1st Day ISTANBUL – MADRID We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket and boarding procedures, we proceed to our private bus waiting for us at the airport after our flight to Madrid with Turkish Airlines. Our program begins with a panoramic city tour. Places to be seen include Puerto del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Paseo de la Castellana, the bullring, Gran Via, and Plaza de Espana. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 2nd Day MADRID – TOLEDO – SEVILLE After breakfast at the hotel, we move towards Seville, with a tour of Toledo scheduled on the way. Founded in 590 BC by Jews, Toledo is among the most important historical and touristic cities in Spain, where people of the three major religions live together peacefully. The Tajo River, the largest river in the Iberian Peninsula, flows through the city. It was the capital of the Spanish Kingdom for a long time. Being one of the largest medieval cities in the world, it is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List and is under protection. Places to be seen include San Martin Bridge, Damasquinos (Damask) workshops, and shops known for gold craftsmanship. After the tour, we head towards Seville and upon arrival, we take a panoramic city tour. We will see places such as the Plaza de España, Golden Tower, and the Guadalquivir River. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 3rd Day SEVILLE – RONDA – SEVILLE After breakfast at the hotel, we take our guests on a tour of Ronda & Setenil de las Bodegas. Ronda is the last fortress handed over to the Spaniards by the Moors as they retreated from the peninsula. As a result, it bears the influences of both Islam and Christianity that have left indelible marks. It is built on both sides of a steep limestone gorge and is a typical white Andalusian village, featuring the world's oldest bullring. The places to be seen include Casa Del Rey Moro, Palacio Mondragon, and Puente Nuevo. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Seville and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 4th Day SEVILLE – CORDOBA – GRANADA After breakfast at the hotel, we head towards Cordoba. We will explore Cordoba, which was founded during the Roman Empire and was the largest city in Europe under Islamic rule in the 10th century. Places to be seen include the Roman Bridge and the panoramic view of the Cordoba Mosque. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Granada and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 5th Day GRANADA – ALHAMBRA – VALENCIA After breakfast at the hotel, we will move for our tour of the Alhambra Palace (subject to the palace's availability). This UNESCO World Heritage site is famous for its Arabesque architecture, pools, and gardens. After this visit, we will head to Valencia for a panoramic city tour. The places we will see include the Gothic Cathedral and the famous orange orchards. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 6th Day VALENCIA – BARCELONA After breakfast at the hotel, we will move towards Barcelona. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Barcelona. We will see Plaza de Catalunya, Las Ramblas Street, the Columbus Monument, Plaza de Espana, and the world-famous architect Antoni Gaudí's masterpiece, the Basilica of La Sagrada Familia (stops for photo opportunities will be provided). After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Barcelona and relax with free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 7th Day BARCELONA – GIRONA – FIGUERAS & DALI MUSEUM After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our tour of Girona & Figueras & Dali Museum. We will visit the medieval architectural structures in Girona, its grand cathedral, and the Jewish quarter. Following that, we will visit Figueras, the birthplace of the famous painter Dali, and the Dali Museum. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Barcelona and have free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel. 8th Day BARCELONA – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, we check out of our rooms, and at the time indicated by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After luggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Istanbul with a scheduled flight by Turkish Airlines. Our tour and services will conclude with our arrival at Istanbul Airport.

The participant accepts in advance that they will pay the locally guided tour, museum & archaeological site entry fees, city taxes, and any headphone audio system related expenses during the tour according to the amounts that have been previously announced in the tour program. The participant has been fully and adequately informed about this matter.

IMPORTANT NOTES

 

  • Our tour program is organized on the condition of a minimum participation of 40 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you at least 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be reported to you through your agency.
  • In situations where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified km distances or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are organized for the general introduction of cities and do not include entry to museums and archaeological sites, and are limited to a maximum of 2-3 hours conducted only by the guide's narration from inside the vehicle. Including the panoramic tours and other tours mentioned in the program, if local authorities do not allow visits or entrances on the days and times of the tour, or if the tours cannot be conducted due to closed roads, or if weather conditions make it impossible to carry out the tour, the Agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot where there are closed roads or where vehicle entry is not allowed, to the extent possible.
  • Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since the additional beds consist of folding and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted any crowding and bed type that may occur in the rooms in cases of 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for a single child that meets the age group remained with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
  • The services included in the tour program, breakfasts taken at hotels are usually served in a separate room allocated for groups in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited, and generally consists of a limited menu known as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee.
  • Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. The updated times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking domestic flights. If the guest purchased the domestic connecting flight from a different service provider independently of the agency, in the case of cancellation or changes in the tour by the agency, the guest cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest accepts beforehand any material and moral losses that may arise due to cancellation changes by the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to the airline rules; if the outbound flight of round-trip flight tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
  • Guests who are included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point by their own means without any delay. In case of otherwise, they are responsible for providing their transportation by themselves.
  • Passengers who are not present at the specified airport at the hours indicated according to the rules set forth by the airlines during the tour for participation, who do not timely complete the check-in and boarding procedures, or who have completed these procedures on time but cannot board the plane; the agency is not responsible for the situation where they cannot carry out the flight. The costs of obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers required for those who miss their flight to participate in the tour are the responsibility of the guests.
  • The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs of the participants in the tour are under their own responsibility, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or to the person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot provide individual assistance to guests due to the integrity and continuity of the group.
  • It is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number during the purchase of the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Fees for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • In some airlines, food and beverage as well as online check-in services may be chargeable.
  • During our tours, we cannot guarantee seat numbers in bus usage.
  • The times communicated by our guide during the tours refer to the time the vehicle wheels start turning. Our guide is responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, and will not wait during meeting times but will drive the vehicle. In case a guest arrives late, they will have to make their own way to the next stop.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency providing services with at least 20 participants. If the required number is not met, the tours may be canceled or the prices, content, and vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. Furthermore, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the status of the museums and archaeological sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
  • In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept to wait at a convenient rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest stop before the extra tour starts, and will be picked up from the location where they were left after the tour is completed.
  • In programs that include extra tours, payment for museum & archaeological site entry fees is mandatory at the time of reservation to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
  • The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled or charter flights, or flight times may change before existing trips. The agency is obliged to communicate these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

  • Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. It is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion and with the documents specified in the "Required Documents for Visa" list from our agency.
  • The visa must be obtained from the first country of entry in the itinerary or from the country where the most accommodation will be spent.
  • Green passport holders do not require a visa, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
  • The visa information indicated in the program is subject to regulations for Turkish citizens. Guests holding a passport other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having a visa does not mean being permitted to enter the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, damaged, wet, and/or similarly affected passports; it is advisable to renew the obtained passports, and if the country applying a visa to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In the absence of this, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests under 18 years old are recommended to show a document indicating the consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent at the entry and exit of the country, as there is a possibility of being asked by the police officer.
