1st Day                ISTANBUL – ZURICH – BASEL – ALSACE We meet at Istanbul Airport’s international departures terminal three hours before the flight. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we fly to Zurich on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival, we proceed with our private bus waiting for us at the airport for our panoramic Basel tour. We will take a short city tour in Basel, Switzerland’s cultural city. The city, built around the Rhine River, is quite impressive with its magnificent buildings. There are five different ways to explore the center of Basel. All of them are named after famous figures in Basel’s history. By following Erasmus, Hans, Holbein, Jacob Burchardt, and Paracelcus, you can travel through historical eras in the city. During our city tour, we will see the narrow streets lined with historic houses in Greater Basel, the red and impressive town hall, and the cathedral square. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Alsace and free time to relax. Overnight at our hotel. 2nd Day                ALSACE – OBERNAI – H. KÖNIGSBURG – STRASBOURG – ALSACE After breakfast at the hotel, we set off with our guests for a panoramic Obernai tour. During our tour, we visit Obernai, a fairy-tale-like town with its flower-decorated wooden houses and cobbled streets. Then we proceed to H. Königsburg Castle. Located in the heart of the Alsace region, the jewel of eastern France, H. Königsburg Castle is situated at an altitude of approximately 750 meters on the Alsace plain. Welcoming around 500,000 visitors each year, the castle offers unique views as well as a glimpse into life in medieval castles. Then we head to Strasbourg. During our tour in Strasbourg, a city on the Rhine Wine Route that reflects French and German shared cultural and architectural characteristics and is famous for its Christmas Markets, we will see Little France, Cathedral Square, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Kammerz House. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and free time. Overnight at our hotel. 3rd Day                ALSACE – ZURICH – LUCERNE After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our journey to Zurich with views of the Jura Alps. In Zurich, the financial and banking capital of Switzerland and considered one of the world’s most developed cities in terms of quality of life, we will see the Grossmünster, Fraumünster Abbey, the Opera House, Bahnhofstrasse lined with the windows of famous brands, the Limmat River flowing through the city and the bridges connecting both sides of the city, and St. Peter’s Church, which has the largest clock in Europe with a diameter of 9 meters. After our Zurich tour, we proceed to Lucerne, where the famous poet Alexander Dumas said, “Switzerland is an oyster, and Lucerne is the pearl inside it.” Among the places to be seen are the Lion Monument (Löwendenkmal), built in memory of the 800 Swiss soldiers who were martyred while protecting King Louis XVI and his family during the French Revolution, the historic Chapel Bridge over the lake where swans swim, the octagonal water tower attached to this bridge, and the breathtaking views along the lakeside. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Zurich and free time. Overnight at our hotel. 4th Day                ZURICH – ISTANBUL After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from the rooms and transfer to the airport at the time advised by our guide. After baggage and ticket procedures, we board our Turkish Airlines flight to Istanbul. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services come to an end.
