IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum of 40 participants. If adequate participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will inform you of the cancellation at least 21 days before the tour departure date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, tournaments, etc., hotels can be used beyond the specified distances or in different cities. In such cases, you will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are scheduled to introduce the cities and will be conducted as panoramic tours that do not include entry to museums or historical sites, typically lasting no more than 2-3 hours. In cases where the local authorities do not permit visits to the indicated places or when they cannot be visited due to any events or road closures, or when it becomes impossible to conduct tours due to weather conditions, Fly Express will not be held responsible for the inability to conduct those tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot if access by vehicle is restricted.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the third person is generally smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are either open-close or cot beds, tour participants are considered to accept the potential tightness and bed type in rooms reserved for the third person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for a single child in the age group staying with two adults. Guarantee of a bed in hotels is not provided for children aged 0-2.
- Breakfasts served at the hotel are provided according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally offered as a limited menu, called continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for groups.
- Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may vary. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Current times will be provided during the tour notification from your agency.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without taking a domestic flight. If the guest has purchased their domestic connection flight from a different provider independently of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in the event of cancellation of the trip by the agency or changes in flight times. The participant accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation or changes of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible in this regard.
- According to airline regulations, if the departure flight purchased round-trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests not included in the tour without a flight must arrive at the tour starting point on their own means without delay. In this case, they will be responsible for all their transfers on their own.
- For participation in the tour, guests who are not at the specified airport and do not check in and board on time, or who check in and board on time but are unable to board will not be held responsible for their inability to make the flight. All expenses regarding the procurement of new round-trip tickets required for guests who miss their flights, as well as transfers in the destination area, are their own responsibility.
- Participants' personal belongings, bags, passports/ID cards are their own responsibility, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event of forgotten items being found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and any expenses incurred during delivery will be borne by the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide will not be able to assist individual guests as the integrity and continuity of the group is essential.
- During the purchase of the tour, it is essential to accurately provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. The cost penalties for ticket cancellation and changes due to incorrect information will be collected from you.
- Some airlines may charge for food and drinks and online check-in services.
- Seating assignments on the bus cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
- The times announced by our guide during the tours are the times for vehicle departure. Our guide is responsible for ensuring the equal rights of all guests, and will not wait at meeting times. In an event of lateness, the late guest is responsible for making their own way to the next stop.
- Participants agree to join the arranged tours specified in the tour program, and accept that they will pay the local guide, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and any audio system costs incurred during the trip, as stated in the tour program. They have been fully informed on this matter.
- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people by the local agency we cooperate with. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the excursions may not take place, or the extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours can change according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites, as well as weather conditions, and may be altered by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Guests who do not wish to participate in the extra tours are deemed to have accepted waiting in a suitable rest area along the way. These guests will be dropped off at a rest area along the way before the extra tour begins and will be picked up afterward from the point they were dropped off.
- In programs including extra tours, the entrance fees for museums & archaeological sites must be paid to the guide during the tour.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before travel and flights. Fly Express is obliged to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. A valid passport should be provided along with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list from our agency at least 6 months before the travel end date.
- The visa should be obtained from the first country entered during the trip or from the country where the most accommodation will be made.
- There is no visa requirement for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months is sufficient.
- The visa information provided in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests with a passport other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as border police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for such cases; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid problems at border control, passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged must be renewed and, if applicable, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Minors under the age of 18 should obtain a joint consent document from both parents when traveling alone or with only one of the parents, as they may be asked to present it by the police at border entry/exit points. Therefore, it is advised to be cautious in this matter.
