In our programs, the guide will meet at the destination, and the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If additional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be included. During additional tours, different guides may accompany guests. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception before the time given by the guide. Guests must report any cancellations or changes of additional tours to the guide a minimum of 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policies of the additional tours will depend on the final decision of the local provider. During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated kilometers. Panoramic city tours included in the package are designed for the general introduction of the cities and do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites. These tours are a maximum of 2-3 hours long. GENERAL TERMS The tour program, as indicated during the reservation, must be communicated to the guests along with the general conditions and obligations listed below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising from the provided information. By registering for the tour, our guests are deemed to have read and accepted all the items. Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport whose passports are older than 10 years must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be allowed entry into their destination country and/or their flights may not be conducted by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility falls on the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held liable. To avoid issues with the customs police at the border crossing due to ripped, worn, wet, and/or damaged passports, it is essential to renew such passports, and for Turkish citizens subject to visa applications, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of any issues, the responsibility falls on the passenger. Guest passports must be valid for at least 6 months starting from the date of the return flight. Any hindrance due to this issue is the responsibility of the guest. BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa at its discretion; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only assumes the role of an intermediary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have accepted these terms by registering for the tour. When applying for a visa through BTB TOURS, it is necessary for the passenger to confirm the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any erroneous typing that may impede the flight. Passengers' passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return flight. Any issues arising from this must be the passenger's responsibility. If the passenger cancels their reservation and/or does not participate in the tour, the visa fee and the service fee will not be refunded. If the passenger obtains their visa and visa services through BTB TOUR's visa department and the visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, if BTB TOURS cancel the tour due to inadequate participation or for another reason, the passenger may receive a refund of the remaining amount after presenting proof that they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date, excluding any fees paid to the consulates. If the passenger obtains their visa through their own means or with the help of a different visa facilitation firm, and BTB TOURS cancels the tour due to inadequate participation or for another reason, no refund will be provided. Changes in routes may occur depending on the city to which the plane will land. Flight times and types may change, and due to high season or special periods, availability in hotels may vary, and a similar hotel may be offered. These situations have been communicated at the time of the contract, and the passenger has purchased the tour with the acceptance of the risks of time changes and hotel changes. Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. In triple rooms, an extra bed is applied, and the 3rd bed is usually smaller than the standard bed. Guarantee cannot be provided for 3 separate beds in triple rooms; if suitable rooms are available at the hotel, the hotel will block them based on availability. Child discounts apply only for children accompanying two adults. Continental breakfast is served at hotels and not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and juice. Group breakfasts can be served in a separate room. During the reservation/registration process, it is required to provide and enter the passenger's name and surname, date of birth, and passport number in the passport to proceed with the travel arrangements. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties arising from faulty information will be the responsibility of the passenger. Guests are required to have travel and health insurance for international travel that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who fail to carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In the event of incurring a penalty due to not carrying insurance, the responsibility falls on the guests. Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having visited one country may result in difficulties in obtaining a visa for, or entering, another country. In this case, the parties agree that BTB TOURS is not responsible for such situations. To benefit the group in terms of economy and time during the visit, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait in a nearby facility until the group returns. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests. Panoramic city tours are tours designed to introduce the cities. City tours and additional tour arrangements may be held on different days as long as their content does not change, or may not be able to take place due to weather conditions. In this case, BTB TOURS is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Additional tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people.
