After ticketing, baggage, and boarding processes, departure to Sharm El Sheikh with Pegasus Airlines flight PC628 at 00:10. Arrive at 01:50 local time, then after luggage collection and visa procedures, transfer to our hotel by private bus. After check-in, settle into the rooms.

DAY 2 SHARM EL SHEIKH

After breakfast, we leave the hotel with your guide for a city tour. Our tour of Sharm El Sheikh, a popular holiday destination known for its coves and beaches, includes Nabq Bay, Hadaba Bay, Naama Bay. In Hollywood, the Old City and New City areas, we will see vibrant shopping stores, cafes, restaurants, and many attractions. After free time at Soho Square, the city’s main center, your guide will inform you of the departure time for transfer back to the hotel. On this tour, with the glass-bottom boat, you will enjoy breathtaking underwater views of the Red Sea, witnessing colorful fish species, corals, and many sea creatures. DAY 3 SHARM EL SHEIKH – CAIRO

Early morning transfer by private bus to Cairo. After approximately 500 km journey, upon arrival in Cairo, panoramic city tour. The tour includes visits to Cairo Citadel, Mohamed Ali Mosque, Sultan Hasan Complex, Imam Shafi’i Mosque, Baron Empain Palace, Sedat’s Tomb, Al-Azhar Mosque, Islamic Museum, Cairo Museum, Cairo Tower, Khan El Khalili Bazaar, Tahrir Square, and many other tourist points. After the tour, free time. Transfer to hotel at the guided time. Overnight at the hotel.

 

DAY 4 CAIRO

After breakfast, free time. Those interested can join the Full Day Cairo Wonders Tour with Lunch – including Giza Pyramids, Egyptian Museum, Al-Azhar University and Mosque, Khan El Khalili Market. On this tour, we will visit the Giza Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, and the Sphinx. You’ll have opportunity to take photos with detailed historical explanations from your guide. After the pyramids, you can visit jewelry, perfume shops, and papyrus stores for shopping. Then, we will visit the Egyptian Museum, home to over 120,000 artifacts including the treasures of Ancient Egypt, Sphinxes, and many historical items. Afterwards, see the oldest university in Egypt and the 970 AD constructed Al-Azhar Mosque which accommodates 20,000 people. Despite being just 225 km from Cairo, Alexandria offers a different face of Egypt with its atmosphere and ambiance. Founded by Alexander the Great in 331 BC, it became the capital of Greco-Roman Egypt and hosts one of the Seven Wonders, the Lighthouse of Alexandria. It was also a center of science and education in ancient times, and since the 19th century, a center of commerce and maritime activity. After spending time in this charming city, return to Cairo. DAY 6 CAIRO – HURGADA

Early morning transfer by private bus to Hurgada. After approximately 450 km journey, upon arrival, panoramic city tour. Our tour includes visits to the old city district El Dahar (Downtown), the modern tourism area Sahl Hasheesh, hotels, shopping malls, and stores. Afterward, free time in the city. DAY 7 HURGADA

