1. Day ISTANBUL – BOGOTA In the departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport, we meet three hours before the flight. After handling luggage, tickets, and boarding procedures, we fly to Bogota with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. After arriving in Bogota, the capital of Colombia, we move to our private bus awaiting us at the airport. Then we depart for a panoramic city tour of Bogota. Our first stop will be Bolivar Square, one of Bogota's symbols. Here, we will see the symbols of Colombia's independence and government buildings and receive detailed information about the history of the area from our guide. We proceed to the historic La Candelaria area to explore Bogota's colorful and vibrant streets together. This area, filled with street art, handmade products, and local delights, will reflect the spirit of Bogota in the best way. After our city tour, we transfer to our hotel in Bogota and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. 2. Day BOGOTA – LIMA After having breakfast at the hotel, we take a flight with local airlines to Lima. Upon arrival in Lima, the capital of Peru, we will explore Lima, also known as the City of Kings, panoramically. How about discovering the mesmerizing capital of Peru together? This historical and cultural city along the Pacific Ocean greets us with both traces of the past and the vibrancy of modern life. While wandering among the magnificent colonial structures, we will feel Lima's rich history. We will walk in Plaza Mayor and see the dazzling Cathedral and the Presidential Palace. We proceed to the historical city center, with its historic streets, visiting the Main Square, Plaza San Martin, Government House, and the famous sculpture “The Kiss” by Peruvian artist Víctor Delfín in the Park of Love (Parque del Amor), along with San Francisco Church, which are some of the places we will see. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Lima and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. 3. Day LIMA – CUSCO – PISAC – OLLANTAYTAMBO – SACRED VALLEY After having breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a flight with local airlines to Cusco. Upon arrival in Cusco, we set off for our Pisac & Ollantaytambo tour. Together, we will embark on an unforgettable journey to explore Peru's unique cultural treasures! Our first stop is Pisac, an ancient city that carries the mystical traces of the Inca civilization. This ancient city, perched atop the mountains, will captivate us with its stunning terraces and magnificent views. While wandering through Pisac's famous market, we will have the opportunity to shop for colorful souvenirs and local products. Finally, we head to Ollantaytambo. This ancient city, one of the most important fortresses of the Inca Empire, will impress us with its historical and strategic significance. As we climb the stone stairs, we will trace the power and elegance of this ancient civilization step by step. Day SACRED VALLEY – MACHU PICCHU – CUSCO After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for our Machu Picchu tour. We head for Ollantaytambo train station. As soon as we arrive at Pueblo Train Station, we begin our tour that will turn our dreams into reality. Our day-long tour of Machu Picchu, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, will immerse us in the footsteps of the Incas. We will ascend by shuttle vehicles, enjoying magnificent views of the Urubamba River and canyon during this approximately 25-minute journey until we finally reach the ancient city of Machu Picchu. A full day awaits us! Ordered by the last Inca king Pachacutec in A.D. 1450, we will enjoy a tour of this astonishing city while listening to fascinating stories. Guests who wish can climb to the summit and take photos. Our local guide will inform us in detail about the history and architecture of Machu Picchu. We will also have free time to experience the energy of this natural wonder. After our tour, we will return by vehicle to Machupicchu Pueblo. Day CUSCO – LA PAZ (BOLIVIA) After having breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport for our flight from Cusco to La Paz. Upon arrival in Bolivia's capital La Paz, we will conduct our panoramic city tour. Our tour starts at Plaza Murillo in the heart of the city. Together, we will explore Bolivia's historical and political center, getting close to the presidential palace and La Paz Cathedral. Our guide will give us detailed information about Bolivia's colorful history and culture. We then visit the famous Witch Market (Mercado de las Brujas). In this colorful market, we will discover local people's traditional medicines, fascinating handicrafts, and mystical rituals. Our guide will explain the significance of the products in Bolivian culture. The tour will also cover panoramic views of Mirador Killi Killi, San Francisco Church, Calle Sagarnaga, and Jaen street. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in La Paz and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. 6. Day LA PAZ – SANTIAGO DE CHILE After having breakfast at the hotel, we transfer to the airport for our flight from La Paz to Santiago de Chile. Upon arrival in Santiago de Chile, we will have our panoramic city tour. Our tour begins at Plaza de Armas. Together, we will admire the splendor of Santiago Cathedral, surrounded by historic buildings. Then we move towards the Bellavista neighborhood. Together we will explore the colorful murals and art galleries in this bohemian area and discover the artistic spirit of Santiago de Chile. Afterwards, we head to Costanera Center, reflecting the modern face of Chile. We will enjoy shopping and entertainment in the tallest building in South America, and we will have a chance to view Santiago de Chile from above on the top floor. Finally, we will visit the La Vega Market, where we will witness local life. In this colorful market, we will encounter a variety of products, from fresh fruits and vegetables to exotic flavors. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Santiago de Chile and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. 