IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case there is insufficient participation for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days prior to the tour departure. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation, but the tour is conducted, English guiding may be provided.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or where options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified distances. In such a case, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms may be provided based on hotel availability, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of fold-out and coach beds, tour participants accept that they will be considered to have agreed to any potential cramped conditions and bed types in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child who accompanies two adults, within applicable age categories.
- Services included in the tour program such as breakfasts at the hotel are usually served as a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and may be served in a separate room assigned for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to generally introduce the cities and are done panoramically with the guidance within the vehicle and do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours, as well as any other tours indicated in the program, may not occur if local authorities do not permit entry or access due to inclement weather, resulting in the cancellation of the tours. Fly Express is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours due to closed roads or adverse weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot when access to vehicles is not allowed due to closed roads or other constraints.
- Tour flights are group tickets, so flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Current times will be communicated by your agency along with the tour information.
- Domestic connecting flight times must be confirmed before taking the tour flights. If the guest books domestic connecting flights independently from the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case of cancellation or time changes. Guests accept that they cannot hold Fly Express responsible for any financial or emotional losses resulting from cancellations or changes.
- According to airline rules, if the outbound flight of the round-trip ticket purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests not included in the tour with flights must ensure that they are at the tour starting point without any delay on their own means. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all transfers on their own.
- Guests who are not at the airport at the specified times, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who check-in and board on time but cannot board the plane will not be held responsible by Fly Express for the consequences of missing their flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets for guests who miss their flights and transfers in the destination area will be at their own expense.
- The personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identities of participants in the tour are under their own responsibility and Fly Express is not liable for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In case forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential, the guide cannot provide one-on-one assistance to guests during such adverse situations.
- It is mandatory to provide correct information for the names, birth dates, and passport numbers as stated on the passport during the purchase of the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be borne by you.
- In some airlines, meal, drink, and online check-in services may incur fees.
- During our tours, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- The times communicated by our guide to participants during tours are the times of movement, the turning of the vehicle's wheel. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait at the meeting times and will move the vehicle. In the event of any situation, late guests will have to find their own way to the next stop.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips may not be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may change at the discretion of the guide depending on the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites visited and weather conditions.
- Participation in extra tours is at the participant's discretion and is not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours held during the tour accept to wait at a suitable rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is finished.
- You can learn about your hotel(s) only 48 hours before the trip departure if only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There is a risk of delays in scheduled and chartered flights, or the hours may change before existing trips and flights. Fly Express is required to inform about these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour forewarned and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- No visa application is required for Republic of Turkey citizens. A passport valid for at least 8 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago; otherwise, they may be denied entry by the country they are going to or the airline may not operate their flights. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The passport control officer has the authority to deny entry to the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this, and the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The visa information specified in the program is applicable to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing due to torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports, they should be renewed; if the country to be visited requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In any case, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent should take into consideration that they may be asked to provide documentation showing joint consent from both parents when entering or exiting the country.
