Day 1                ISTANBUL – BERGAMO – VENICE

We meet our valued guests at the Pegasus Airlines check-in desk in the International Departures Terminal of Sabiha Gokcen Airport. After luggage and ticket procedures, we fly with Pegasus Airlines scheduled flight. Following our arrival, we depart for the city of Venice by our private bus waiting at the airport. Upon arrival, we have a panoramic city tour of Venice. After reaching Tronchetto Square, we take a short boat ride to Piazza San Marco. During the city tour, we will visit famous places including St. Mark's Square and Basilica, the Bridge of Sighs where prisoners took their last glance at Venice before entering prison, the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge, the Doge's Palace, the Bell Tower, and the Church of San Giorgio Maggiore. After the tour, we will have free time. Guests who wish can join an optional activity organized by our guide, which is the iconic Gondola Tour (35€ per person). After free time, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

Day 2                VENICE – FLORENCE

After our breakfast at the hotel, we head towards Florence. Guests who wish can participate in an optional extra planned by our guide on the route, called Bologna Tour (35€ per person). During our tour, we will visit the city center of Bologna known as Piazza Maggiore (Great Square), the Neptune Fountain located just behind the square, the Old Stock Exchange Building, the first university building in Europe, Quadrilatero (the old market), and the Towers of Garisenda and Asinelli which are symbolic of Bologna. After the tour, we will proceed to Florence. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Florence. During our tour, we will see the Arno River that splits Florence into two, the Ponte Vecchio bridge famous for its jewelers, Palazzo Vecchio where the Medici Family ruled Florence, Piazza Della Signoria which houses the statues of Hercules and David, the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore which is the tallest dome in Italy, and the Baptistery famous for its door. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Montecatini. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

Day 3                FLORENCE

After our breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Guests who wish can join an optional extra organized by our guide, called Pisa & Portofino Tour (110€ per person). During our tour, we will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza dei Miracoli before taking a boat to the world-famous Portofino village, which has been the subject of many songs. You will not get enough of this picturesque small town located within the national park. After the tour, transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

Day 4                FLORENCE – ROME        

After our breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Rome. Guests who wish can join an optional extra on the route organized by our guide, called Orvieto Tour (35€ per person). After visiting the ancient city center and the Orvieto Cathedral, we will proceed to Rome. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Rome. During our city tour, we will see Castel Sant’Angelo where Prince Cem was imprisoned, the Piazza Venezia where Mussolini addressed the public, the monument of II. Vittorio Emanuele, the Colosseum that hosted gladiator battles, the famous Trevi Fountain featured in the film "Roman Holiday," the Spanish Steps consisting of 135 stairs, and the Spanish Steps which has a sunken ship fountain. After the tour, we will transfer to the hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

Day 5                ROME

After our breakfast at the hotel, we have free time. Guests who wish can join an optional extra organized by our guide, called Outlet & Lakes Region & Vatican Tour (80€ per person). After visiting the region known for its natural beauty where the Popes spent their summers and the charming village of Nemi famous for its wild strawberries, we will have free time for shopping at Italy's most famous shopping area, Castel Romano Outlet. We then head to the San Pietro Square, which is considered the center of Christianity. After our arrival, we will have free time to visit the Basilica and the Square. Guests who wish can join an optional extra organized by our guide, called Rome by Night Tour (35€ per person). Accommodation at our hotel.

 

*The optional tours offered today are conducted as combined tours. If taken separately, transportation to the starting/ending points of the tour will be done independently.  

 

 

Day 6                ROME – ISTANBUL

After our breakfast at the hotel, depending on the flight time, we will transfer to Rome Airport. After completing the luggage and check-in procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with the scheduled flight of Pegasus Airlines. With our arrival, our tour and services conclude.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
  1. It is mandatory to have a passport valid for at least 6 months for international trips. Passports older than 10 years are not valid for international travel and must be renewed before the tour departure date. Entry is not allowed with torn and damaged passports.
  2. For visa applications, a passport valid for at least 6 months and the documents listed in the visa-required documents list provided by our agencies must be submitted in full with written approval at least 1 month before the tour departure date.
  3. If fairs, congresses, events, etc. occur in the cities, accommodation may be arranged outside the agreed distance and area. In such cases, the hotel area will be communicated to our agents in writing at least 30 days prior to the tour departure.
  4. The visa must be obtained from the country of first entry of the tour or the country where the most accommodation will be made, otherwise, the passengers may not be allowed entry by border police and the AGENCY will not be held responsible.
  5. In the event of tour cancellation, visa fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
  6. THE AGENCY acts merely as an intermediary between clients and the consulate, and shall not be liable for any reasons for visa approval or non-approval, any delays, or mistakes in the visa.
  7. During registration, the name as it appears on the passport, date of birth, and passport number must be entered into the system. Plane tickets will be issued based on this information. Any cancellation or changes to airplane tickets resulting from incorrect information will be charged to the guests.
  8. Flight times may change prior to departure, and all times must be confirmed in writing by the guests by calling the main office 48 hours before the departure date.
  9. The city the plane will land in may vary. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for timing changes and possible delays made by the airlines.
  10. Passengers who do not confirm flight times and routes are not held responsible by the AGENCY for changes in internal flight connections.
  11. For group tickets, the airline's rules apply, and according to the group ticket rule, if the outbound flight cannot be used, the return flight cannot be used either.
  12. For flights departing from Turkey, the general baggage weight is 20Kg. This weight may vary depending on the airline and the country of destination. For internal flights in the countries visited, this weight may drop to 15Kg. Excess baggage weight/price rules are determined by the airlines and are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
  13. If the number of participants for the package tour is insufficient, the tour will be canceled and notified to the consumer at least 21 days in advance.
  14. The tour route specified in the program is a sample route, and changes may occur in the tour parkour.
  15. City introduction tours may be conducted on the next day/days depending on the arrival hour in the city.
  16. The trips described in the programs may take place on days other than those specified, at the discretion of the guide for any reason.
  17. Extra tours along the route will take place provided at least 6 people from the group participate. Guests who do not wish to participate will be left at waiting areas.
  18. In intensive periods such as fairs, congresses, seminars, hotel accommodations may occur outside the city.
  19. Tours that are not allowed to be visited by local authorities will not take place. Alternative tours can only be conducted if there is a minimum of 20 participants. If there are fewer participants, the guide can change prices if necessary. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the non-fulfillment of these tours.
  20. Museum and historical site entry fees are not included in prices.
  21. The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the star category remains the same.
  22. All hotel names mentioned in the programs are V.B. (and similar) and are written as examples in terms of star category and distance. Staying at the designated hotel does not mean that it will be booked there.

  24. Please ensure that you have taken all your belongings when leaving the vehicles and hotels you have used during your trip.