7. Day SANTIAGO DE CHILE – VALPARAISO – VINA DEL MAR After having breakfast at the hotel, we set off for our Valparaiso & Vina del Mar tour. We will explore Valparaiso, a city significant for artists, bohemians, and romantics, where the Nobel Prize-winning poet Pablo Neruda lived. We will dive into the energetic atmosphere of Valparaíso by discovering its vibrant street markets. We will have the opportunity to shop among handmade products, local delicacies, and colorful stalls. Amidst the street art and murals, a new discovery awaits us at every corner of the city. Afterwards, we will switch to our vehicle and head to our next destination, Vina Del Mar. We will also have photo stops along the way. Vina del Mar is the first place where vineyards for wine production were established. However, due to the cold nights by the Pacific Ocean, they have been moved to more inland areas. Today, it hosts summer houses and casinos. After completing our visit to Vina del Mar, we will head back to Santiago. Day SANTIAGO DE CHILE – BUENOS AIRES After having breakfast at the hotel, we transfer for our flight from Santiago de Chile to Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. Upon our arrival, we start our panoramic city tour of Buenos Aires, the most European and cosmopolitan city in South America. During our tour, which will allow you to witness the essence of Buenos Aires, we will see the symbol of the city, El Obelisco. We will explore important squares such as De Mayo, San Martin, Alvear, and streets like Corrientes, 9 de Julio, and De Mayo. We will visit historic areas such as La Boca and San Telmo and explore the more luxurious Palermo and Recoleta, along with the more modern Puerto Madero. Lezama and Tres de Febrero parks, commercial and financial districts, La Bonbonera soccer stadium, and Casa Rosada at Plaza de Mayo will all be seen panoramically during our tour. Day BUENOS AIRES – SAN ISIDRO – TIGRE DELTA – DINNER SHOW WITH TANGO After having breakfast at the hotel, we embark on our Tigre Delta tour to enjoy the magnificent view of the Rio de la Plata. We will pass through Avenida del Libertador, which features beautiful residences previously owned by aristocratic families as summer homes. Then, we arrive at Barrio de San Isidro, where you will see fruit trees that tell us their past, and then we move to the Tigre neighborhood, located 36 km from the city center. During our boat tour here, we will navigate through not just the main rivers but also the narrow canals that form the most attractive part of the region. After our tour, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time to rest. Then we set off for our Dinner Show with Tango. We will visit one of the local restaurants that offer tango shows by the best dancers, singers, and musicians in Buenos Aires, the city where tango is still alive. We will explore a captivating port city that is the capital and largest city of Uruguay. The historic center of Montevideo, Ciudad Vieja, is known for its narrow streets, historical buildings, and art galleries. This area is home not only to its rich history but also to modern art. Next, we will transition to Plaza Independencia, which symbolizes Uruguay's independence and features the Artigas Monument. There are also important buildings around the square, including the Solis Theatre, Estévez Palace, and other historic structures. Day BUENOS AIRES – IGUAZU (Argentinian Side) After having breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to Buenos Aires airport for our flight to Iguazu. After handling luggage and ticket procedures, we fly to Iguazu. Upon arrival, we transfer to visit the waterfalls on the Argentinian side. We will have the opportunity to walk along trails that offer a chance to look up from beneath the massive waterfalls. We will closely feel the power of the flowing water and enjoy the stunning natural beauty. We will walk on metal platforms to the very top of the Devil's Throat (Garganta del Diablo). Day IGUAZU (Argentinian Side) – PARAGUAY – IGUAZU (Argentinian Side) After having breakfast at the hotel, we head to Hito Tres Fronteras, the viewpoint where the borders of three countries intersect. This special viewpoint is located at the junction of Argentina (Puerto Iguazú), Paraguay (Ciudad del Este), and Brazil (Foz do Iguaçu) and captivates visitors with its impressive scenery. Next, we arrive at Ciudad del Este, the trading center of Paraguay, and we are given free time for shopping. This area is abundant in electronics, textiles, and souvenirs. At the time set by our guide, we will head back to Iguazu (Argentinian side). Upon our arrival, we will conduct a panoramic city tour. Transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest. Day IGUAZU (Argentinian Side) – RIO DE JANEIRO – DINNER SHOW WITH SAMBA After having breakfast at the hotel, at the time determined by our guide, we transfer to Iguazu airport for our flight to Rio de Janeiro. After handling luggage and ticket procedures, we board our flight to Rio de Janeiro. Upon arrival, our private vehicle awaits us for our panoramic city tour of Rio de Janeiro. In this city, where cheerful people, vibrant colors, and lively songs come to life, we will see colonial-style buildings, Sambadrome where the famous Rio Carnival takes place, and Maracana Stadium. At the end of the tour, we depart for our Dinner Show with Samba. After having dinner at a local restaurant, we will enjoy watching the Samba Show, which is intertwined with the country’s culture. Day RIO DE JANEIRO – CORCOVADO MOUNTAIN – CHRIST THE REDEEMER STATUE – SUGAR LOAF After having breakfast at the hotel, we set out for our Sugar Loaf tour to witness the beauty of Rio de Janeiro from a different perspective. The mountain gets its name from Portuguese soldiers who first visited the area, likening its shape to that of sugar sacks. We will take a spectacular cable car journey to reach Urca Hill, the stop between the ground and Sugar Loaf. We will have a chance to capture fantastic views during our brief break. Upon reaching the summit of Sugar Loaf Mountain, we will see Rio's breathtaking beauty from a different angle. You will be able to see Copacabana beach stretching afar, the indistinct lines of the Two Brothers Mountains on the horizon, the interesting and charming Red Beach, Guanabara Bay, and Botafogo and central neighborhoods of Rio. Afterwards, we will set off for Corcovado Mountain to see the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. We will travel by train through Tijuca Forest and upon arrival, we will reach the summit of Corcovado, which is 700 meters above sea level, where we will see the 38-meter-high, globally recognized Christ the Redeemer statue. But that is not the only breathtaking sight; you will be welcomed by the stunning panoramic view of the city as you get closer to the statue. After our tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. 