Meeting at Istanbul Airport international departures terminal in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at 05:15. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will fly to Milan at 08:15 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1873. Arrival at Milan Malpensa Airport at 09:05 local time. After passport and luggage procedures, we will begin a panoramic Milan city tour with our vehicle from the airport. The landmarks we will see include the Duomo di Milano, which took nearly 500 years to complete and is the 4th largest cathedral in Europe, Sforza Castle, and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, which opened in 1877 and is considered the first indoor shopping center in Europe, home to world-famous fashion stores. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel, check-in, and settle into our rooms as per readiness. Overnight at our hotel in Milan.

Day 3 | Milan – Turin – Lyon | December 6, 2026 Sunday [B]
After breakfast at our hotel, we will check out and head to Turin. During our panoramic Turin city tour, we start at Piazza Castello. This square, surrounded by majestic structures such as Palazzo Reale (Royal Palace) and Palazzo Madama, bears witness to the grandeur of the Savoy Dynasty. After some free time for Christmas shopping and lunch, we will meet at the time informed by the guide and head to Lyon. Upon arrival, we will conduct a panoramic Lyon city tour. Known as one of France’s gastronomic capitals and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Vieux Lyon (Old Lyon) greets us with its historical texture and enchanting atmosphere. The city transforms into an art venue during this festival, showcasing incredible light shows from world-renowned designers over four days. The Fête des Lumières (Lyon Light Festival), held since 1851 and welcoming millions of visitors each year, adorns its historic streets with breathtaking light installations. During this visual feast, Lyon's captivating silhouette awaits us with a unique harmony of light and art, promising an unforgettable experience. After our tour, we will transfer to our hotel, complete check-in procedures, and settle into our rooms. Overnight at our hotel in Lyon.
Day 4 | Lyon – Istanbul | December 7, 2026 Monday [B]
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and have free time until the transfer time. At the transfer time indicated by our guide, we will head to Lyon Airport. After ticket, luggage, and passport procedures, we will fly to Istanbul at 18:05 on Turkish Airlines flight TK1810. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:25 local time and the end of our tour. We bid farewell until we meet again on our next selected and enjoyable trip.

GENERAL TERMS:
- General terms are an integral part of our package tour program and cannot be considered independently.
- Our agency acts as the organizer of this package tour program.
- The prices included in this package tour program are valid until a new price list is released and invalidate the previous one. Our agency implements a gradual price increase. The prices in our package tour program are limited to a maximum capacity of 10 people. If there are requests over this number, price increases may apply. Please obtain price information before purchasing.
- Our package tour program is organized under the condition of a certain number of participants. If the required number of participants is not met, the tour can be canceled by us up to 21 days before the tour departure. In this case, the canceled tour will be notified to you, and the tour fee and additional service fees for domestic connection flights (only those connected to the group's international main PNR) will be refunded without deduction. If the participant has obtained additional services such as domestic or international connection flights and/or has made a visa application and/or has taken out insurance from another service provider outside our agency for this tour, they cannot claim any refund or compensation for those expenses. If the participant has requested a visa application service from us, and if the application has not yet been made in their name, the visa application and any travel health insurance will be canceled and the fee will be refunded without deduction. Our agency may offer the participant the right to choose another tour in accordance with legal regulations in place of the canceled tour. However, our agency is not obliged to do so; it can be offered only based on availability and possibility. The participant accepts and undertakes any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation of the package tour when purchasing the tour. Our agency cannot be held liable for any material and moral consequences resulting from the cancellation of the package tour within the specified time frame above.
- The participant has the right to withdraw (cancel the tour) by informing in writing or using a permanent data carrier until 30 days before the tour departure. For cancellation notifications made at least 30 days prior to the tour, the fee paid by the participant will be refunded without any deductions except for mandatory taxes, fees, and similar legal liabilities. If the cancellation notification is made less than 30 days before the start of the tour, the payments made to service providers included in the package tour content and/or any obligations undertaken by our agency will be collected from the participant as a cancellation penalty. This amount will be informed to you. If the cancellation notification is made less than 15 days before the start of the tour, the participant may cancel by paying the entire tour price as a cancellation penalty. In case the participant requests cancellation, the conditions for cancellation and refund of additional services such as domestic and international connection flights, visa services, travel health insurance may vary depending on the date of the cancellation request; therefore, if there is an amount to be refunded, the participant needs to obtain information from us before making the cancellation request. Our agency cannot guarantee cancellation and refund for additional services. Our agency shall not be responsible for any additional services acquired directly with service providers such as airlines or hotels by the participant.
- While registering for the package tour, the participant is required to declare and ensure the accurate recording of names, surnames, birth dates, passport numbers, Turkish Republic identity numbers, and phone numbers in their passport. Museum tickets, train tickets, cruise ship boarding passes, and flight tickets, etc. are arranged based on this information. Penalties and/or results arising from incorrect or incomplete information shall be reflected on the participant.
