1. Day ISTANBUL – NAIROBI

We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Nairobi with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight.

2. Day NAIROBI – LAKE NAIVASHA

After our midnight arrival in Nairobi, we transfer to our private bus at the airport and head to our hotel to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we move to Lake Naivasha located in the Great Rift Valley with our 4x4 safari vehicles. Lake Naivasha provides a habitat for hippos, as well as more than 450 bird species, including cormorants, fish eagles, pelicans, and other heron species. Upon our arrival at Lake Naivasha, we have lunch at our hotel. In the afternoon, we make a boat trip from Lake Naivasha to Crescent Island for our safari adventure. Upon landing on Crescent Island, you will experience a unique safari experience while watching giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, and antelopes calmly grazing, creating unforgettable moments on this island home to monkeys and many different animals and bird species. After our tour, we transfer to our Safari Lodges at Lake Naivasha and have free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.

3. Day LAKE NAIVASHA – LAKE NAKURU

After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, we set off with our 4x4 Land Cruisers towards Nakuru National Park. During our safari here, you will have the opportunity to witness the natural life closely, from pink flamingos and white rhinos to Rothschild giraffes and over 400 bird species, and perhaps even leopards hiding in the treetops. We return to our Safari Lodges for lunch and have our meal. After lunch, you can relax at your lodges, get a massage, or enjoy the pool. In the afternoon, we continue our safari in Lake Nakuru with our 4x4 Land Cruisers. After our tour, we transfer back to our Safari Lodges at Lake Nakuru and have free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.

4. Day LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, we set off with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our Big Five Safari tour to Masai Mara National Park. In this tour, we will marvel at watching lions, leopards, and cheetahs roaming the savannah in search of their next meal, as these magnificent creatures mesmerize us with their life cycle. Our safari in Masai Mara will take us to hidden waterholes where elephants gather to quench their thirst and hippos roll about in the cool waters. Together, we will observe the delicate balance of ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all living things, marveling at the wonders of the natural world. During our safari, we will have the chance to see the Big Five: Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, and Buffalo. We will also witness millions of animal species moving to search for greener pastures and get a close look at this Great Migration. After our tour, we transfer to our safari camp in Masai Mara and have free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.

5. Day MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK

After breakfast at our safari camp, we set off with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our Big Five Safari tour. We will marvel at watching lions, leopards, and cheetahs roaming the savannah looking for their next meals and be amazed by these magnificent creatures' life cycle. Our safari in Masai Mara will take us to hidden watering holes where elephants gather to quench their thirst and hippos roll in the cool waters. Together, we will observe the delicate balance of ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all living beings, marveling at the natural wonders of the world. During our safari, we will have the opportunity to see the Big Five: Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, and Buffalo. This wild and natural environment allows us to see millions of animal species moving toward greener pastures and gives us a chance to witness the Great Migration closely. 6. Day MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK – NAIROBI

After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, we head to Nairobi. Upon our arrival, we visit the Giraffe Center. In this Giraffe House, where we will meet our long-legged friendly companions, we will have the chance to get close to Rothschild giraffes and feed them. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Nairobi and have free time to relax. We will go to the Carnivore Restaurant for our Farewell Dinner in Kenya, and we will have our meal as an open buffet. After dinner, we will transfer to Nairobi Airport at the time indicated by our guide.

7. Day NAIROBI – ISTANBUL

We fly to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, the end of our tour and services.

The tour that is canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.     • If only category information is provided without specific names in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.     • During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used from distances greater than those specified or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the tour departure.     • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted as 2-3 hour tours that do not include museum or site entry fees and are intended to provide a general introduction to the cities with guidance from the vehicle only. Our agency is not responsible for the cancellation of tours that do not occur due to local authority restrictions, closed roads, or impossible conditions due to weather, including panoramic tours and other specified tours. Certain tours may be conducted via public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is restricted or not permitted.     • Triple rooms may be allocated depending on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are considered opening-closing or coach beds, participants acknowledge that they accept possible crowding and bed type in triple and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply to one child in the eligible age group accompanying two adults. No bed guarantees are made for children aged 0-2 in hotels.     • Breakfasts provided in hotels are typically continental and consist of a limited menu including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall designated for the group.     • Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency, and the updated times will be communicated by your agency with the tour information.     • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before purchasing domestic flight tickets. If the guest has purchased a domestic connection flight from a different provider independent of the agency, in the event that the tour is canceled or there is a schedule change, they cannot claim a refund from the agency for incurred expenses. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses caused by cancellation or changes to the tour. Our agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.     • According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight of the round-trip purchased plane tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.     • Guests who are included in the tour without flights must ensure they are at the tour start point independently and without delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for their own transfers.     • The agency is not responsible for passengers who do not arrive at the specified airport at the aforementioned times in accordance with the airline regulations, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures in time, and cannot board the airplane despite completing the check-in and boarding procedures on time. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for covering all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip plane tickets and necessary transfers at the destination.     • Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and the agency is not liable for items forgotten/lost/stolen. In the event that forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the cost incurred during delivery shall be borne by the owner of the item.     • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot accompany passengers one-on-one due to maintaining the integrity and continuity of the group.     • It is mandatory to provide correct information regarding the name, date of birth, and passport number as stated on the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalty fees arising from incorrect information will be collected from you.     • Some airlines may charge for food and beverages and online check-in services.     • Seat numbers cannot be guaranteed for bus use during the tour.     • During our tours, the times given by our guide to the guests refer to the time the vehicle's wheels start turning. Our guide is responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests and will not wait for any delays at meeting times; in case of possible delays, late guests must make their own way to the next stop.     • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, contingent on a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, the trips may not be conducted, or additional trip prices, content, and transportation may vary based on participant numbers. The days and times of the tours may also change according to the open/closed status of museums and sites, and weather conditions, as determined by the guide. Guests may be accompanied by different guides during extra tours.     • Extra tours are optional in our classic packages and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour accept to wait in a suitable rest facility along the way. Such passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from that point after the tour is completed.     • In programs where extra tours are included, museum & site entry fees must be paid to your agency or to the guide during the tour.     • The participant agrees to take part in the scheduled tours mentioned in the tour program and acknowledges that they will not disrupt the program, and accepts that they will pay the specified amounts for local guides, museum & site entry fees, city taxes, and any audio system costs during the tour accordingly. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this matter.     • The agency serves as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be risks of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before existing trips. The agency is obligated to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. VISA     • There is a visa application for T.C. (Republic of Turkey) citizens. For visa applications, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel along with the documents specified in our "Required Documents for Visa" list.     • The visa must be obtained from the country of entry for the first stop of the tour or the country of maximum accommodation.     • There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders, but a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is sufficient.     • The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports from outside the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.     • Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as immigration authorities have the right to deny entry to anyone. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the traveler.     • In order to avoid issues with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; newly issued passports should be obtained, and if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In any other case, the responsibility lies with the traveler.     • Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or accompanied by only one parent during entry and exit from the country may be asked to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents by the officers, so we recommend that minors and their parents be sensitive on this matter.
