not accept responsibility for any changes or cancellation made directly by the guest with the hotel. In this case, the cancellation conditions of our agency will be valid.
21- In cases where the hotel name(s) are not specified in the tour program but only the category information is provided and/or offered with options for the same destination, this will be communicated to the guest by our agency 48 hours before the trip.
22- During special periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified locations or km’s. In such a case, our agency will inform you 15 days before the travel date.
23- At the time of registration for the purchased tour; the guest’s name as written in the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered/declared correctly in the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for canceled or changed airline tickets due to incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
24- To use your mobile phone abroad, please check whether your phone is activated for international use before leaving Turkey by contacting the relevant company.
25- The hotel check-in time is 15:00, and the check-out time is 12:00.
26- Requests related to the room (high floor, close to common areas, smoking/non-smoking, bed type) are communicated to the hotel by our agency. Efforts will be made to arrange the reserved rooms in accordance with the guest's preferences, subject to the hotel’s availability. Guarantees for these requests cannot be made by our agency and are dependent on availability at the time of check-in.
27- Breakfast served in hotels may differ from the rich breakfast commonly known in Turkish cuisine. Generally, it is served with limited options, called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
28- In some cases, instead of a twin room, there may be a double bed. Most European hotels offer rooms with two beds that can be combined if necessary.
29- The child and extra bed policy may vary by hotel and room types.
30- Any additional beds and baby cots are provided upon request and are subject to the hotel's availability and must be approved by the hotel.
31- The capacity for additional beds or baby cots in the room is 1 unit (maximum).
32- In triple rooms, there is an application for an extra bed, where the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are made up as foldouts and are referred to as coach beds. Our guests accept that they are aware of the possible congestion and bed type due to additional beds added to the standard room in triple room and/or child-inclusive reservations.
33- If the number of children and their ages who will be staying with adults in hotel reservations are incorrectly declared by our guests, related hotels may charge additional fees. In such cases, liability lies with the guest who made the incorrect declaration. The hotel may request identification for age determination for children.
34- In reservations for 2 adults + 1 child, there may not be a separate bed for the child. Child prices are only valid if the child stays with two adults. Child discounts apply to "single child" who meets the age group when staying alongside two adults.
35- Currency exchange during the day will reflect on TL prices. The rates at the time of payment are applicable. Any additional requests or certain extra services obtained at the hotel (minibar, ironing, etc.) may incur extra charges by the hotel. These costs are not included in the price at the time of purchase and are paid directly to the hotel during your stay.
36- Some countries have different applications regarding city, tourism, or local taxes. Any taxes applied during entry or exit will be collected from the guest by the hotel.
37- The road distances given in the programs are based on maps. Travel times may be extended due to traffic, weather conditions, geographical location of the visited country, road works, and conditions.
38- Our agency may change the order of cities in the program and the main airline to be flown without altering the content of the program when necessary or deemed appropriate.
39- Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of individuals participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and our agency is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, expenses incurred for transporting them to the country and/or person are the responsibility of the item owner.
40- Participants in the tour are required to carry their travel health insurance policies and related medications and reports in case of any health issues.
41- For any possible additional expenses, the hotel may request a photo ID/passport issued by official institutions and a credit card or cash deposit at check-in, and the refund of the requested deposits upon checkout is a transaction between the hotel and the guest, with no intervention from our agency.
