Day 1: ISTANBUL
We meet three hours before the flight at the international departures terminal of Istanbul New Airport (one day before the flight).
Day 2: ISTANBUL – CAPE TOWN
After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Cape Town begins with Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight. We spend the night on the plane. After arriving in Cape Town, we transfer to our special vehicle waiting for us at the airport and receive our Traditional Welcome Drink while we set off for our city tour of Cape Town, the "Mother City". Our first stop on the tour will be the Table Mountain, where we can take a cable car to get a 360-degree view from 1087 meters high, allowing us to capture the magnificent views of the city and the ocean (subject to weather conditions). Cape Town, located at the southernmost tip of Africa, is not only a city rich in historical significance related to the struggle for freedom, but it also dazzles with its natural beauty. Among the places we will see are the Parliament Building, Company Gardens, Long Street, Castle of Good Hope, Reibeck Monument, Adderly Street, and the Bo-Kaap area. After a walking break at Sea Point and Camps Bay for fantastic ocean views, we transfer to our hotel and check into our rooms. After a rest and settling in, we meet in the lobby at the time determined by our guide and head to a local restaurant for our Welcome Dinner in South Africa, where we will savor the wonderful tastes of South African cuisine while enjoying a pleasant evening with an ocean view. After dinner, we transfer back to the hotel and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3: CAPE TOWN
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our tour titled "Cape of Good Hope & Hout Bay with Lunch". We will drive through Bantry Bay, Camps Bay, and Clifton to arrive at Hout Bay, a fishing village (subject to weather conditions). We will take a boat trip to see the fur seals at Seal Island in their natural habitat, and we will have plenty of opportunities to take photos. Later, we will pass through the scenic Chapmans Peak Drive, which is built on granite rocks, and we will visit Cape of Good Hope discovered by Bartolomeu Dias and see the world's highest lighthouse by funicular. During our visit to Cape Point, which is part of the Cape Floral region listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, we will observe 250 bird species as well as the African antelope, Cape zebra, various reptiles, baboons, and adorable African penguins. After the tour, we transfer back to the hotel in Cape Town and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4: CAPE TOWN
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for our "Stellenbosch & Franschhoek with Lunch" tour. In Stellenbosch, the second oldest town in South Africa, we will visit a winery known for producing some of South Africa's finest wines. Stellenbosch is the heart of South Africa's wine industry and has 106 cellars in the Stellenbosch Wine Region. The heart of the town lies in the oak-lined Dorp Street. Next, we will see Stellenbosch University, where the historical and architectural heritage blends with the modern student life, featuring its prestigious old buildings. We will have free time for shopping in the town’s boutique and historic shops. Then we will head to Giraffe House to learn about wildlife and see giraffes. Our next stop will be Franschhoek, established by the French in the 17th century, known as the Food and Wine Capital of South Africa. This charming village is one of the places with the best examples of Cape architecture and has become a popular destination for tourists today. The Franschhoek Valley, settled by French Huguenots more than three hundred years ago, is producing some of the world’s truly great wines with its magnificent vineyards covering the mountainside, and we will conduct a wine tasting at a local winery. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Cape Town and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5: CAPE TOWN
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for our "South African Symbols" tour with lunch. Our first stop will be at Ostrich Ranch, where we will visit the Cape Town Ostrich Farm and have the opportunity to explore all aspects of ostrich farming and breeding, including the production of leather products. Following this, we will visit the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, which cover 36 hectares and celebrate South Africa’s flora. This extensive garden is home to native South African plants, including Fynbos, Proteas, cycads, as well as rivers, ponds, and well-maintained paths for walking. Enjoying the magnificent views of various bird species in the garden, we will proceed to the Treetop Canopy walkway, which gives visitors the chance to experience the forest above ground. Afterward, we will transfer to the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront area. With over 450 retail outlets selling everything from fashion to home goods, antiques to jewelry, it is the most popular shopping destination in South Africa. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Cape Town and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 6: CAPE TOWN – JOHANNESBURG – PILANESBERG NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and transfer to Cape Town Airport with our private bus. We take a local flight to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, we transfer to our vehicle waiting at the airport and head to the Lion Park, where we will have the chance to see lions, wild dogs, cheetahs, giraffes, and baby lions up close, making this park one of the most enjoyable stops of our South African adventure. Next, we transfer to Pilanesberg National Park. After approximately a 2-hour journey, we arrive and check into our lodges. We will have the dinner experience under the stars with our safari guides (Rangers) in the "Big 5" reserve, where elephants, lions, leopards, buffalo, and rhinoceros roam. Overnight in our lodges.
Day 7: PILANESBERG – SUN CITY
We leave the hotel at dawn for our safari tour. Then, during our safari trip with our safari vehicles, we will experience unforgettable hours in the midst of natural beauty. We will have the opportunity to witness various wild animals' daily lives in the Pilanesberg National Park, which is situated in a volcanic landscape amidst mountains. During our visit, we will see the "Big Five" predatory animals, which are the lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros, as well as 350 species of birds, 65 reptiles, and hundreds of animal varieties. After the safari tour, we return to our lodges for breakfast. After breakfast, we check out and transfer to Sun City, which can be described as a Paradise in the Desert. You will have all day free time to engage in various activities in Sun City, often referred to as the Las Vegas of South Africa, featuring casinos, golf facilities, luxurious hotels equipped with grand sporting and entertainment events every year, and the magical Lost City, attracting thousands of tourists. Overnight in our hotel in Sun City.
