Day 1 ISTANBUL – NAIROBI
We meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we start our flight to Nairobi with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight.
Day 2 NAIROBI – MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK
Following our arrival in Nairobi late at night, we transfer to our hotel with our private bus waiting at the airport. Accommodation is at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, our journey towards Masai Mara National Park begins. As we enter Masai Mara, we are greeted by the breathtaking sight of vast grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see. During our Safari tour, guided by expert rangers who know this land like the back of their hands, we will traverse the rugged terrain in our 4x4 Land Cruisers. We will have the chance to witness millions of animal species navigating to different regions in search of greener pastures and witness the Great Migration up close. After our tour, we will transfer to our safari camp in Masai Mara and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.
Day 3 MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK – MASAI MARA VILLAGE
After breakfast at our safari camp, we set off in our 4x4 Land Cruisers for our Big Five Safari tour. During our tour, we will be amazed watching lions, leopards, and cheetahs roaming the savanna in search of their next meal, as their magnificent presence fills us with wonder at the cycle of life. Our safari will take us to hidden watering holes where elephants gather to quench their thirst and hippos wallow in cool waters. Together, we will observe the delicate balance of ecosystems and the interconnectedness of all living beings, marveling at the wonders of the natural world. During our safari, we will have the opportunity to see the Big Five: Lion, Leopard, Rhino, Elephant, and Buffalo. We will also witness the Great Migration up close as millions of animal species navigate in search of greener pastures. Afterwards, we head to Masai Mara Village, home to the ancient tribes of the Maasai. The spirit of Masai Mara is adventure, exploration, and a deep respect for the wild. Together, we will dive into the rich cultural heritage of the Maasai people, learning about their traditions, customs, and their deep connection to the land. After our tour, we will transfer back to our safari camp in Masai Mara and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our safari camp.
Day 4 MASAI MARA NATIONAL PARK – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast at our safari camp, we head to Serengeti National Park. Upon stepping into Serengeti, we are immediately captivated by the expanse of the plains and the breathtaking beauty of African wildlife. Serengeti, located in northern Tanzania and stretching to the southwest of Kenya, is undoubtedly one of the most iconic and breathtaking ecosystems on the planet. These vast savanna pastures, dotted with acacia trees and rocky outcrops, are renowned for their extraordinary biodiversity and astonishing displays of wildlife. Spanning approximately 30,000 square kilometers, Serengeti is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its landscape consists of diverse habitats such as grasslands, forested areas, river forests, and kopjes (granite rock formations), each playing a significant role in sustaining rich wildlife populations. Upon our arrival at Serengeti National Park, we will transfer to our Safari Lodges and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our Safari Lodges.
Day 5 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, our Safari tour begins in our 4x4 Land Cruisers. Together, we will traverse the rugged terrain in special safari vehicles, equipped with all the necessary knowledge and expertise about this extraordinary ecosystem provided by expert guides. We will be in awe of the majestic presence of lions, leopards, and cheetahs, reminding us of the untamed beauty of African wildlife. We will feel like a part of National Geographic documentaries. In the midst of this wild and natural life, we will witness millions of animal species seeking greener pastures and have the chance to witness the Great Migration up close. After our tour, we will transfer back to our Safari Lodges in Serengeti and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our Safari Lodges.
Day 6 SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK – NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, we head towards Ngorongoro. Upon arrival, our Ngorongoro Crater Safari tour begins. As we descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, we are greeted by the stunning view of the world's largest unbroken caldera. Together, we will marvel at the size of this natural amphitheater, carved over millions of years by ancient volcanic forces, and now hosting an astonishing array of wildlife. Ngorongoro Crater is not only a geological wonder; it is a sanctuary for some of Africa's most iconic animals. Together, we will see elephant herds roaming the grasslands, lions lounging in the shade of acacia trees, and flamingos floating in the soda lakes that adorn the crater floor. After our tour, we will transfer to our Lodges in Ngorongoro and have some free time to relax. Dinner and accommodation at our Safari Lodges.
