IMPORTANT NOTES
• Our tour program is organized on the condition of a minimum of 40 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation no later than 21 days before the tour departure. The cancellation due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names and/or multiple options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located farther than the specified distances or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours prior to the trip.
• The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for a general introduction to the cities and are conducted only through narrated commentary inside the vehicle without including museum or archaeological site entries; these tours last a maximum of 2-3 hours. In case the panoramic tours, as well as the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing entry on the day of the tour, closed roads, or if it is impossible to conduct the tours due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to perform the mentioned tours. Some tours may need to be conducted using public transport or on foot due to closed roads or access restrictions to vehicles.
• Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability; in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds, being folding or coach beds, may create a tight space in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts apply to a single child within the applicable age group staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 at hotels.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the country's breakfast culture and generally consist of a limited menu termed continental breakfast that includes butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
• Due to group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you through the agency during the tour notification.
• It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing domestic flight tickets. If the guest has obtained a domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, in case the trip is canceled by the agency or if there is a time change, no fee reimbursement can be claimed from the agency. Guests acknowledge in advance that they accept any financial or emotional losses that may arise due to cancellation or changes in the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
• According to airline regulations; if a round-trip plane ticket is purchased and the outbound flight is not utilized, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be ready at the tour's starting point without delay using their own means. In case of any delay, they will have to provide all their own transfers.
• For participants of the tour, personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities are under their own responsibility, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of found forgotten items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are borne by the item owner.
• In cases of illness or the loss of belongings, the guide cannot accompany guests individually, as the integrity and continuity of the group are essential.
• It is mandatory to correctly provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be collected from you.
• Some airlines may charge for meal and online check-in services.
• Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during the bus usage in tours.
• During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to guests are the times when the vehicle's wheels are scheduled to start moving. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring fair treatment for all guests, will move the vehicle without waiting for any overdue guests. In the event of such a situation, the overdue guest will have to make their own way to the next stop.
• Extra tours are organized by the local agency providing the service with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, trips may not take place, or extra tour prices, contents, and the vehicle to be used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites are open/closed and weather conditions.
• In our classic packages that do not include extra tours, participation in additional tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted to wait at an available rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a suitable resting facility before the extra tour starts and will be collected from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• In programs that include extra tours, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency during the reservation or to the guide during the tour.
• The participant accepts in advance to pay for local guides, museum & archaeological site entries, city taxes, and any audio system costs as previously specified during the tour program. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this matter.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays on scheduled and charter flights or changes to existing travel and flight times before the trip. The agency is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
• Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date, along with the documents specified in our "Required Documents for Visa" list, must be submitted to our agency for the visa application.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry into the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made.
• Green passport holders are exempt from the visa requirement; a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date is sufficient.
• The visa information specified in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests with passports other than Turkish citizenship must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
• Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to refuse entry. The agency is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• To avoid any issues with the customs police at the border of the visited country due to ripped, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is required to renew acquired passports and if a visa is required for Turkish citizens, ensure that the relevant visa is present in the new passport. The responsibility lies with the passenger in case of any problems in this regard.
• Guests under the age of 18 are advised to pay attention to the possibility that police officers may request a common consent document showing permission from both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent during entry-exit procedures. Parents and guardians of guests under 18 are advised to take this matter seriously.
