- As of May 1, 2025, Thailand will switch to the Digital Arrival Card application. Groups arriving in Thailand from May 1 must fill out this form online before arrival. Guests can fill out this form up to 3 days before their travel date. The Digital Arrival Card can be downloaded via email or the link provided in the system immediately after the form is completed. Guests are required to keep a printed copy of this document with them. Some groups may depart for Thailand one day before their arrival date, but the Arrival Date must be the date of arrival in Thailand. All passengers arriving in Thailand must complete the electronic entry card. Basic information such as name-surname, purpose of travel, profession, city of residence, accommodation place in Thailand (hotel, guesthouse, friend's house, etc.), and phone number will be entered during the application process. **TDAC (Thailand Digital Arrival Card) Link: https://tdac.immigration.go.th** - In all countries included in the tour, it is sufficient to carry Euros for shopping and expenses. The guide will assist in currency exchange in regions where local currency is used. - Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred during the trip. It is also advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the night. - In our tours, seat rotation is applied daily in the seating plan, and fixed seat and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide. - There is a mandatory accommodation requirement of at least 3 days for bringing items (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.) into Turkey from abroad. - The free shop shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drink (excluding alcoholic beverages containing more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drink (including alcoholic beverages containing less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 units, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg. - The guides during the tour may make changes to the program flow, provided that they show all locations specified in the program depending on weather and road conditions. - Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before. If there are less than 30 days remaining until the tour date, a penalty of 30% will be applied, and if it is 20 days or less, a 100% penalty will be applied. Documents such as hospital reports and workplace permission documents submitted with the cancellation request, as well as cancellations for hotels and services booked outside of Turkey, will unfortunately not be accepted. - Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by Viyatravel. - In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or if there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by Viyatravel 2 days before the trip. - Hotels may be used beyond the specified distances during periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments. In such cases, Viyatravel will inform participants 15 days before the tour departure date. - Triple rooms can be assigned based on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds consist of folding and coach beds, the tour participants accept that they accept the potential tightness and bed type in the rooms for reservations of the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for a single child that fits the age group accompanied by 2 adults. - Breakfasts included in the tour program are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu usually referred to as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and can be served in a separate room allocated for groups. - Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees, and last no more than 2-3 hours, conducted with a guide's narration from the vehicle. In cases where the panoramic tours cannot be conducted due to permission not being granted by local authorities to visit or enter places due to closed roads for any event, or due to weather conditions making it impossible to conduct the tour, Viyatravel is not responsible for not being able to perform the mentioned tours. Some tours can be conducted by public transport or on foot where access by vehicle is restricted. - During road trips, waiting times at customs posts may exceed standard durations, and Viyatravel cannot be held responsible for negative experiences arising from these waiting times. - Extra tours organized by local Viyatravel are contingent upon a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours can be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions. - Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour accept that they will wait in a rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a convenient rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the drop-off point after the tour is completed. - For those participating in air tours, the check-in and boarding processes must be done personally and must be performed by the guest at the airline counters at the airports or online through the airline's website before the flight. - Viyatravel is not responsible for individuals who are not at the specified airport at the times announced by Viyatravel for participation in the tour, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or do not board the airplane after completing check-in and boarding procedures. All expenses incurred for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers at the destination for those who miss the flight will be their responsibility. - Viyatravel acts as an intermediary agency between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the current trip. Viyatravel is obligated to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger accepts the risk of time changes when purchasing the trip. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees. - The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of participants as follows. Vehicles are determined based on the number of people in each tour. Buses: (Used for 25 - 46 participants), Minibuses: (Used for 17 - 24 participants), Microbuses: (Used for up to 16 participants). - All guests are considered to have accepted the above-mentioned items by completing the purchase of the tour.
