1st Day ISTANBUL – DUBAI

We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Dubai with Emirates Airlines begins.

 

2nd Day DUBAI – PHUKET  

After our arrival in Dubai, we proceed to our flight to Phuket with Emirates Airlines after a scheduled connection. After arriving in Phuket, we head to our hotel via our private vehicle waiting for us at the airport. Free time follows. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

3rd Day               PHUKET

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set off for a full-day Lunch included Phi Phi Island tour. We quickly reach Phi Phi Don, the first of the two paradise coral islands near Phuket, with our speedboats. We visit Maya Bay, where some scenes of the Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio's film “The Beach” were filmed, with its palm tree-lined beach and crystal clear turquoise sea. Next, we stop at Phi Phi Ley, where we visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

4th Day PHUKET

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set off for the Elephant Safari tour. How many times can you go on a safari on an elephant? Here’s the opportunity that comes to you. After getting information about the elephants, we safari through the forest on elephants. At the end of the tour, we visit the world-famous Jewelry Factory where you can find valuable stones in various shapes and forms, which have an important place in the Thai economy. We transfer back to our hotel after the tour and enjoy free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

5th Day PHUKET – BANGKOK

After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and transfer to Phuket airport at the time indicated by our guide. After passport and baggage procedures, we move to Bangkok with local airlines. After arriving in Bangkok, we transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

6th Day               BANGKOK – PATTAYA

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set off for the ‘Floating Market’ tour. In this tour, we leave Bangkok and first stop at a coconut farm in the Samut Songkhram town, known for its world-famous Siam Twins. Here, we learn about how the Thai people benefit from the coconut tree and see souvenir items made from this tree. You can also explore the orchid garden inside. After this, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart after about a 10-minute bus ride. We board the boats and enjoy an exciting journey for about half an hour with exotic Far Eastern views until we reach the famous Floating Market, which has graced magazine covers. On our tour, you will see the open market established in single-oar kayaks on the river and have the opportunity to shop. We explore the floating market until noon when it closes. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste some of Thailand's most famous tropical fruits, which your guide will provide. After that, we move on to our city tour of Bangkok. On our panoramic city tour of Bangkok, we will see Chinatown, Flower Market, Democracy Monument and Street, Ministries Street, Parliament House, and the Royal Palace, which has hosted the Siam Kingdom since 1782 and houses the management and living areas of current royal family members, panoramically. Afterward, we will see the world-famous Golden Buddha Statue on our tour. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Pattaya and enjoy free time. Accommodation at our hotel.

 

7th Day PATTAYA

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. We set off for the Nong Nooch Tropical Garden tour. We guarantee that you will take numerous photos in this huge garden that has won the best-organized garden award in Thailand for years. First, we will watch a cultural show where we closely learn about Thai culture. After watching Thai dances, Muay Thai boxing, re-enactments of historical battles, and several other shows, we will proceed to the second section, where we will watch the amazing show performed by the elephants. You won't believe the talents of these friendly animals, which are symbols of Thailand. Then we move on to the ‘Crocodile Farm’ tour with our guests. Here, we will watch the dangerous shows performed with crocodiles, then explore the garden arranged with tropical plants and trees. We can take photos with tigers, feed elephants by hand, and see various live animals typical of the Far East in the garden. Afterward, we transfer back to our hotel and enjoy free time. 8th Day PATTAYA – BANGKOK – DUBAI

We start the day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we transfer to Bangkok airport at the time indicated by your guide.

 

9th Day DUBAI – ISTANBUL

After baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai with Emirates Airlines. After our arrival in Dubai, our flight to Istanbul will begin following the scheduled connection. Our tour and services conclude upon our arrival at Istanbul New Airport.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized on the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date will be 21 days prior to the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guidance may be provided.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified to you by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used that are farther than the mentioned kilometers. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed designated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds called fold-out beds or coach beds, the Tour participant acknowledges that they accept the tightness and bed type that may occur in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply to the single child who meets the age group staying with 2 adults. A mattress guarantee is not provided for children aged 0-2 years.
  • The services included in the tour program, such as the breakfasts taken at the hotel, are generally served in a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, suitable for the country's breakfast culture and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours conducted with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours for the general promotion of the cities, which do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. In case the panoramic tours cannot be carried out due to the restriction of entry by local authorities or any events causing roads to be closed, as well as in cases where it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, the Agency shall not be responsible for the failure to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted partially via public transport or on foot where roads are closed or where vehicle access is not allowed.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, excursions cannot be organized or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change according to whether the museums or archaeological sites are open/closed, and weather conditions as determined by the guide.
  • Participation in extra tours is at the participant's discretion and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours conducted during the tour are accepted to have agreed to wait in a nearby rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped at the rest stop before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
  • In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative information exists for the same destination, you can learn about the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. The updated times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flight tickets. If the passenger has obtained a domestic connecting flight independently from a different provider, in the event of cancellation by the agency or change of time, the passenger cannot claim any refund from the agency. The passenger accepts in advance any financial and moral losses that may arise due to cancellations or changes to the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to airline rules; in case the outbound flight purchased as a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
  • Guests participating in the tour without a flight must be present at the tour starting point with no delays by their own means. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their transfers.
  • Guests who are not present at the designated airport at the times reported in line with airline rules, who do not complete the check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete these procedures on time but do not manage to board the aircraft, are not the responsibility of Fly Express. Guests who miss their flight are responsible for all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area, etc.
  • Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and the agency cannot be held responsible for items forgotten/lost/stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and any expenses incurred during delivery will be borne by the item owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot accompany guests individually as the integrity and continuity of the group is paramount in such negative situations.
  • During the purchase of the tour, it is mandatory to provide correct information regarding the name, birth date, and passport number as they appear in the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The cancellation and amendment penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
  • In some airlines, food and beverage services and online check-in may incur fees.
  • Seat numbers in bus use during the tour cannot be guaranteed.
  • During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to the guests are the times of vehicle movement. Our guide is responsible for treating all guests' rights equally and will not wait for anyone at meeting times. In the event of possible delays, the late guests are required to make their own way to the next stop.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency from which we receive services with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, excursions cannot be organized or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change according to whether the museums or archaeological sites are open/closed, and weather conditions as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, the participation in extra tours is at the participant's discretion and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours conducted during the tour are accepted to have agreed to wait in a nearby rest stop along the route. These passengers will be dropped at the rest stop before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
  • In programs where extra tours are included, the entrance fees for museums & archaeological sites must be paid to your agency during reservation or to the guide during the tour.
  • The participant agrees that they will participate in the tours indicated in the tour program and will not disrupt the program and that they will additionally pay the amounts that have been communicated regarding local guides, museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, if any, audio systems, etc. during the trip. The participant has been fully and properly informed in this regard.
  • The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

  • There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is sufficient for visa application.
  • Guests traveling with green passports of the Republic of Turkey must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to, and/or may not be able to fly by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • The visa information indicated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport not belonging to the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • The passport police have the authority to prevent your entry into the country. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or damaged passports; it is recommended to renew such passports and, if there is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests under the age of 18 are advised to show a document indicating the common consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent during entry and exit from the country, as there is a possibility that the police officer may ask for such a document.
