Day 1 Istanbul – Belgrade
On the first day of our trip, we depart from Kadıköy Marriage Office at 19:00, from Mecidiyeköy Oto Ekspertiz in front of the inspections at 19:30, from Incirli Ömür Plaza in front of 20:00 and at 20:30 we start our Tour from Beylikdüzü Marmara Park Front. After our break and shopping in Edirne, we complete our passport and customs procedures at the Kapikule border gate and then cross to Bulgaria. We proceed to Belgrade via the route of Svilengrad-Plovdiv-Sofia.

Day 2 Belgrade - Subotica
After arriving in Belgrade at noon, we start our panoramic city tour. Starting with the Knez Mihailova Street, the most elegant street in Belgrade, which is a symbol of vitality and movement and one of Europe's oldest cities. Then we move to the Belgrade Fortress, where Fatih Sultan Mehmet was injured, but his conquest was granted to Suleiman the Magnificent. We end our tour at the terrace area where we will see the Key Monument, the French statue, the Istanbul Gate, the Military Museum, the tomb of Damat Ali Pasha, the Sokullu Fountain, and the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, which offers the most beautiful view of the city. After our tour, we have free time. Afterward, we transfer to our hotel for accommodation. Overnight in Novi Sad, Subotica or surrounding hotels.

Day 3 Subotica – Szeged – Parndorf Designer Outlet – Vienna
After having breakfast at our hotel, we head to Szeged, the third largest city in Hungary, located on the southern border of the country. Located on the banks of the Tisza River, Szeged is also known as the 'City of Sunshine.' While Tisza gives life to the city, it has also led to destructive floods such as the disaster of 1879. Szeged, where Attila the Hun likely set foot and served as a district center for Budin and later Eğri provinces during the Ottoman Period, will be visited during our panoramic tour with a view of Votive Church and City Square, afterwards we will have free time. After the tour, we will move to Parndorf Outlet, where globally renowned brands are sold. After our outlet tour, we transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may join an evening concert activity organized by the guide in Vienna (65EUR). In the capital of classical music, Vienna, we will have the chance to watch one of its famous classical music concerts. Overnight in our hotel in Vienna.

Day 4 Vienna - Hallstatt - Wels
After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart for the Vienna city tour. We start our city tour of Vienna. We will see the Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theatre, Hofburg Palace, and Museum District. After the tour with the guide's narrations, we will have free time. Following the free time, we move toward Hallstatt, a village known as the beautiful village of Europe, which is famous for its replica in China. In Hallstatt, which was listed as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage, after a brief tour by the lake, we will have free time to sit on benches by the lake and watch the swans and the soothing view, roam among the beautiful houses in the alleys, or shop at the stores selling local products in the Market Square of Hallstatt. After our visit in Hallstatt, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Wels, Linz, or surrounding hotels.

Day 5 Wels – Cesky Krumlov – Prague
After having breakfast at our hotel We head to Cesky Krumlov, a medieval town, which is not only a precious jewel of the Czech Republic but is also on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Cesky Krumlov, which fell into disrepair during the darkest days of communism, has resurrected its beauty since the 1990s and continues to reflect its charm to all visitors. You will be amazed by Cesky Krumlov. After a short break, we proceed to Prague. After arriving in Prague, our panoramic city tour includes the Hradcany Castle District, Loretta Church, Presidential Palace, ST.Vitus Cathedral, built over 600 years and displaying neo-Gothic Renaissance and Baroque features, Franz Kafka's house, the Charles Bridge with 31 statues built by Chief Architect Peter Parler in the 13th century, the Old Town Square, the historical Astronomical Clock Tower and TYN Church will be among the places to see. Day 6 Prague – Bratislava - Esztergom – Visegrad – Szentendre – Budapest
After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.Our city tour in Bratislava, one of the wealthiest capitals in Central Europe, will include; the banks of the Danube, the Jewish Holocaust Memorial, St. Martin Cathedral, the Palace buildings where Mozart gave his first concert at 6 and F. Liszt also at 9, Michael's Tower, the Old Town Square, Napoleon's Military and the Slovak State Theatre Building among the places to see. After visiting Bratislava, we will first explore the Esztergom Cathedral and the remains of the castle left from the Ottoman period. Then we will visit the magnificent Visegrad, a medieval castle and hunting lodge. This will be a panoramic view of the Visegrad castle. After that, we will go to a small town called Szentendre. In this town, you will find plenty of products like handmade covers, crystals, porcelain items, souvenirs, drinks, etc. After free time, we will head to Budapest. Transfer to our hotel. Overnight in Budapest.

