If you want to have exciting moments filled with activities and take a break from the monotony of life, we recommend that you join this thrilling tour, in addition to the Dahab Blue Lagoon tour that we offer. First, we will visit Dahab to explore one of the prettiest towns along the Red Sea. Then we will have lunch at a delightful restaurant by the sea. Afterward, we will go to the 3 Pools area and give you free time to snorkel. (One non-alcoholic drink per person is included.) During this time, you will also get the chance to ride a camel. (included in the price) Finally, we will have an ATV safari in the desert towards a green oasis surrounded by palm trees. (Helmet rental for 10 USD per person, as well as the scarf and glasses that you will need in the desert, are included in the price. The scarf and glasses will be yours to keep.) Finally, we will enjoy a fun jeep safari visiting the canyons.

GUEST INFORMATION ON EXTRA TOURS:
1- For the tours to be conducted with a Turkish guide, it is necessary to reach a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached:
A- Some tours may be conducted with an English-speaking personnel (with the agreement of the guest)
B- A price difference may apply for conducting the tour in English or Turkish (with the agreement of the guest)
C- If the above options are not accepted by the guest, the tour will be canceled and the guest will receive a full refund for the amount paid for that tour. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
2- Once the guest purchases the tour, necessary reservations and payments are made to local service providers. Therefore, if the guest wishes to cancel the purchased tour;
A- If they or a person sharing the same room face a health problem verified by a doctor's report, the paid amount for that tour will be refunded in full. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
B- Cancellations made up to 25 hours before the tour depart will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. If the discount on discounted packages exceeds the refund amount, no refund will be made; if it is lower, the difference will be refunded.
C- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour depart will not receive any refunds.
D- If the guest is not at the designated meeting point at the specified time, they may join the tour by making their own arrangements to a different point. If they do not prefer this or if it is not possible due to the tour's content, no refund will be made.
E- Some tours also pick up guests from different hotels, thus, in cases of delays, the guest may contact our authorized personnel to learn the arrival time of the vehicle. Such delays do not affect the content or duration of the tour. Therefore, they cannot be considered grounds for cancellation and refunds will not be made if a cancellation is requested.
F- Our authorized personnel will inform guests of the required return times during the free times and breaks on the tour. In the event of the guest being late, if the flow of the tour is not affected, staff have the authority to either wait for a reasonable amount of time or to continue. In other cases, the guest must make their own arrangements to continue to the next point of the tour or return to the hotel. In this case, no refunds will be made.
3- YOU ARE UNDER OUR GUARANTEE: All services including vehicles, restaurants, menus, venues, personnel, and all other services we use in our tours are the best based on fee/quality balance and our years of experience in Egypt, all of which are certified by local authorities in Egypt. In case of unmet and/or flawed services in our tours and activities; since your experiences in Egypt are continuously monitored by our company, any problems will be resolved with immediate interventions and/or partial or full refunds will be made as appropriate. Refunds for discounted packages will be calculated based on the final amount paid after the discount is deducted.
However, our company cannot be held responsible for conditions outside of its control, such as local and general conditions in Egypt, traffic, road closures, weather conditions, guest errors, technical malfunctions, and similar situations.
4- Some of our tours may require intense physical activity. If you have health concerns, we kindly ask that you consult our authorized personnel to learn about the conditions of the tour before deciding whether to participate.
5- Water sports, boat trips, ATV/Quad Safari, 4X4 jeep safaris, scuba diving, camel riding, and similar activities carry certain risks of accidents which may lead to severe injuries and even worse. Our company cannot be held responsible for any adverse situations that may arise. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please ensure that you understand these risks; if unsure, please definitely ask our authorized personnel for information. If you are still uncertain, do not proceed with the purchase. When participating in these types of tours and activities, please adhere strictly to the warnings of our authorized personnel, ensure you follow the specified precautions, and wear the safety equipment provided if applicable. Otherwise, you would be endangering both yourself and other participants.
6- It is the guest's responsibility to dress appropriately at places of a religious significance. Our company does not take responsibility for guests not being allowed entry due to inappropriate clothing.
7- Some tours and activities may require special items/clothing. The guest is fully responsible for bringing comfortable shoes, clothes, flip-flops, swimsuits, snorkeling equipment, sunscreen, scarves, and shawls, and borrowing towels from the hotel and returning them.
8- Guests should inform our guide of any food allergies or other allergies, and health-related special dietary needs. Please note that in these specific situations we may not always be able to meet your needs. We can only promise to do our best within reasonable limits.
9- We strongly advise against consuming open water or other beverages, fruits/vegetables unless you are sure they have been thoroughly washed and peeled, and open-air, unpackaged foods during your stay in Egypt and throughout our tours. Your body and immune system are not accustomed to the local conditions in Egypt, and you may experience symptoms like fever, diarrhea, or vomiting. In such cases, our company will assist you in getting necessary medical help; however, the related costs will be your responsibility.
10- Like every prudent individual, we highly recommend that you secure your health and travel insurance for your trips both domestically and internationally.
