Day 1              ISTANBUL – HANOI

We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before our flight. (one calendar day before the departure flight date) We complete our baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures.

 

Day 2              HANOI

Our scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines to Saigon begins. We spend the night on the plane. Upon our arrival at Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, we proceed to our private bus waiting at the airport and head to a local restaurant for dinner. After tasting the specialties of Vietnamese cuisine, we transfer to our hotel in Hanoi and have free time to rest. Accommodation is at our hotel in Hanoi.

 

Day 3              HANOI

After our breakfast, we start our Hanoi City Tour. In Hanoi, we first visit the Mausoleum of Vietnam's national hero, Ho Chi Minh. Next to the mausoleum, we see the Palace built by the French during the colonial period in the Indochina Peninsula, the houses where Ho Chi Minh lived, and the One Pillar Pagoda, which has stood since 1049. Following that, we visit the Temple of Literature, which is filled with the teachings of Confucius, the Hoan Kiem Lake in the center of Hanoi and Ngoc Son Temple. Then we go to a restaurant for lunch. After lunch, we take a sightseeing trip in Hanoi’s Old Quarter with Electric rickshaws. We will watch a performance at the Water Puppet Theatre, which is an essential part of the culture of the Red River Delta in Hanoi, before we have dinner. After our night tour in the old city center using rickshaws, we go to our restaurant for dinner, and then we head back to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel in Hanoi.

 

Day 4              HANOI – HALONG BAY (CRUISE ACCOMMODATION)

After our breakfast, we complete our check-out from the hotel, and today nature's visual feast awaits us. We set off on a journey toward Ha Long Bay, passing through the lush Red River Delta. We board our ship in the area recognized as one of the 7 natural wonders of the world and settle into our rooms. While having lunch, our ship proceeds deeper into Ha Long Bay while enjoying the views. The ship anchors in the depths of Ha Long Bay in the late afternoon, and we spend the night in tranquility and peace on the sea. We have dinner once again on the cruise. Accommodation is on the cruise.

 

Day 5              HALONG BAY – HANOI – LUANG PRABANG

We wake up early in the morning and enjoy breakfast with tea, coffee, fruit, and cake. We row in kayaks amidst the secluded corners of Ha Long Bay, accompanied by the sounds of oars on tranquil waters. After returning to our ship, we have lunch before heading towards the city of Hanoi. After a short break along the way, we arrive at Hanoi Airport and fly toward Luang Prabang. After approximately one hour of flight, we arrive at Luang Prabang, a city that is on UNESCO's World Heritage List in Laos, and after completing visa and baggage procedures, we proceed to our hotel for dinner and settle into our hotel in Luang Prabang.

 

Day 6              LUANG PRABANG

We start our day by visiting the Morning Market, where we can find interesting local vegetables, fruits, and foods. After the market tour, we begin our Luang Prabang City Tour. During the tour, we visit the Vat Xieng temple, which is known as the most beautiful example of Classic Lao Architecture, and the National Museum, which was once the Royal Palace next to the temple. We will see items left by the Lao Royal family in the museum. Next, we go to see Vat Visoun, the oldest temple in Luang Prabang, and its large Stupa in the garden. After that, we have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we head towards the Kuangsi Waterfall. We observe this turquoise waterfall flowing among lush trees. We can swim in the pools where the water collects, or take a nature walk in the forest. On our way back to Luang Prabang, we visit a small village belonging to the Hmong tribe. After having dinner, we explore the large Night Market where local tribes sell handmade textile products before returning to our hotel. Accommodation is at our hotel in Luang Prabang.

 

Day 7              LUANG PRABANG – SIEM REAP

After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and, at the time indicated by our guide, we proceed to the airport to travel to Siem Reap. We fly to Siem Reap, and after approximately 1.5 hours of flight, we arrive at Siem Reap Airport, entering Cambodian territory. We transfer to our hotel where we check in. After a brief rest, we proceed to the restaurant for dinner. After dinner, we can explore the night market in Siem Reap. Accommodation is at our hotel in Siem Reap.

 

Day 8                 SIEM REAP

After breakfast, we head towards Angkor Thom, the capital of the Khmer Empire, for our full day Angkor Wat Tour. Within the Angkor archaeological site, this city covers an area of approximately 9 km² and was the last capital of the Khmer Empire. We begin our tour by entering through the well-preserved southern gate of the ancient city. Then, we visit the Bayon Temple in the center of the historic city, seeing the Leper King Terrace and the Elephants Terrace. Our next stop is the Ta Prohm Temple, one of the most beautiful temples in the area, which was also used in the famous Tomb Raider films and has been preserved since it was discovered. This mysterious temple creates a visual feast with trees growing inside it. We then have lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Angkor Wat Temple, a world wonder and perhaps the most impressive site of our tour. The temple complex covers a larger area than the Imperial Palace in Beijing (81 hectares), and the 5 towers are represented on the Cambodian flag. After our visit to Angkor Wat, we have dinner with an Apsara dance show at a local restaurant. We spend the night in Siem Reap.

 

Day 9                 SIEM REAP – SAIGON

After breakfast, we check out from the hotel. First, we will see the famous floating village of Choeung Kneas. It is a settlement consisting of schools, restaurants, hospitals, and many other buildings floating on Tonle Sap Lake. We observe how people live on the water and, after this unique experience, we head towards the Old Quarter in the city center. At the scheduled time, we proceed to the airport and fly to Saigon. After approximately 1.5 hours of flight, we arrive at Vietnam’s Saigon, or Ho Chi Minh City, and transfer to our hotel where we have dinner and rest. We will be staying in Saigon tonight.

