IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our Tour Program operates with a minimum of 40 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation no later than 21 days before the departure. The tour that is canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- In cases where hotels are specified only by category information without mentioning names, or in cases where there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours prior to the departure of the trip.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, and sports tournaments, hotels may be located further away than the specified kilometers or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours prior to the trip.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are designed for the general promotion of the cities and are conducted with a maximum duration of 2-3 hours without museum or site entries. Even the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if local authorities do not permit them on the days and times of the tour, if closed roads occur, or due to weather conditions. Fly Express is not responsible if these tours cannot be held. Some tours may be made by public transport or on foot where closed roads or vehicle access points do not permit access.
- Triple rooms may be available depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds can be foldable or coach beds, so the tour participant acknowledges possible tightness and bed types in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are applicable for one child who meets the age group accompanying two adults.Guaranteed beds for children aged 0-2 are not provided at hotels.
- Included services from the tour program consist of breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are generally served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and typically consist of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
- Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you by your agency through tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking domestic flights. If a guest purchases domestic connection flights from a different provider independently from the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the trip is canceled or in case there are changes in time. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation or change of the trip when they purchase the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline regulations; if the outgoing flight of a round-trip air ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests who are not included in the tour without a flight must be present at the starting point of the tour by their own means and without delay. Otherwise, they must arrange all of their transfers by themselves.
- Fly Express is not responsible for guests who fail to show up at the airport on time, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures, or miss the flight. Guests who miss the flight will bear all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the area to which they will go.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports / IDs, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, the obligation to deliver them to the country or person does not exist, as well as any costs incurred during delivery will be the responsibility of the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, or theft, the guide may not be able to accompany guests individually due to the continuity and integrity of the group.
- It is mandatory to provide accurate information regarding the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport when purchasing the tour. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
- Some airlines may charge fees for food and drink and online check-in services.
- During tours, seat numbers on the bus are not guaranteed.
- The times indicated by our guide during tours correspond to movement and the time the vehicle wheels turn. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring that all guests are treated equally, will not wait at the meeting times and will move the vehicle. If a situation occurs where a guest is late, they are required to reach the next destination by their own means.
- Participants agree to pay the amounts that will be communicated in advance for local guide services, museum & site entries, city taxes, and any audio system costs for the tours specified in the tour program to the tour officers during the trip. Participants have been fully and accurately informed on this matter.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not reached, the tours cannot be performed or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may change depending on the number of participants. Additionally, days and times for the tours may be altered by the guide based on the opening/closing status of the museums and sites to be visited and on weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests for extra tours.
- In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours will be considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the location they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- In the programs where extra tours are included, charges for museum & site entries must be paid to the guide during the tour.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There is a risk of delays for scheduled and special flights, or current tour and flight times may change. Fly Express is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers acknowledge that they purchased the tour knowing that flight details may change.
VISA
- Visa applications are required for Turkish citizens. For visa applications, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip with the documents listed in the "Required Documents for Visa" list from our agency.
- The visa must be obtained from the first country entered in the trip or the country where the most accommodation will be made.
- Green passport holders are exempt from visa requirements and only need a passport valid for at least 6 months after the trip.
- The visa information provided in the program pertains to Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports other than Turkish Republic passports should obtain visa information from the respective consulates.
- Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; border police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this and any liability falls on the passenger.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary to renew the issued passports and if the country where the T.C. citizens will apply for a visa requires a visa, the visa must be on the new passport. In the opposite case, liability falls on the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 are advised to take precautions regarding the possibility of local police requesting a document showing joint consent from parents when traveling alone or with only one parent.
