1st Day ISTANBUL – RABAT We meet three hours before the flight at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Rabat with Air Arabia Airlines. 2nd Day RABAT – MARRAKECH After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Rabat with Air Arabia Airlines. Upon arrival at Rabat airport, we transfer to Marrakech with our private bus waiting for us. For our guests who wish, we will move for the optional extra tour of Majorelle Garden & Bahia Palace & Marrakech Medina Shopping (80 Euro). We will tour the Majorelle Garden, which is one of the most beautiful places in Marrakech, founded by French furniture designer and painter Jacques Majorelle and transformed into its current shape by fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. Continuing our tour, we learn about argan oil and exotic spices, and visit the Bahia Palace, adorned with country-specific tile work. After the tour, we transfer to our Marrakech hotel and have free time to rest. Later, for our guests who wish, we will move for the optional extra dinner show, Chez Ali Fantasia Show (65 Euro). We enjoy a delightful dinner composed of traditional Moroccan flavors in a carefully decorated Berber tent while watching dance shows from folk teams from various regions of Morocco. After our meal, we witness the Fantasia show, an equestrian acrobatic performance, wedding procession, and oriental dance in a hippodrome area and complete our evening with beautiful memories. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel. 3rd Day MARRAKECH – ESSAOUIRA – MARRAKECH After having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart with our guests who wish for the optional extra tour of Essaouira & Atlantic Ocean (80 Euro). In this area, where argan trees are most dense in Morocco, we will first visit the Argan Oil Cooperative and learn about Argan Oil. Then, we reach the city of Essaouira located by the Atlantic Ocean, reminiscent of the old Bodrum, and a renowned old Portuguese city. Declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO, the city is a fishing port on the Atlantic coast and a coastal town seamlessly intertwined with art and culture, having been featured in various productions such as Orson Welles' Othello and the recently popular series Game of Thrones. The city's fortress, fishing port, and Medina, built by adapting old Roman towns, are among the sights to see. You can explore the narrow labyrinth streets of the city and enjoy pleasant shopping. After our tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Marrakech and have free time to rest. Later, our guests who wish can participate in the optional extra dinner at Dar Soukkar Local Restaurant (75 Euro). At Dar Soukkar, one of Marrakech's favorite nightlife spots, we enjoy a specially prepared menu while watching the stunning performances of modern and traditional dancers, coupled with live music and DJ performances, savoring the evening until late hours. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel. 4th Day MARRAKECH – OUARZAZATE – ATLAS FILM STUDIOS After having breakfast at the hotel, we move to Ouarzazate. Along our route, Ouarzazate has been used as a set for many Hollywood films, including The Call, Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, Alexander the Great, and Babylon, as well as for the recent television phenomenon Game of Thrones. Upon our arrival in Ouarzazate, we check-in at our hotel. Then, for our guests who wish, we will depart for the optional extra tour to Atlas Film Studios (25 Euro). Our tour will visit the Atlas Film Studios, which have hosted many films and series sets. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Ouarzazate and have free time. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel. 5th Day OUARZAZATE – ERFOUD After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart towards the Sahara Desert via Tinghir. Our day will be like a road trip. On the way, on one side, you will see the desert and on the other side, the Atlas Mountains. We will visit places such as the Todra Valley and M'gouna (rose city). For our guests who wish, we will move for the optional extra Sahara Desert Sunset Event Jeep and Camel Safari (80 Euro). We will go to the sand dunes where we will have a safari in the desert. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Erfoud and have free time. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel. 6th Day ERFOUD – MIDELT – IFRANE – FES After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off toward Fes. After a photo stop in the magnificent Ziz Valley, we have free time for lunch in the town of Midelt. Then, we continue to Ifrane, known as "Little Switzerland" in Morocco, located in the Atlas Mountains; it is a ski resort and is famous for its Swiss-style architecture. After a coffee break here, we proceed to Fes, which is under the protection of UNESCO. Upon reaching Fes, we will take a walk visiting the monumental gate of the royal palace Bab-el Makhzen and the surrounding Jewish quarter Mellah, after which we will transfer to our hotel. For our guests who wish, we will move for the optional extra Palais Medina Dinner Entertainment (50 Euro). At Riad Palais Medina, which reflects the typical architecture of the historical city of Fes, we enjoy traditional Moroccan music, folklore, and dance shows while tasting exquisite dishes of Moroccan cuisine. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel. 7th Day FES – CASABLANCA After having breakfast at the hotel, we first depart for the Fes Medina tour. The tour includes Attarine Medrese, Karaouine University, Nejarine Square, and then we transfer to Casablanca. Casablanca, known for hosting the meetings of both parties during World War II and for intense espionage activities, owes its fame to the famous film "Casablanca," remembered for the line "Play it again, Sam." Today, Casablanca is an industrial city with one of the largest ports in Africa and the country, where we will see places such as Mohammed V Square, panoramic views of Hassan II Mosque, and the lively corniche. After the tour, we have dinner and overnight stay at our hotel. 8th Day CASABLANCA – RABAT – ISTANBUL We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. First, we head to Rabat, the capital of the country. Located along the Bou Regreg River, surrounded by eucalyptus and Portuguese cork oak forests, Rabat has been the capital since the exiled king announced his return from this city. In Rabat, we will visit Kasbah Oudaya, Hassan Tower, and the Mausoleum of King Mohammed V before departing for Rabat Airport at the time determined by our guide. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Istanbul. After a comfortable flight, we arrive in Istanbul, concluding our tour.

