IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program operates with a minimum participation of 40 people. If there is insufficient participation, the agency's last cancellation date is 21 days before the tour departure. Cancellations due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • If hotel names are given without specific dates and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency at least 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • In fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at locations that are farther than specified kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you at least 48 hours before the tour starts.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are organized for general city introduction and are conducted from the vehicle with guidances, including museum and archaeological site entrance fees, lasting at most 2-3 hours. Due to circumstances such as restrictions imposed by local authorities, unavailability of entry, weather conditions, or road closures, these tours or other mentioned tours may not be conducted. Fly Express is not responsible for any of these situations. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot within possible limits at points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
  • 3-person rooms depend on hotel availability and in such rooms, the third bed is smaller than standard beds. These rooms consist of one large bed plus an extra fold-out or coach bed. Because these beds are fold-out or called coach beds, and space may be limited, passengers accept possible discomfort and the type of beds when booking triple rooms or children. Child discounts are valid for one child sharing a room with two adults within the specified age groups.
  • No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
  • Services included in the tour, such as hotel breakfasts, are designed to match the local breakfast culture and typically consist of continental breakfast items like butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and are served in a separate room allocated to the group.
  • Since flight tickets are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be provided during the tour information.
  • Flight times for domestic flights must be confirmed without purchasing flight tickets. If guests purchase connecting domestic flights through a different provider independently, or if the airline cancels or changes times, the agency is not responsible for any refunds. Guests accept these potential losses and changes at the time of purchase.
  • According to airline rules, if round-trip tickets are purchased but the outbound flight is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
  • Guests not present at the start point of the tour, who do not check-in or board on time, or who cannot board after check-in, are not the responsibility of Fly Express. Those who miss their flight will need to arrange their own transfer and possibly buy new tickets for the return trip at their own expense to join the tour later.
  • Participation in the tour is subject to the traveler providing their personal documents, passports, or IDs, and Fly Express is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal items. Lost items may not be recovered or delivered, and the costs if applicable are borne by the owner.
  • In cases of illness, loss, theft, or other issues, since the guide's primary responsibility is the integrity and continuity of the group, the guide may not be able to personally accompany guests in such negative situations.
  • It is mandatory to correctly report the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport during purchase, as tickets are issued based on this information. Incorrect details will incur cancellation and change penalties payable by the passenger.
  • Some airlines may charge fees for food, beverages, and online check-in services.
  • During the tour, seat number assignments on buses cannot be guaranteed.
  • The guide's announced times during the tours are the departure times of the vehicle. Our guides aim to be punctual and do not wait for late guests at meetings. If a guest is late, they are responsible for their own transportation to the next destination.
  • Extra tours arranged by local agencies require a minimum of 20 participants. If the required number is not met, such tours may not take place or may vary in content, price, vehicle type, and schedules according to participant number. Tour days and timings may also be changed by guides based on local museum, site opening hours, and weather conditions. During extra tours, different guides may accompany guests.
  • Extra tours are optional and not included in the standard packages. Participants who choose not to join the extra tours agree to wait at a convenient rest stop along the way without holding Fly Express responsible. These participants will be dropped off at the stop before the tour continues and will be picked up after the tour ends.
  • Entry fees for museums and archaeological sites are to be paid upon reservation or during the tour to your agency or guide for tours including such visits.
  • Participants agree to pay the predetermined fees specified in the tour program for guide, museum & archaeological site entrance fees, city taxes, and expenses such as headphones/audio systems during the trip. These payments are made in advance or during the tour to the guide or representative.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the passenger and airline, and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. Scheduled and special flights may experience delays or changes before the trip, and Fly Express informs of these changes as soon as possible. Passengers accept that flight details may change and purchase the tour knowing this. Adjustments in flight times are at the airline's discretion, and Fly Express is not responsible for any consequences.

VISA

  • Visa requirement exists for Turkish citizens. For visa application, a passport valid at least 6 months beyond the travel end date and the documents specified in the "Documents Required for Visa" list must be submitted to our agency.
  • Visa must be obtained from the first entry country or the country with the maximum stay during the trip.
  • Holders of green passports are not required to obtain a visa; a valid passport for at least 6 months after the travel date is sufficient.
  • The visa information provided in the program pertains to Turkish citizens. Guests with other passports must obtain visa information from the relevant embassies or consulates.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry; border police have the authority to refuse entry. Fly Express is not responsible for any issues arising from entry refusals. Responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Passports that are torn, worn, wet, or damaged may cause problems at border crossings. Passports should be renewed if damaged, and if a visa is required, it should be in the new passport. Responsibility rests with the traveler.
