In such cases, your agency will inform you at least 15 days before the start of the tour. ▪ Triple rooms are available depending on hotel availability; in these rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed plus an extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or called coach beds, participants accept possible discomfort or bed type issues for the third person or child reservation. Child discounts apply to single children staying with two adults and in the relevant age group. ▪ Breakfasts included in the hotel are usually continental, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, offered in a limited menu and may be served in a separate hall designated for groups. ▪ The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short (maximum 2-3 hours), designed for general city introduction via guide narration from the vehicle and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. These tours might not be conducted if local authorities prohibit entry, sites are closed for any reason, or due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted on foot or through public transportation in case roads or points are inaccessible. ▪ Extra tours are organized by the local agency providing services, requiring a minimum of 20 participants. If this number is not reached, tours will not take place, and prices or content may vary depending on the number of participants and transportation methods used. The dates and times may change based on site opening conditions and weather. ▪ Participation in extra tours is optional; travelers choosing not to join accept that they will wait at a suitable rest stop along the way. For visa application, travelers must present a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of travel, along with the documents specified on the “Documents Required for Visa” list at our agency. Citizens holding a green passport must renew it if it was issued over 10 years ago; otherwise, entry may be refused, or flights may be canceled. Responsibility lies with the passenger. ▪ Green passport holders do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months after travel is sufficient. ▪ Holding a visa does not guarantee entry; the border police may refuse entry. Passports must be renewed if necessary, and visas for countries that require a visa should be transferred to the new passport.
