1st Day ISTANBUL – HAVANA
We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Havana begins with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. After our arrival in Havana, we proceed to our special vehicle waiting for us at the airport and transfer to our hotel. Accommodation is in our hotel in Havana and free time.
2nd Day HAVANA
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our tour of the Vinales Valley, Pinar del Rio and Indian Cave with lunch included. We head to the Vinales Valley, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and known for its famous Cuban cigars. After a journey of approximately 3 hours, we visit the city center of Vinales, tobacco fields, and a local tobacco farm. During the tour, we will have lunch at a restaurant located in the middle of the valley. Afterward, we move to Pinar del Rio to closely learn about the production and culture of Cuban cigars at the places where they are officially made. Guests who wish can purchase original Cuban cigars here. At the end of the day, after enjoying drinks at a viewpoint that overlooks the entire Vinales Valley, we return to Havana. Transfer to the hotel after the tour and free time.
3rd Day HAVANA
After having breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the “Havana Tour Following the Revolution” with lunch included. We start this tour in vintage American cars that were imported from the US before the Cuban revolution in 1958, and have not been allowed back into the country due to the subsequent embargo, but are still used today. After a short drive through Cuban streets, we will see the neighborhood of Jose Fuster, known as the Picasso of Cuba, which has been transformed into an open-air gallery through his painted pieces, ceramics, and drawings throughout his lifetime. Next, we will see the famous Hamel street, named after Fernando Hamel, which is a center for modern artists. Afterward, we visit the house of Che Guevara, Cuba's legendary hero, which offers a panoramic view of Havana. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will proceed to Prado Street, one of Havana's most enjoyable avenues. We will visit the Revolution Museum, which was used as a palace during Batista's regime and was opened as a museum for the public after the revolution. In the Revolution Museum, we will see weapons, documents, and items from the Cuban independence war and period of the Cuban Revolution. Transfer to the hotel after the tour and free time.
4th Day HAVANA
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for the “Ernest Hemingway Tour” with lunch included. We will head to Cojimar, a small Cuban fishing village just 20 minutes from Havana where the famous writer Ernest Hemingway spent 20 years and wrote his novel “The Old Man and the Sea.” We will visit La Finca, the magnificent estate where he lived and wrote “For Whom the Bell Tolls,” which is now a Hemingway museum. We will have lunch at a local restaurant.
5th Day HAVANA – CIENFUEGOS – TRINIDAD
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off towards Cienfuegos, one of the most beautiful cities in Cuba. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will explore the beautiful city of Cienfuegos, founded by French settlers in 1819 and protected by UNESCO since 2005. We will see Jose Marti Park, the Tomas Terry Theatre surrounding the park, and Colegio de San Lorenzo government buildings. After exploring the city, we will head towards Trinidad. After a pleasant journey, we will transfer to our hotel in Trinidad and have free time. All-inclusive accommodation at our hotel.
6th Day TRINIDAD – SANTA CLARA – VARADERO
After breakfast at the hotel, we will get to know the city of Trinidad, which became rich through sugar production between the 18th and 19th centuries, boasting colonial architecture examples and recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. While strolling through the cobbled streets, we will feel as if we have traveled back in time, and we will enjoy a Canchanchara, a refreshing drink made of lemonade, honey, and Cuban rum unique to Trinidad. After the tour, we will head towards Villa Santa Clara, the site of a significant part of the Cuban Revolution that made Che famous. After lunch, during our city tour, we will see the armored train museum park, where revolutionary leaders, including the legendary Comandante Che Guevara, captured Batista's troops and their arms, and Parque Vidal, where gun marks from the war are still visible on the old Hilton Hotel. We will visit the mausoleum of Che Guevara, who was captured and executed injured on October 9, 1967, in Bolivia, and see his famous farewell letter inscribed in cuneiform on a monument. After our visit to Santa Clara, we will head towards Varadero, transfer to our hotel and enjoy free time. All-inclusive accommodation at our hotel.
