1st Day ISTANBUL – MARSEILLE – NICE We meet at the international departure terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After the baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we will depart to Marseille with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. Following our arrival, we will have a city tour of Marseille with a private bus waiting at the airport. The places we will see during this city tour include the Old Port, City Hall, and panoramic Saint Jean Castle. After the tour, we will head to Nice. Upon arrival, we will have a panoramic city tour of Nice. During the tour, we will see Promenade des Anglais, the beaches of Nice, Massena Square, and the famous Nice Market. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 2nd Day NICE – ST. PAUL DE VENCE – CANNES – EZE – NICE After having breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for St. Paul de Vence. This village, which is nestled within a small castle from the 1400s and overlooks the Mediterranean, has inspired many artists such as Miro, Picasso, and Marc Chagall since the 1850s. Today, it is famous for its art galleries and is one of the most visited spots in France. Later in the day, we will have a tour of Cannes. Known as the famous resort for the world's jet set and the film festival, we will stop for a photo opportunity at the famous Film Festival Palace and a lunch break. After that, we will visit Eze Village, built on the rocks, where we will also visit a local perfume factory, getting information about production, and you can shop for region-specific creams, soaps, perfumes, oils, etc. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 3rd Day NICE – MONACO – MONTE CARLO – SAN REMO – GENOA After having breakfast at the hotel, we will head to the Principality of Monaco. After a panoramic view of the palace and its surroundings, we will proceed to the center of luxury and grandeur, Monte Carlo. You can visit the famous Monte Carlo Casino, which is the heart of Monaco, and relax in a café or restaurant amidst the latest model cars and the most luxurious and expensive hotels in this square. After our visit to Monaco, we will enter Italy, visiting San Remo, which has historical roots dating back to the Romans and is one of Italy's largest tourism centers. Afterward, we will head to Genoa. During the panoramic city tour, we will see the Old Port area, Ferrari Square, San Lorenzo Cathedral, the Dukes' Palace, Carlo Felice Opera House, and the ancient Lighthouse Tower among others. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 4th Day GENOA – PORTOFINO BOAT TOUR – MILAN After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for Portofino, a charming yet elegant bay surrounded by colorful houses and a source of inspiration for songs. After the Portofino boat tour, we will head to Milan. Upon our arrival, we will take a private bus for a city tour of Milan. Milan, being one of Europe's fashion capitals, stands out with its cuisine, opera, and churches. Although it is the business and financial capital of Italy, Milan is also a correct address for shopping, nightlife, and dining experiences. We will visit the famous opera house La Scala, Duomo Square and Cathedral, Galleria with many renowned brands where you can enjoy shopping, and Porta Romana. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation at our hotel. 5th Day MILAN – ISTANBUL After having breakfast at the hotel, we will empty the rooms and transfer to the airport at the time indicated by our guide. After the baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we will depart for Istanbul with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. With our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and services will conclude.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency will notify you of the cancellation 21 days before the tour departure. The cancellation due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or if there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • During trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the tour departure.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are conducted only through guided narration from inside the vehicle. They do not include entrance to museums or sites and are limited to 2-3 hours. Fly Express is not responsible for the inability to conduct the tours due to restrictions set by local authorities, adverse weather conditions, or closed roads. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot as feasible due to closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
  • Triple rooms may be provided subject to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds can be foldable or coach beds, tour participants acknowledge that they accept the potential tightness and bed types that may occur in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply only for one child who meets the age group accompanied by 2 adults. Hotels do not guarantee beds for children aged 0-2.
  • The breakfasts taken in the hotel, included in the tour program, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for groups.
  • Since the tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm flight times without domestic flights. If a guest has purchased a domestic connecting flight independently from the agency, they waive any claims for a refund from the agency in case of cancellation of the tour or time changes. The guest acknowledges in advance the potential financial and moral losses arising from the cancellation or changes of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to the airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
  • Guests who participate in the tour without a flight must be at the tour starting point on time and by their own means. In case of a delay, they will be responsible for all their transfers.
  • Guests who do not arrive at the specified airport at the indicated times in accordance with the airline rules for tour participation, do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or check-in and boarding on time but miss the flight, are not the responsibility of Fly Express. Guests who miss the flight are responsible for any new flight tickets needed to participate in the tour as well as any transfers at the destination.
  • Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs are the responsibility of the participants, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. If forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery will be borne by the owner of the item.
  • In cases of illness or loss/theft, the guide cannot accompany guests individually as group integrity and continuity are essential.
  • It is mandatory to provide the correct name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport at the time of purchasing the tour. Plane tickets will be issued according to this information. You will be charged for any cancellation and alteration penalties arising from incorrect information.
  • Some airlines may charge for meal and online check-in services.
  • During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
  • During our tours, the times announced to guests by our guide are the times when the vehicle starts moving. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring equal rights for all our guests, will not wait at rendezvous times and will move the vehicle. In case a guest is late, they will have to arrange their own transportation to the next stop.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we contract with on the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If enough participation is not achieved, the trips may not occur or the prices, contents, and vehicles used may change depending on the number of participants. Additionally, tour days and times may be changed by the guide due to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, and the weather conditions at the places to be visited. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • Extra tours are optional for the participant in our classic packages where extra tours are not included. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours will be deemed to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area during the tour. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest area before the extra tour starts and picked up from the same spot after the tour is completed.
  • In programs where extra tours are included, entrance fees for museums & sites must be paid during the reservation process to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
  • The participant agrees to participate in the tours specified in the program without interrupting the schedule, and thus acknowledges that they will pay the specified amounts in advance for local guidance, museum & site entrances, city taxes, and audio system costs if any, during the tour. The participant has been fully and comprehensively informed regarding this matter.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or the times of existing trips and flights may change before the scheduled trip. Fly Express is obliged to inform of these changes as quickly as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour with the knowledge and acceptance that flight details may change.

VISA

  • There is a visa requirement for T.C citizens. For the visa application, it is required to apply with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel end date along with the documents specified in the “Required Documents for Visa” list.
  • Holders of green passports do not need a visa; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel is sufficient.
  • The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this; responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • To avoid any problems with the customs officer at the country border due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similar damages to passports; it is necessary to renew the obtained passports and if the country requires visas for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
  • Guests under 18 years old may be asked to provide a document showing the joint consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent; we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