Day 8: SUN CITY – JOHANNESBURG
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and transfer to Johannesburg. Upon arrival, we set off for our Johannesburg city tour. During our panoramic city tour, we will see the City Center Houghton, Mandela House, Rosebank, and Sandton. Afterward, we head to Lesedi Cultural Village for a tour with lunch. Lesedi consists of several different farms and a traditional village. Upon arrival, we experience a lively and traditional welcome with a refreshing Welcome drink. We will then visit Ndebele Village, where the walls and courtyard are adorned with murals, and browse the handicraft market. Following this, we will have the chance to watch a visually rich theater presentation about South Africa’s history and origins. After our lunch here, we will return to our hotel in Johannesburg and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 9: JOHANNESBURG – PRETORIA – ISTANBUL
After breakfast at the hotel, we check out and depart for our Pretoria tour. We will first visit the world's largest Nelson Mandela statue, which stands 9 meters high. Following our arrival in Pretoria, which is one of South Africa’s three capitals and the country’s "administrative" capital, we will see the Paul Kruger statue, Church Square, the President's Office, Union Buildings, Kruger and Melrose Houses during our city tour, known for its three major universities and Jacaranda trees. Afterward, we will walk with our guide to Nelson Mandela Square and set off for a shopping tour. Following this, we transfer to the airport. After luggage, ticket, and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight. We will spend the night on the plane.
Day 10: ISTANBUL
Upon our arrival at Istanbul New Airport, our tour and services come to an end.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. In case there are not enough participants for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guidance may be provided.
- In situations where only category information is provided without specifying names and/or where there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used in locations that are further than the indicated distance or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours before the trip departure.
- There is no triple room type available.
- Breakfasts included at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of limited menus typically known as continental breakfast, which includes butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate room assigned for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are tours conducted from within the vehicle with a guide without any entrance to museums or heritage sites, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours are subject to local authorities' access to the places scheduled for the tour that may be closed or inaccessible due to certain events, or may not occur due to weather conditions making the tour impossible. In such cases, Fly Express is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of the mentioned tours. Some tours may take place using public transport or on foot, depending on road closures or places where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- Due to group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the latest flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated to you through the tour information provided by your agency.
- It is necessary to confirm the flight times of the tour without taking domestic flights. If a guest has purchased their domestic connecting flight from a product provider independent of the agency and the trip is canceled by the agency or there is a change in the timing, the guest cannot claim any refund from the agency. The guest accepts in advance that they are aware of any potential financial or emotional losses arising from the cancellation or alteration of the trip. Fly Express shall not be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip flight tickets purchased is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests who are not included in the tour by flight are required to be at the starting point of the tour on their own and without delay. In other circumstances, they will have to provide all their transfers on their own.
- For participation in the tour, guests who are not present at the designated airport during the times indicated following airline regulations, those who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, as well as those who have completed these procedures but cannot board the plane, Fly Express is not responsible for the circumstances in which they cannot complete their flight. Guests who miss the flight will bear all expenses associated with obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and the necessary transfers in the destination area.
- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications, and Fly Express is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and any expenses incurred during the delivery will be borne by the owner of the item.
- In situations of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide cannot accompany guests individually as group integrity and continuity are essential.
- It is mandatory to accurately provide the name, date of birth, and passport number as indicated on the passport at the time of purchase. Plane tickets will be issued according to this information. Penalties for ticket cancellation and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
- In some airlines, in-flight meals and online check-in services may be subject to fees.
- During the tours, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- During our tours, the times communicated by our guide to the guests are the times of departure, that is, the time the vehicle wheels start turning. Our guide, who is responsible for fairly observing the rights of all guests, will not wait at the meeting times. In possible situations, our guests who are late will have to provide their transportation to the next stop by their own means.
- Extra tours are organized by our local agency upon a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not be conducted, or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicle used may vary according to the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may change according to the opening/closing status of the museums and heritage sites at the destination and weather conditions as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- The extra tours that are not included in our classic packages are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours conducted during the tour consent to wait in suitable resting facilities on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the extra tour begins and collected from the location where they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
- In programs where extra tours are included, museum & heritage site entry fees are required to be paid to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour.
- The participant agrees to join the tours indicated in the program and not to disrupt the program and thereby accepts that they will pay the amounts pre-informulated for expenses incurred for local guides, museum & heritage site entries, city taxes, and if applicable audio system, during the travel to the tour authority. The participant has been fully and adequately informed in this regard.
- In cases where only category information is provided and/or where there are alternative options for the same destination, you will learn about the hotel(s) you will stay at 48 hours prior to the trip departure.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Protocol of The Hague of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights or there may be changes in existing trip and flight hours prior to the tour. Fly Express is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is no visa application for T.C. citizens. Passengers can travel with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel. Travel documents and passports must be complete for entry into the country, as the passport control officer has the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- The visa information mentioned in the program is for Turkish Republic citizens. Guests holding a passport other than Turkish Republic must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
- Torn, worn, wet, and/or damaged passports may cause issues with customs police at the borders of the visited country; it is necessary to renew these passports and if a visa is required for T.C. citizens, it should be printed on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under 18 years old are advised to be cautious as they may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent due to possible inquiries by the police officer at the country's entry and exit points.
