IMPORTANT NOTES

To benefit from the advantageous package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours happen with a minimum of 10 participants. In the case of fewer than 10 participants, tour prices may change or may be conducted via a metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
Prices for extra tours may vary due to regional density or periods. The prices valid at the time of purchasing from the guide will apply during the extra tours.
When the tour program has only category information without specifying the names, and/or options for the same destination, information will be provided by your agency 48 hours prior to the tour.
Our guide will meet the group at the destination that will be visited, and the package includes guiding services only for panoramic city tours and roundtrip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during the extra tours.
Guests must notify the guide of any extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund policy for extra tours depends on the final decision of the local supplier.
During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., the hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will notify you 2 days before the tour date.
Panoramic city tours included in the package are organized for general introduction to cities and consist of 2-3 hour tours without museum or archaeological site entries.
For the extra tours, a minimum participation of 20 people is required. If sufficient participation is not reached, extra tours may not occur or price changes may be applicable.
Tours or excursions not permitted by local authorities cannot be conducted. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.
In our programs, flight seats are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the departure flight is missed or not used, the return flight may automatically be voided as well. In such cases, the airline’s rules apply.
Flight delays and gate changes may occur due to last-minute changes, and this information is displayed on the information boards/screens at airports. Guests should monitor these details personally. In case of missing a flight due to such circumstances or for personal reasons, guests are required to cover the costs of obtaining new tickets (if necessary, as round-trip tickets) based on the previous point. Additionally, guests who miss the group’s departure may partially or fully miss the day’s planned program, and in that case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Likewise, if traveling to the city/country with different flights, transfers from the airport to the city or from the airport to the hotel are the guest's responsibility.
Guests wishing to upgrade their tickets with miles can only do so after the tickets are issued, and this process may occur only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline concerned. As our flights are in group class, the desired ticket may require a price difference to upgrade to an economy class. In this case, the guest must bear this increase in cost. Group flight tickets are usually issued a few days before the trip.