After breakfast, free time. Those interested can join the Full Day Luxor Wonders Tour with Lunch – including Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, Memnon Statues, and the Nile Delta. On this tour, we will follow the footsteps of the pharaohs and experience the mystical Egypt within breathtaking temples. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. The city and tourism taxes, as well as local service charges, amounting to 75 USD, are mandatory and will be collected by the guide before the tour starts.
  2. This tour requires a Egyptian visa.
  3. In accordance with Civil Aviation regulations (The Hague regulations), airlines may update flight times and the airports used. Flight times should be confirmed by guests 48 hours prior to departure. Airlines may change schedules or airports, or experience delays, and our agency cannot be held responsible for these changes.
  4. Passengers who do not confirm flight times and routes are responsible for any changes or delays in domestic connecting flights.
  5. Group tickets are subject to airline rules; if the outbound flight is not used, then the return flight cannot be used, and refunds for unused legs are not provided.
  6. For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage allowance is 20kg. This may vary depending on the airline and destination country. For domestic flights within countries, allowance may be reduced to 15kg. Excess baggage fees and rules are determined by airlines and are not the responsibility of our agency.
  7. Reservation details such as full names, birth dates, Turkish ID numbers, and passport numbers must be provided to our agency in writing, exactly as they appear on the passport used for travel. Changes or cancellations based on incorrect info may incur charges.
  8. Our 7-night 8-day tour uses 4-star centrally located hotels. In Sharm El Sheikh, accommodation is in Old Town, in Cairo in Giza, and in Hurghada in designated hotel zones.
  9. During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, and similar occasions, hotel locations may be farther from the specified areas. In such cases, information will be provided at least 15 days prior to departure.
  10. Breakfasts served at hotels are according to local customs, typically continental, including butter, jam, bread, tea, coffee, and beverages. In high occupancy periods, group breakfasts may be served in separate halls.
  11. For group reservations of 10 or more persons, additional tour packages must be booked at the time of reservation.
  12. During the tour, there will be no hot or cold drinks or refreshments on the vehicle. However, the captain and crew may sell beverages onboard.
  13. Children under 12 years old pay a reduced rate when sharing a room with two adults. In triple rooms, the third bed is a foldable bed, which may be smaller than standard beds and may not provide the same comfort.
  14. For extra tours, children aged 0-4 years receive a 50% discount.
  15. Triple occupancy rooms are subject to availability; in such rooms, the third bed is smaller, and extra beds are foldable. Participants acknowledge and accept the potential for limited space and different bed sizes in such rooms when booking for three or more persons or children.
  16. Our agency reserves the right to change the itinerary or content while keeping the same destinations, and city tours may be moved to the next day based on arrival times.
  17. Hotel names are provided as "and similar"; specific hotel details are given 2-3 days before the tour start date.
  18. Panoramic city tours are conducted with guides providing general information from the vehicle or walking tours depending on city structure, and do not include museum or archaeological site entry fees.
  19. Our agency is not responsible for changes or cancellations caused by reasons beyond our control, such as road closures, weather conditions, restrictions by local authorities, or border crossing delays. In such cases, alternatives like public transport or walking may be used for some tours.
  20. Extra tour prices are set based on a minimum participation of 10 persons. If participation is insufficient, tours may be canceled or prices may vary depending on content, vehicles used, and participant numbers.
  21. Participation in extra tours is voluntary. Passengers who choose not to join may wait at designated rest stops, and will be picked up from the original departure point after the tour. The tour does not include beverages or snacks during transit unless specified.
  22. Guests purchasing advantageous tour packages who wish to cancel part of their booking will be charged at the non-discounted price. Refunds are not available for boat trips, dinner shows, or paid entrance fees if the guest chooses not to participate.
  23. Unless explicitly stated, museum entrance fees are not included in tour prices. Price increases by the government will be reflected in extra tour fees.
  24. Use of buses for city tours and inter-country transfers, except panoramic tours and transfers, are included only for guests who purchase extra tours.
  25. Passport validity should be at least 6 months beyond the end date of your trip to avoid entry issues. For travelers with Turkish Green Passports older than 10 years, passport renewal may be required. Failure to do so may result in denied entry or flight refusal, for which our agency is not responsible.
  26. Our agency acts solely as an intermediary for visa procedures; we are not responsible if visas are rejected or delayed. Visa and insurance fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of timing.
  27. Visas must be obtained from the consulate of the country with the most extended stay. Failure to comply may result in entry denial, for which our agency is not liable.
  28. For smooth entry into the visited country, passports must be free of tears, damage, moisture, or similar damages. Damaged passports may be denied entry, and our agency is not responsible for such issues.
  29. Please ensure your belongings are complete when leaving transportation and hotels during your trip; the agency and other service providers are not responsible for lost items.
  30. For minors traveling without at least one parent, notarized consent forms must be presented during travel.
  31. Our agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours with prior notice. In case of insufficient participation, the tour may be canceled, and the agency must notify participants officially; no compensation is provided.
  32. Participants confirm that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions upon booking.