 

Day 10            SAIGON

After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for our tour of the Mekong Delta, famous for its vast river network and fertile lands. The first stop on our tour is the Cao Dai Temple in the Ben Luc area. A religious structure and a tourist attraction, this temple is one of the most important places of worship for the Cao Dai faith, a religion unique to Vietnam, known for its architecture and philosophy. The symbol of the religion, a magnificent eye, is located at the entrance of the temple and is believed to represent the left eye of God. After that, we begin our boat tour from My Tho pier. During our boat tour, we will see Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands in succession. We will also have a chance to visit Chuong Duong Fruit Gardens during the tour, where we can taste tropical fruits and the famous green tea of Vietnam accompanied by local Vietnamese music. Then, we will visit a workshop for coconut products, where we can learn about the production of coconut-based items. At the end of the tour, we will have lunch at a local restaurant and return to Saigon. After having dinner in Saigon, we transfer to our hotel. We will stay at the hotel.

 

Day 11.             SAIGON – ISTANBUL

After breakfast, we complete our check-out procedures and head for the Cu Chi Tunnels tour. For our last day in this distant and unknown land, we first visit the War Museum to gain a better understanding of Vietnam's recent history. Then, we travel to the Cu Chi area, located one and a half hours from Saigon, where we walk through the 220 kilometers of underground tunnels known as a heroic zone due to its importance during the Vietnam War. We have lunch at a local restaurant during our tour. After that, we return to the city center. After returning to Saigon, we tour the city, visiting the Independence Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Post Office before heading to the airport at the scheduled time. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport in Saigon, we take our scheduled flight with Turkish Airlines to Istanbul.

 

Upon our arrival in Istanbul, our tour and services conclude.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our Tour Program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If adequate participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation by the last cancellation notification date, which is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour, canceled due to insufficient participation, will be informed to you via your agency.
  • In situations where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guidance may be provided.
  • In cases where only the category information is given without stating the name in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
  • During events such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sports tournaments, hotels may be used that are farther than the indicated kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the tour movement.
  • The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction of the cities and are conducted via panoramic views from the vehicle without entrance fees to museums or historical sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may be canceled by the agency in case local authorities do not allow visits on the corresponding day and time, or if the tours can’t take place due to bad weather conditions. Some tours may also require public transport or walking if they occur in areas where vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Triple rooms can only be allocated according to hotels' availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are smaller beds known as foldable or coach beds. Therefore, tour participants acknowledge that they accept the tightness and bed type in triple bookings with the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for one child fitting the age group traveling with two adults. No bed guarantee will be provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
  • Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and are generally limited to a menu that includes butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, which may be served in a separate room designated for the group.
  • Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm up-to-date flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated via your agency as tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flight tickets. If a guest has purchased domestic connecting flights from a provider other than the agency, in cases where the tour is canceled by the agency or there is a time change, the guest cannot claim any fee refunds from the agency. The guest acknowledges in advance any material or moral losses arising from the cancellation or change of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to the rules of airlines, return flights purchased together will be canceled if the departure flight is not used.
  • Guests who do not include flights in the tour must be present at the tour starting point on their own and without any delays. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their transfers.
  • Guests who are not present at the designated airport when required according to the airline's rules, or who do not check-in and board on time, or who have completed check-in and boarding but cannot board the flight, are not held responsible by the agency for not being able to make the flight. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for the costs of procuring new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area.
  • Passengers participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities, and the agency is not responsible for lost/stolen or forgotten items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., since the integrity and continuation of the group are essential, the guide cannot personally accompany guests in such negative situations.
  • It is mandatory to correctly provide the name, date of birth, and passport number written on the passport when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalty fees for cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • In some airlines, meal/beverage and online check-in services may incur charges.
  • The bus seat number cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
  • During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to the guests refer to the time the vehicle wheels start moving. Our guide is responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests and will move the vehicle at the meeting times without any waiting. In case of any incidence, late guests must manage their transportation to the next stop on their own.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we serve with a minimum of 20 people participation requirement. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary based on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of tours can be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the visited places and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • In classic packages without included extra tours, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours consent to waiting at an available rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the drop-off point after the completion of the tour.
  • In programs with included extra tours, payment for museum & site entry fees must be paid to your agency or the guide during the tour.
  • The participant acknowledges in advance that they will additionally pay the amount previously informed in the tour program for expenses related to the local guide, museum & site entries, city taxes, audio system if any, stating that they will participate in the tours specified in the tour program and that they will not disrupt the program. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this matter.
  • The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the La Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the trip and flights. The agency is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

 

VISA

  • There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens. Visa applications must be made to our agency with documents listed in the "Documents Required for Visa" at least 6 months before the travel end date with a passport valid for at least 6 months.
  • There is no visa requirement for green passport holders in Vietnam, and a passport valid for at least 6 months is sufficient.
  • There is a visa requirement for green passport holders in Cambodia and Laos.
  • Turkish green passport holders whose passport was issued 10 years ago or older must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be accepted into the countries they are going to, and/or flights may not be carried out by the airline. In this case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • The visa information specified in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as passport control officers have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if the passport is from a country that requires visas for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests under 18 years old may be asked to present a document showing both parents' mutual consent at the border when traveling alone or with only one parent. Therefore, we advise both the guests under 18 and their parents to take this into consideration.
