1. Day ISTANBUL – NAIROBI
We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours prior to our flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we begin our flight to Nairobi with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight.
2. Day NAIROBI – LAKE NAIVASHA
Upon our midnight arrival in Nairobi, we transfer to our special bus waiting at the airport and head to our hotel to rest. Accommodation at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for Lake Naivasha located in the Great Rift Valley with our 4x4 safari vehicles. Lake Naivasha, which provides a habitat for hippos, also offers a natural area for over 450 bird species, including cormorants, fish eagles, pelicans, and other heron species. Upon our arrival at Lake Naivasha, we have lunch at our hotel. In the afternoon, we will take a boat trip from Lake Naivasha to Crescent Island for our safari adventure. As we land on Crescent Island, you will experience an unmatched safari experience while watching giraffes, zebras, buffalos, and antelopes grazing peacefully, and you will have unforgettable moments on this island that hosts monkeys and many different animals among dozens of bird species. After our tour, we transfer to our safari lodges at Lake Naivasha and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.
3. Day LAKE NAIVASHA – LAKE NAKURU
After breakfast at our safari lodges, we head towards Nakuru National Park with our 4x4 Land Cruisers. During our safari here, you'll have the opportunity to closely witness the natural habitat of pink and fuchsia flamingos, white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, over 400 bird species, and perhaps even leopards hidden among the tree branches at Lake Nakuru. We return to our safari lodges for lunch and have our meal. After lunch, you can relax at your lodges, enjoy a massage, or take a dip in the pool. In the afternoon, we continue our safari tour at Lake Nakuru with our 4x4 Land Cruisers once again. After the tour, we transfer to our safari lodges at Lake Nakuru and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.
4. Day LAKE NAKURU – MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast at our safari lodges, we set off with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our Big Five Safari tour towards Masai Mara National Park. During our tour, we will marvel at watching lions, leopards, and cheetahs roaming the savannah in search of their next meals, and these magnificent creatures will leave us in awe of the life cycle. Our safari in Masai Mara will take us to the secret watering holes where elephants gather to quench their thirst and where hippos roll in cool waters. Together, we will observe the delicate balance of ecosystems and the interconnection of all living beings, marveling at the wonders of nature. Our safari tour will provide us the opportunity to see the Big Five, which include Lion, Leopard, Rhinoceros, Elephant, and Buffalo. We will also have the chance to witness the Great Migration up close as millions of animal species move towards greener pastures in search of food. After our tour, we transfer to our safari camp in Masai Mara and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.
5. Day MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast at our safari camp, we set out with our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our Big Five Safari tour. During this tour, we will watch lions, leopards, and cheetahs roaming the savannah as they search for their next meals, and these magnificent beings will leave us in awe of the natural cycle. Our safari will lead us to hidden watering holes where elephants gather to quench their thirst and hippos roll in cool waters. Together, we will observe the fragile balance of ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all living beings, marveling at the wonders of the natural world. We will have the opportunity to see the Big Five - Lion, Leopard, Rhinoceros, Elephant, and Buffalo. Additionally, we will have the chance to witness the Great Migration closely as millions of animal species are directed to different lands in search of greener pastures. After our tour, we transfer to our safari camp in Masai Mara and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.
6. Day MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK – NAIROBI
After breakfast at our safari lodges, we head to Nairobi. Upon our arrival, we will visit the Giraffe Center. At this giraffe home, we will have the chance to get to know and feed Rothschild giraffes up close. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel in Nairobi and have some free time to relax. We will enjoy our Farewell Dinner in Kenya at the Carnivore Restaurant and have our meal as an open buffet. After dinner, we transfer to Nairobi airport at the time indicated by our guide.
7. Day NAIROBI – ISTANBUL
We fly to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services conclude.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 15 people. In case sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. If the tour is canceled due to insufficient participation, it will be communicated to you through your agency.
- If there is insufficient participation but the tour is executed, English guidance may be provided.
- In cases where category information is provided and/or optional accommodations are available without specifying names in the tour program, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified kilometers away. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated for the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding and/or coach beds, participants in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children declare that they accept any inconvenience arising from the room size and bed types. Child discounts are valid for one child in the appropriate age group staying with 2 adults.
- Services included in the tour program, such as breakfast at the hotel, are served in accordance with the country's breakfast culture and usually consist of a limited menu called continental breakfast including butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room dedicated to the group for groups.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted from the vehicle with guided narration, and they do not include museum or site entrance fees. Fly Express is not responsible for failure to conduct these tours due to local authority restrictions, road closures due to events, or inclement weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where access is restricted or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- Tour flights are subject to change due to group ticketing processes. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the flight times before taking domestic flights. If a guest acquires their internal flight from a different provider independently of the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in cases where the tour is canceled or flight times change. The guest accepts in advance any financial or moral losses that may occur due to cancellations or changes to the tour. Fly Express shall not be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip air tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests who are without flights included in the tour must be present at the tour starting point on their own and without delay. If not, they will be responsible for all transfers themselves.
- Guests who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, and those who have done so but cannot board will not hold Fly Express responsible for their failure to fly. The costs for new round-trip tickets necessary for guests who miss their flight and transfers in the intended region will be borne by them.
- Personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identification of those participating in the tour are their own responsibility, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that items are forgotten, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or individual, and the costs incurred during delivery fall to the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, or theft, the guide cannot individually accompany guests as the integrity and continuity of the group is essential.
- During the purchase of the tour, the name, date of birth, and passport number stated on the passport must be reported correctly. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Fees for cancellations and changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
- In some airlines, food and drink and online check-in services may be subject to charges.
- During the tour, seat numbers cannot be guaranteed for the bus usage.
- The times communicated by our guide during the tours are the times when the vehicle wheel is turned. Our guide, who is responsible for equally respecting all guests' rights, will not delay the vehicle at the meeting times. In the event of a delay, the guest will have to arrange their own transport to the next stop.
- The participant acknowledges that they will pay the amounts previously indicated in the travel program for local guides, museum & site entrance fees, city taxes, and any audio system costs that may arise during the tour and that they will not disrupt the program. The participant has been fully informed in this matter.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with on the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient number is not provided, trips cannot be made or the prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may change according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change at the discretion of the guide based on the open/closed status of the museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- In classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participants and is not mandatory. Guests who do not wish to participate in extra tours will be considered as having accepted to wait at a suitable rest facility on the way. These guests will be dropped off at the designated rest area before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
- In programs where extra tours are included, entrance fees for museums & sites must be paid to the guide during the tour.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There might be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or hours may change prior to existing trips and flights. Fly Express is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details might change.
VISA
- All T.C. citizens including those with green passports are subject to visa requirements. A minimum passport validity of 6 months from the date of travel end is required along with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if their issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may be refused entry into the country or their flights may not be carried out by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as immigration officers have the authority to refuse entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation, and responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The visa information stated in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports from countries other than the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consular offices.
- Torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports may encounter issues with customs at the border of the country; therefore, such passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the related visa should be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility is with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked by immigration officers to provide a document showing both parents' joint consent, so we recommend that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