7th Day VARADERO
After breakfast at the hotel, we have a whole day of free time. You can enjoy the sea and sun on Varadero's magnificent beaches or spend leisurely time at our all-inclusive hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
8th Day VARADERO – HAVANA – ISTANBUL
After having an early breakfast at the hotel, we check out from our rooms. Then we head to Havana. Upon arrival, we begin our city tour. During our tour, we will see Havana's Old City, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, Malecon Boulevard, Revolution Square, Colon Cemetery, Miramar, and Morro Castle, which offers a bird's eye view of the city. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. After the tour, there will be free time. At the time indicated by your guide, we will head to Havana airport. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight back to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines begins. We spend the night on the plane.
9th Day ISTANBUL
With our arrival at Istanbul New Airport at local time, our tour and services come to an end.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If adequate participation is not achieved, the cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- In cases where the tour is conducted without sufficient participation, English guidance may be provided.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program, and/or if there are optional options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers or in a different city. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the tour movement.
- Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of folding and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have acknowledged the potential congestion in rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply for a single child who meets the age criteria, staying with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0 – 2 years.
- Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and are generally offered as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are the maximum 2-3 hour tours that are arranged for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. Fly Express is not responsible for not being able to conduct the specified tours if they are not allowed to be visited due to local authorities on the day of the tour or if they cannot be carried out due to closed roads for any event or due to weather conditions that make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be done collectively by public transport or on foot in locations where vehicle entry is not permitted or roads are closed.
- Since group tickets for tour flights are subject to change, you can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without purchasing domestic flights. If the guest has purchased domestic connection flights independently from a different service provider, in case of cancellation of the trip by the agency or if there is a change in time, the guest cannot claim any refund from the agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may occur due to the cancellation or changes of the tour at the time of purchasing the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline rules; if the outbound flight purchased as round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests without flights included in the tour must be at the starting point of the tour with their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all transfers themselves.
- Passengers who do not appear at the specified airport in a timely manner, have not done check-in and boarding on time, or who have checked-in and boarded on time but could not board the plane, are not responsible for Fly Express in case they miss their flight. All expenses such as the new round trip tickets necessary for passengers who miss their flights to join the tour and transfers in the destination area are their own responsibility.
- The personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs of participants in the tour are their own responsibility, and Fly Express is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case of forgotten items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and the costs incurred during their delivery will be borne by the owner.
- In situations such as illness or lost items, the guide cannot individually accompany guests due to the necessity of maintaining the integrity and continuity of the group.
- It is mandatory to accurately report the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations and changes arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.
- In some airlines, food and beverage and online check-in services may incur additional fees.
- Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed during bus usage on the tour.
- During our tours, the times notified by our guide to guests are the exact departure times of the vehicle. Our guide, who is responsible for observing the rights of all guests equally, will not wait during meeting times and will move the vehicle. If a guest is late, they must arrange their own transportation to the next stop.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of at least 20 people. If adequate numbers are not achieved, excursions may not be performed, or the prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change based on the opening/closing situations of museums and archaeological sites at the places to be visited and weather conditions as indicated by the guide. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Extra tours are optional in classic packages where extra tours are not included, and are not compulsory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour will be deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area along the way. These passengers will be taken to a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the place they were left after the completion of the tour.
- In programs where extra tours are included, museum & archaeological site entrance fees must be paid to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour.
- The participant accepts in advance to pay the amounts previously notified in the tour program for the expenses incurred for the local guide, museum & archaeological site entrances, city taxes, and if any, audio system headphones during the tour program, acknowledging that they will participate in the tours specified in the program and will not disrupt the program. The participant has been fully and accurately informed in this regard.
- You can learn the hotel(s) where you will be staying only 48 hours before the tour movement in case only category information is given and/or if alternative information is found for the same destination.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or current travel and flight times may change prior to your journey. Fly Express is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is a visa application for Turkish citizens. It is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion along with the documents listed in the "Required Documents for Visa" list.
- Guests traveling with Turkish green passports must renew their passports if their passport issue date is more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are going to and/or the airline may not perform their flights. In such situations, responsibility falls on the passenger.
- Guests with green passports do not require a visa, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport control officer has the authority to refuse entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility falls on the passenger.
- The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- To avoid issues with the customs police at the border checkpoint of the country to be visited due to torn, damaged, wet, or similar passports; it is recommended that said passports be renewed and if visas are required for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility falls on the passenger.
- Guests under 18 years old may be asked to show a document indicating the mutual consent of both parents during entry and exit in the country while traveling alone or with only one parent; thus, it is advised that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
