- In cases where only category information is given without specifying the names and/or options are provided for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
- During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc. hotels may be located at a distance greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for a general introduction to the cities and are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours with guide narration from inside the vehicle, not including museum or site entries. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation if the tours cannot be carried out due to local authorities not allowing visits at the scheduled times or due to closed roads, events, or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted collectively using public transportation or on foot, within the means available.
- Triple rooms may be allocated according to hotel availability, where the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or referred to as coach beds, participants acknowledge and accept that they may experience cramped space and bed types in triple and/or child reservations. Children discounts apply only for one child in the age group staying with two adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2.
- The services included in the tour program for breakfast taken in the hotel is generally limited to a menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, which is served according to the local breakfast culture of the country and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
- Since tour flights are group tickets, the flight times may change. You can confirm the updated flight details with your agency. Updated hours will be communicated to you along with the tour information by your agency.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking domestic flights. Guests who purchased domestic connection flights independently from the agency cannot request any refund from the agency in cases of cancellation or timetable changes. Guests acknowledge in advance any potential financial or moral losses arising from cancellations or changes. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to the regulations of airlines; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the starting point of the tour with no delay and at their own expense, any transfer they need to arrange otherwise.
- Guests who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times, fail to complete the check-in and boarding processes on time, or those who complete them in time but cannot board will not be held responsible by Fly Express for any failure to execute the flight. Any expenses incurred in obtaining new round-trip tickets or local transfers for guests who miss the flight will be borne by the guests themselves.

- In some airlines, meal and online check-in services may incur charges.
- During the tour, the bus seat number cannot be guaranteed.
- During the tours, the hours announced by our guide are the times when the vehicle's wheel is scheduled to start moving. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait for anyone at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, the late guest must make their own transportation arrangements to the next stop.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not be realized or extra tour prices, contents, and used vehicles may change according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited or weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- In classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours are considered to have agreed to wait at a suitable resting facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a resting facility along the way and will be collected from the drop-off point after the tour is completed.
- In programs including extra tours, it is mandatory to pay for museum & site entry fees either during reservation at your agency or to the guide during the tour.
- Participants acknowledge that they will join the tours specified in the itinerary without disrupting the program and will pay the amount specified in advance for local guides, museum & site entries, city taxes, and any audio system fees. Participants have been fully and accurately informed about this.

VISA
- There is a visa application for T.C. citizens. To apply for a visa, you must apply with your passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel along with the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by us.
- Visa application applies to holders of green passports as well. Applicants must have a passport valid for at least 6 months from travel ending date along with the "Documents Required for Visa" list provided by us.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport must renew their passports if they are older than 10 years at the time of issue; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country or their flights may be canceled by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to refuse entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The visa information specified in the program applies to the citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey should acquire visa information from the respective embassies.
- To avoid any issues with the customs police at the country border due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly impaired passports: these passports should be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the consent of both parents during entry-exit at the border. We advise guests under 18 and their parents to be cautious about this issue.