Day 7 NGORONGORO CRATER – ZANZIBAR
After breakfast at our Safari Lodges, we head to Arusha airport. Our flight to Zanzibar begins with local airlines. Upon arrival, we transfer to our private bus waiting at the airport. Zanzibar, located on the Tanzanian shores of the Indian Ocean, welcomes us with its turquoise waters, pristine white beaches, and dazzling beauty. Its rich cultural heritage, stunning natural beauty, and warm hospitality continue to captivate visitors from all over the world, inviting them to explore the timeless charm of this island paradise. Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to discover the history of the island’s rich spice production. We will learn how various spices are grown and how they are used in Zanzibar cuisine and for treating various illnesses. After that, we will transfer to our hotel in Zanzibar and have some free time to enjoy the sun, sea, and sand. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.
Day 8 ZANZIBAR
After breakfast at the hotel, we have the entire day free to enjoy the hotel amenities, sun, sea, and sand. Dinner and accommodation at our hotel.
Day 9 ZANZIBAR

Day 10 ZANZIBAR – ISTANBUL
Check out of the rooms early and transfer to Zanzibar airport at the time indicated by our guide. Depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services conclude.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum attendance requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency will notify you of the cancellation by the last cancellation notice date, which is 21 days prior to the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying hotel names and/or when options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated to you by your agency 48 hours before the tour movement.
• During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the indicated kilometers away or in different cities. In such a case, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the tour movement.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted as a maximum of 2-3 hour tours without museum or historical site entrances through vehicle commentary. If the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out due to local authority restrictions on that date and time or because of closed roads or adverse weather conditions, the agency cannot be held responsible for the unavailability of the said tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot where vehicle access is restricted.
• Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are either pull-out or coach beds, so tour participants acknowledge that they accept any potential tightness and bed types in the rooms for the 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to single children who meet the age group and are accompanied by 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to groups.
• Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
• Domestic flight connections should confirm the tour flight times. If a guest has booked a domestic connection flight from a different provider independently of the agency, in the event of cancellation by the agency or schedule change, the guest cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or changes to the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
• According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight purchased as a round-trip ticket is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
• Guests who are included in the tour without flights are required to be present at the tour start point by their own means and without any delays. In any other case, they will be responsible for providing all their transfers on their own.
• The agency is not responsible for guests who are not ready at the designated airport within the given times and do not complete check-in and boarding processes on time, or who have completed these processes but can’t board the airplane. Guests who miss their flights will be responsible for any necessary new round-trip tickets and related transfers in the destination area.
• Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/IDs; the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country or person, and the costs of delivery will be borne by the owner of the item.
• In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot individually accompany guests due to the need for the integrity and continuity of the group.
• It is mandatory to accurately report the name, date of birth, and passport number as indicated on the passport when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets will be issued based on this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
• Some airlines may charge for catering services and online check-in.
• Seat numbers in bus usage during the tour cannot be guaranteed.
• The times communicated by our guide to the guests during the tours are the time when the vehicle wheels start moving. Our guide, who is responsible for treating all guests equally, will not wait at meeting times and will move the vehicle. In any case of a late guest, they will be responsible for making their own way to the next stop.
• Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people as determined by the local agency providing service. If the sufficient number cannot be achieved, the trips may not take place, and extra tour prices, content, and transport used may vary depending on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of tours may change depending on the open/closed status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions as decided by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
• In classical packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is at the discretion of the participant and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in the extra tours will be considered to have accepted waiting in an available resting place along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a resting place before the extra tour begins and will be picked up at the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
• In programs where extra tours are included, entrance fees to museums & archaeological sites must be paid to your agency or guide during the reservation or during the tour.
• The participant accepts in advance that they will pay for the local guide fees, museum & historical site entrance fees, city taxes, and any audio system costs incurred during the tour as previously communicated amounts in the travel program. The participant has been fully and completely informed about this.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays for scheduled and charter flights, or flight and tour times may change before the existing trip. The agency is obliged to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
• Visa applications apply to Turkish citizens. Applications for visas must be made with a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel along with the documents listed in our agency’s "Required Documents for Visa" list.
• The visa must be obtained from the country where the tour first enters or where the maximum accommodation will be done.
• Holders of Green passports do not require a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is sufficient.
• The visa information provided in the program refers to the information applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
• Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
• To avoid issues at the country border due to ripped, damaged, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports, it is necessary for passports obtained to be renewed, and if T.C. citizens are traveling to a country that requires a visa, that visa must be on the new passport. In the absence of this, responsibility lies with the passenger.
• For guests under the age of 18, when traveling alone or with only one of the parents, it is advisable to be cautious as they may be required to show a document indicating both parents' consent upon entry and exit from the country.
