Elegant Phuket & Bangkok Tour - With Emirates Airlines - Extra Tours Included 1st Day: ISTANBUL – DUBAI We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Dubai with Emirates Airlines begins. 2nd Day: DUBAI – PHUKET After arriving in Dubai, we will connect to our flight to Phuket with Emirates Airlines. Upon arrival in Phuket, we will transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle. Afterwards, we have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel. 3rd Day: PHUKET We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set out for a full-day Phi Phi Island tour with lunch included. We reach Phi Phi Don, the first of the two heavenly coral islands near Phuket, by speedboat. We visit Maya Bay, where some scenes of Leonardo DiCaprio's film “The Beach” were filmed, with its palm tree-lined beach and pristine turquoise sea. Our second stop is Phi Phi Ley, where we visit Viking Cave. Our lunch is on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel. 4th Day: PHUKET We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We have the rest of the day free to enjoy the sea, sand, and sun. 5th Day: PHUKET We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set out for the Elephant Safari tour. How many times can you experience a safari on an elephant in your life? Here’s your chance. After learning about elephants, we go on a safari through the jungle. At the end of the tour, we visit the world-famous Jewelry factory, where you can find precious stones in various shapes and forms, which hold an important place in the Thai economy. After the tour, we transfer to the hotel and have free time until the time indicated by the guide. In the evening, we head to the world-famous Hard Rock Cafe for our dinner with live music. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel. 6th Day: PHUKET We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We set out for a Phuket Island Tour to explore Phuket. Our first stop is Wat Chalong, the oldest temple on Phuket Island built in the 19th century. After visiting the temple, we have a tour of Phuket Old Town, famous for its colorful buildings of Sino-Portuguese architecture, small shops, and street vendors. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel. 7th Day: PHUKET – BANGKOK We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we transfer to Phuket Airport. After passport and luggage procedures, we fly to Bangkok with a local airline. Upon arrival in Bangkok, we begin our city tour. On our panoramic Bangkok city tour, we will see Chinatown, Flower Market, Democracy Monument and Street, Government Buildings Street, Parliament Building, and the Royal Palace, which has hosted the Siam Kingdom since 1782 and houses the current royal members’ management and living areas. Then we will also see the world-famous Golden Buddha statue. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel. 8th Day: BANGKOK We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we head out with our guests for the Floating Market tour. On this tour, we will leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the town of Samut Songkhram, where the famous Siam Twins were born. Here, we will learn about how the Thai people benefit from the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree. Additionally, you can visit the orchid garden inside. After this, we move on to the pier where Thai-style boats depart, after about a 10-minute bus ride. We will take a boat and enjoy a delightful journey of about half an hour with exotic Far Eastern views to the famous Floating Market, featured in magazines. During our tour of the market, you will see the open market set up on rowboats and have the opportunity to shop. We will explore the Floating Market until it closes at noon. On our way back to Bangkok, you will have the chance to taste the most famous tropical fruits of Thailand, as indicated by your guide. After the tour, we will also see the world-famous Golden Buddha statue. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Overnight stay at the hotel. 9th Day: BANGKOK – DUBAI We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we transfer to Bangkok Airport at the time indicated by your guide. 10th Day: DUBAI – ISTANBUL After luggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai with Emirates Airlines. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is arranged with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour that is canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is still conducted, English guidance may be provided.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
  • During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the departure date of the tour.
  • Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of hotels, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, participants in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child should acknowledge the possible tightness in the rooms.

  • The services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts taken at the hotel, are generally provided in a limited menu that is suitable for the breakfast culture of the country being visited and usually consists of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted for the general introduction of the cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours that do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites, conducted with guidance from inside the vehicle. The agency is not responsible for tours that cannot be carried out due to the local authorities not permitting visits to the locations mentioned in the program, due to road closures caused by any events, or due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may have to be done by using public transport or on foot within the possibilities at locations where vehicle access is not allowed or roads are closed.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency that provides the service with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient number is not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions.
  • Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have accepted to wait at the nearest rest area while the extra tour takes place. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the same location after the tour is complete.
  • In cases where only category information is provided and/or where alternative information exists for the same destination, you may learn about the hotel(s) you will be staying in 48 hours before the trip departs.
  • Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency as part of the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight hours without booking domestic flights. If the guest has purchased their domestic connecting flight independently from a different provider, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case the tour is canceled or if there is a change in flight times. Guests accept in advance any financial and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation or change of the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to airline rules; the return flight may be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used for tickets purchased as round trip.
  • Guests who are included in the tour without a flight must be present at the starting point of the tour on their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their transfers by themselves.
  • Guests who are not present at the airport at the times indicated according to airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures but are unable to board the plane are not the responsibility of the agency. Guests who miss their flight will bear all costs related to obtaining new round trip tickets and transfers in the destination area.
  • Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs of participants are their own responsibility, and the agency is not responsible for lost/forgotten/stolen items. In case of finding forgotten items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
  • In situations such as illness or loss/theft, the guide cannot accompany individual guests as the integrity and continuity of the group is essential.
  • During the purchase of the tour, it is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport. Tickets will be issued according to this information. Any cancellation and change penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
  • In some airlines, food and drink services and online check-in may incur additional charges.
  • During the tour, seat numbers in the bus cannot be guaranteed.
  • The times indicated by our guide to the guests during the tours refer to the movement of the vehicle's wheels. Our guide, responsible for treating all guests equitably, will move the vehicle without waiting at meeting times. In the event of a delay, the guest is responsible for arranging their own transportation to the next stop.
  • The participant acknowledges and accepts that they will pay, during the trip, an additional amount for local guides, museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, if applicable, and any costs that arise, as previously indicated in the tour program. The participant has been fully and adequately informed about this.
  • The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays for scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obligated to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the trip knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

 

VISA

  • There is no visa application for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel end date is sufficient.
  • Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may be denied entry into the country or their flights may not be conducted by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • The visa information provided in the program applies to Turkish Republic citizens. Guests holding a passport other than the Turkish Republic should obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • The passport police have the authority to refuse entry into the country, and the agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid any issues with customs at the border due to torn, damaged, wet, and/or similar deteriorated passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if the country to be visited requires a visa for Turkish citizens, that visa must also be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guest under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of both parents upon entry and exit from the country, so it is advisable for guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive about this matter.
