  • Triple rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Child discounts apply to one child in the age group accompanying two adults.
  • Included in the tour package are hotel breakfast services, which are generally served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, appropriate to the breakfast culture of the country, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized to provide a general introduction to the cities and are conducted as panoramic tours with a guide's narration from the vehicle, without including museum or site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not occur if local authorities do not allow entry or if closed roads due to any event prevent the tours from taking place; the agency is not responsible for cases where tours cannot be conducted due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out using public transportation or on foot where vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, excursions may not be conducted or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and sites to be visited and according to weather conditions.
  • Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour accept to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest area before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

  • Visa application is required for Turkish Republic citizens. It is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months after the travel completion date along with the documents listed in the “Required Documents for Visa” from our agency.
  • Guests traveling with a T.R. green passport must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be admitted into the country they are going to, and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • There is no visa requirement for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months after the travel completion date is sufficient.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid issues at the customs checkpoint in the visiting country due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is recommended to renew such passports, and if T.R. citizens require a visa for the country, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Our guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent should be prepared to show a document indicating mutual consent of both parents at country entry-exits, so we advise minors and their parents to be cautious in this regard.