ACCOMMODATION NOTES, FLIGHT DETAILS and OTHER INFORMATION

  • Hotel check-in times are between 15:00 - 17:00 / check-out times are between 10:00 - 12:00.
  • Departure and arrival times are in local time.
  • Flights marked with an * arrive at the destination one calendar day after the departure date.
  • Prices are not valid for groups; please ask for our special prices.
  • In our Morocco tour, the following rules must be observed: men should not wear shorts, women should not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts; long-sleeved jackets and headscarves must be brought for visiting mosques.
  • The local currency in the country is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD), with 1 € approximately equal to 10 dirhams. The Turkish lira is not accepted in the country. It is advisable to carry Euros or USD for currency exchange.
  • The local time zone in the Kingdom of Morocco is GMT+1, and there is a 2-hour difference with Turkey. This difference can extend to 3 hours during some periods.

IMPORTANT NOTES
    • Our tour program is organized on the condition of a minimum of 40 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation no later than 21 days before the tour departure. The cancellation due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
    • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names and/or multiple options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
    • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified distances or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours prior to the trip.
    • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for a general introduction to the cities and are conducted only through narrated commentary inside the vehicle without including museum or archaeological site entries; these tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours. In case the panoramic tours, as well as the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing entry on the day of the tour, closed roads, or if it is impossible to conduct the tours due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to perform the mentioned tours. Some tours may need to be conducted using public transport or on foot due to closed roads or access restrictions to vehicles.
    • Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability; in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds, being folding or coach beds, may create a tight space in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts apply to a single child within the applicable age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 at hotels.
    • Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the country's breakfast culture and generally consist of a limited menu termed continental breakfast that includes butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
    • Due to group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you through the agency during the tour notification.
    • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing domestic flight tickets. If the guest has obtained a domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a time change, no fee reimbursement can be claimed from the agency. Guests acknowledge in advance that they accept any financial or emotional losses that may arise due to cancellation or changes in the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
    • According to airline regulations; if a round-trip plane ticket is purchased and the outbound flight is not utilized, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
    • Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be ready at the tour's starting point without delay using their own means. In case of any delay, they will have to provide all their own transfers.
    • For participants of the tour, personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities are under their own responsibility, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of found forgotten items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are borne by the item owner.
    • In cases of illness or the loss of belongings, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the integrity and continuity of the group are essential.
    • It is mandatory to correctly provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be collected from you.
    • Some airlines may charge for meal and online check-in services.
    • Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the bus usage in tours.
    • During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to guests are the times when the vehicle's wheels are scheduled to start moving. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring fair treatment for all guests, will move the vehicle without waiting for any overdue guests. In the event of such a situation, the overdue guest will have to make their own way to the next stop.
    • Extra tours are organized by the local agency providing the service with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, trips may not take place, or extra tour prices, contents, and the vehicle to be used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites are open/closed and weather conditions.
    • In our classic packages that do not include extra tours, participation in additional tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at an available rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a suitable resting facility before the extra tour starts and will be collected from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
    • In programs that include extra tours, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency during the reservation or to the guide during the tour.
    • The participant accepts in advance to pay for local guides, museum & archaeological site entries, city taxes, and any audio system costs as previously specified during the tour program. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this matter.
    • The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays on scheduled and charter flights or changes to existing travel and flight times before the trip. The agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
    • Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date, along with the documents specified in our "Required Documents for Visa" list, must be submitted to our agency for the visa application.
    • The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry into the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made.
    • Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement; a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date is sufficient.
    • The visa information specified in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests with passports other than Turkish citizenship must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
    • Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to refuse entry. The agency is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    • To avoid any issues with the customs police at the border of the visited country due to ripped, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is required to renew acquired passports and if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, ensure that the relevant visa is present in the new passport. The responsibility lies with the passenger in case of any problems in this regard.
    • Guests under the age of 18 are advised to pay attention to the possibility that police officers may request a common consent document showing permission from both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent during entry-exit procedures. Parents and guardians of guests under 18 are advised to take this matter seriously.