15. Day RIO DE JANEIRO – SAO PAULO – ISTANBUL After having breakfast at the hotel, we have free time until the transfer time announced by your guide for room clearance. Guests who wish can explore the streets of Rio de Janeiro, shop, or taste local delicacies. We will transfer to Rio de Janeiro airport with our private bus. After that, we will fly to Sao Paulo. 16. Day ISTANBUL After handling luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures at Sao Paulo airport, our flight with Turkish Airlines to Istanbul begins. Our night is spent on the plane. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case there is insufficient participation for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days prior to the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • In cases where there is insufficient participation, but the tour is conducted, English guiding may be provided.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or where options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such a case, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
  • Triple rooms may be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of fold-out and coach beds, tour participants accept that they will be considered to have agreed to any potential cramped conditions and bed types in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child who accompanies two adults, within applicable age categories.
  • Services included in the tour program such as breakfasts at the hotel are usually served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and may be served in a separate room assigned for the group.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to generally introduce the cities and are done panoramically with the guidance within the vehicle and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, as well as any other tours indicated in the program, may not occur if local authorities do not permit entry or access due to inclement weather, resulting in the cancellation of the tours. Fly Express is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours due to closed roads or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot when access to vehicles is not allowed due to closed roads or other constraints.
  • Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency along with the tour information.
  • Domestic connecting flight times must be confirmed before taking the tour flights. If the guest books domestic connecting flights independently from the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case of cancellation or time changes. Guests accept that they cannot hold Fly Express responsible for any financial or emotional losses resulting from cancellations or changes.
  • According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of the round-trip ticket purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
  • Guests not included in the tour with flights must ensure that they are at the tour starting point without any delay on their own means. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all transfers on their own.
  • Guests who are not at the airport at the specified times, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who check-in and board on time but cannot board the plane will not be held responsible by Fly Express for the consequences of missing their flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets for guests who miss their flights and transfers in the destination area will be at their own expense.
  • The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility and Fly Express is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential, the guide cannot provide one-on-one assistance to guests during such adverse situations.
  • It is mandatory to provide correct information for the names, birth dates, and passport numbers as stated on the passport during the purchase of the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be borne by you.
  • In some airlines, meal, drink, and online check-in services may incur fees.
  • During our tours, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
  • The times communicated by our guide to participants during tours are the times of movement, the turning of the vehicle's wheel. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait at the meeting times and will move the vehicle. In the event of any situation, late guests will have to find their own way to the next stop.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may change at the discretion of the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites visited and weather conditions.
  • Participation in extra tours is at the participant's discretion and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours held during the tour accept to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is finished.
  • You can learn about your hotel(s) only 48 hours before the trip departure if only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There is a risk of delays in scheduled and chartered flights, or the hours may change before existing trips and flights. Fly Express is required to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour forewarned and accepting that flight details may change.

 

VISA

  • No visa application is required for Republic of Turkey citizens. A passport valid for at least 8 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
  • Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may be denied entry by the country they are going to or the airline may not operate their flights. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • The passport control officer has the authority to deny entry to the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • The visa information specified in the program is applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing due to torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports, they should be renewed; if the country to be visited requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In any case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent should take into consideration that they may be asked to provide documentation showing joint consent from both parents when entering or exiting the country.