We will see St. Nedelya Church, Rotunda Church, Russian Church, Hagia Sofia Church, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Prime Ministry, Parliament, Sofia University, and Banya Bashi Mosque. After the bus journey, we will depart for Istanbul and have our arrival. The tour ends here. - Guests participating in the tour are required to have a valid Multi (Multiple Entry) Schengen visa during the tour duration. (Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement.)
- To make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas using local currency.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) application is made for seat planning daily, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days when bringing items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad.
- The shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- Guides can make changes in the program flow, provided that they show all the places indicated in the program, due to weather and road conditions during the tour.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel without charge up to 30 days prior. In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. The cancellation documents submitted with the cancellation request by the participant, such as hospital reports and work permit documents obtained from authorities in Turkey, are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the names in the tour program, and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms can be allocated based on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are made from foldable and coach-type beds, participants accept the possible tightness and bed types in rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child of the age group staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts provided at hotels included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as an introduction to the cities and are oriented around the vehicle with explanations from the guide, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, and last no more than 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours indicated in the program, may not occur due to closure of roads or restrictions on entry authorized by local authorities on the days and times of the tour, or may not take place due to weather conditions rendering the tour impossible. In such cases, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot due to closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted based on available options.
- During travel, waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed via road may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for negative experiences arising from these waiting periods.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, tours may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places visited and based on weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is dependent on the participant’s wish and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour agree to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from where they were left after the tour is completed.
- Participants in tours with flights are responsible for completing check-in and boarding procedures personally, at the relevant airline counters at airports or online on the airline company’s websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Viyatravel, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete the procedures on time but do not board the plane. Those who miss the flight are responsible for all expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area that will be necessary to participate in the tour.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. Viyatravel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.

- To make purchases and expenses in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros. The guide will assist with currency exchange in areas using local currency.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, a rotation (seat change) application is made for seat planning daily, and a fixed seat or front seat guarantee is not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- There is a minimum accommodation requirement of 3 days when bringing items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad.
- The shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad is: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverage (excluding alcoholic drinks containing more than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverage (including alcoholic drinks containing less than 22% alcohol, wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg.
- Guides can make changes in the program flow, provided that they show all the places indicated in the program, due to weather and road conditions during the tour.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel without charge up to 30 days prior. In case of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the tour date, a 30% penalty is applied, and for 20 days or less, a 100% penalty is applied. The cancellation documents submitted with the cancellation request by the participant, such as hospital reports and work permit documents obtained from authorities in Turkey, are unfortunately not accepted for the cancellation of hotels and services outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 25 people. In case of insufficient participation for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying the names in the tour program, and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Viyatravel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Viyatravel 15 days before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms can be allocated based on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are made from foldable and coach-type beds, participants accept the possible tightness and bed types in rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply for one child of the age group staying with 2 adults.
- Breakfasts provided at hotels included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as an introduction to the cities and are oriented around the vehicle with explanations from the guide, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances, and last no more than 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours indicated in the program, may not occur due to closure of roads or restrictions on entry authorized by local authorities on the days and times of the tour, or may not take place due to weather conditions rendering the tour impossible. In such cases, Viyatravel is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot due to closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted based on available options.
- During travel, waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed via road may exceed standard times, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for negative experiences arising from these waiting periods.
- Extra tours are organized by local Viyatravel with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, tours may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places visited and based on weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is dependent on the participant’s wish and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour agree to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from where they were left after the tour is completed.
- Participants in tours with flights are responsible for completing check-in and boarding procedures personally, at the relevant airline counters at airports or online on the airline company’s websites before the flight.
- Viyatravel is not responsible for individuals who are not present at the specified airport at the times communicated by Viyatravel, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete the procedures on time but do not board the plane. Those who miss the flight are responsible for all expenses for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area that will be necessary to participate in the tour.
- Viyatravel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip. Viyatravel is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport taxes and service fees.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified as follows according to the number of participants. The vehicle types below are assigned based on the number of people participating in each tour.