- Our agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. Flight times may change before departure. All flight times should be confirmed by the passenger at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure. Airlines have a consecutive flight rule. Accordingly, passengers who do not complete their first flight automatically cancel all subsequent flights, and no refunds are made. Our participants have purchased the tour by being aware of and accepting the information mentioned in this article.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for flights are personal responsibilities of the participants. It is the participant's responsibility to complete these procedures either online through the airline's website or at the counters at the airport. Our agency does not carry out check-in processes or seat selection on behalf of the participants. Delays and gate changes that occur during the flights are announced audibly at the airports and shown on the information boards in the area. This information must be followed directly by the participant; our agency is not responsible.
- It is required to be present at the departure point at least 3 hours before all customs international departures. For those who are not present at the specified airport and time according to the rules of relevant airlines and aviation authorities, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the plane even though they have checked in on time, our agency is not responsible if the participant fails to make the flight. All costs related to obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for missed participants to join the tour and transfers in the destination are borne by the participant.
- In general, the baggage allowance for international flights from Turkey is 1 piece and/or 20 kg per person. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the destination country. If there are domestic flights in the destination country, this baggage allowance may decrease to 15 kg for those flights. The excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the relevant airlines and are indicated on the participant's ticket. Our agency is not responsible for excess baggage.
- Participants arriving at the city where the tour will commence by land, sea, or domestic/international flights must adjust their flight times according to the time they should be at the port or airport. Therefore, in case of tardiness, all responsibility for not participating in the tour lies with the participant, and our agency has no responsibility or compensation liability towards the participant.
- In some airlines, online check-in, catering, and food and drink services may be subject to additional charges that the participant has to pay.
- The names of hotels sold as "or similar (etc.)" in the package tour program will be announced by us at least 48 hours before the tour departure. Furthermore, the names of hotels where only category information is provided and/or options for the same destination are also to be communicated by us at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
- Current tour details, including the airport officer, tour leader, if any, will be provided at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In some countries, there are different applications regarding city, tourism, or local level taxes. Any taxes applied under different names, which are not included in the package tour price, will be collected from the participant by the hotels at check-in or check-out.
- Hotels may request a valid photo ID/passport issued by official authorities and a credit card or cash deposit for additional expenses at check-in. The return of the previously collected deposit or deduction from the participant's expenses at checkout is the responsibility between the hotel and the participant, and our agency has no obligation in this regard.
- Requests from participants regarding the room (high floor, adjacent room, smoking/non-smoking, bed type, etc.) are communicated to the hotels. Care is taken for the allocated rooms to correspond to the participant's preferences based on the hotel's availability. However, the realization of these requests depends on the availability at the time of check-in, and our agency does not guarantee them.
- Triple rooms can be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are open/close and are called coach beds, the participant acknowledges that they accept any discomfort and bed type that may occur in reservations for the third person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for one child residing in the same room with two adults that falls within the age group. Due to the limited availability of TWIN (2 separate beds) rooms in hotels, it cannot be guaranteed. Please check your request for a TWIN room before the reservation.
- In many hotels, the check-in time is 16:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. Our agency has no commitment regarding this.
- Menus, contents, and service hours provided in hotels and restaurants are offered according to the country's and/or business's concept. These may vary from typical menus and hours and can be served in a separate hall assigned to groups.
- The panoramic city tour does not include admissions to museums, historical sites, etc. and lasts for 2-3 hours but can be held on different days provided the content does not change. Optional tours will be conducted according to the minimum number of participants determined by the tour leader or local guide. If this minimum number is not met, optional tours can be conducted with price increases and/or the dates may change according to the flow of the program. Neither our agency nor the participants can be held responsible if the planned panoramic tours and optional tours do not occur due to permission not being granted by local authorities, closures due to any events or performances, or weather conditions. The fees for optional tours that do not take place will be refunded without deductions, but there will be no refund for panoramic tours.
- The days and times of the tours stated in the program may change based on whether the museums and historical sites in the visited places are open or closed and according to weather conditions, and different tour leaders or local guides may accompany participants during the tours and transfers conducted throughout the program.
- Participants who do not participate in the services included in the program cannot receive any refund.
- Participants are required to carry optional travel health insurance policies and any medical reports and related medications that do not pose a risk. If the participant has any risky health issues or history, they are responsible for informing our agency before purchasing the tour. Our agency is not responsible for any issues or loss of rights that the participant may face due to these matters.
- Participants' personal belongings, bags, suitcases, money, credit cards, passports, and IDs are their own responsibility. Our agency is not liable for forgotten, lost, or stolen money and belongings. In the event of a forgotten item being found, all expenses incurred in delivering it to the country and/or person will be borne by the owner of the item.
- For visa-required countries, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of completion of the tour is required. The passport police have the authority to refuse entry to travelers even if they have a valid visa. In such cases, all financial and legal responsibilities lie with the participant. Please check your passport information and details.
- When departing from Turkey, all passport types for Turkish or foreign citizens require a minimum of 6 months validity from the date of travel, even if they have a valid visa. Our agency has no responsibility for participants who cannot attend the tour due to passports with less than 6 months validity.
- A passport is an official document, and if it is damaged, stained, or torn in any way, the passport police have the authority to prevent the participant from exiting or entering the country. In such cases, all responsibility lies entirely with the participant.
- In cases where minors under the age of 18 participate in the tour without at least one parent, a notarized consent form must be carried by the participant throughout the entire trip.
