If sufficient participation is not achieved, the agency's final cancellation notice will be issued 21 days before the tour start date. Canceled tours due to insufficient participation will be notified via your agency. - In cases where only category information is provided without specific hotel names or options available for the same destination, hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to departure. - During exhibitions, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used in locations exceeding the specified distance or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours prior to departure. - The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are short (2-3 hours), primarily for sightseeing from within the vehicle with guidance, and do not include museum or archaeological entrance fees. These and other included tours may be affected by local authorities' restrictions, events, weather, or road conditions, and the agency is not responsible if these tours cannot be conducted as planned. Some tours may be replaced with public transportation or walking when roads or entry points are closed. - Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability; the third bed may be smaller than standard beds, consisting of one large bed plus an foldaway/coach bed. Participants agree that the bedding may be tight and they accept the type of bed offered. Child discounts apply only for one child sharing with two adults within the specified age group. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2. - Breakfasts in hotels are typically continental, comprising butter, jam, bread, and tea or coffee, served in a separate room for groups. - Flight times are subject to change because of group tickets. Confirm current details with your agency. - It is necessary to confirm the domestic flight timings separately. If a guest has purchased a separate internal flight outside of the tour, the agency is not responsible for any changes or cancellations, and no refunds will be issued regarding those flights. - If the outbound flight is not used, the return flight reservation will be canceled per airline rules. - Guests traveling without flight arrangements must arrive at the starting point of the tour on their own without delay, as the agency's transfer services will not be available for these persons. - The agency is not responsible for missed flights or delays caused by late arrival at the airport, or for guests who fail to check in or board in time. All additional costs for rebooking or re-arranging flights are the passenger's responsibility. - Personal belongings and documents such as passports, ID cards, baggage, and luggage are the traveler's responsibility. The agency is not liable for lost, forgotten, or stolen items. - In cases of illness, theft, or loss, the guide's care is limited; the guide cannot accompany guests in such situations. - It is mandatory that passport names, birth dates, and passport numbers are correctly provided during booking, as tickets are issued based on this information. Incorrect details can lead to penalties or ticket cancellations at the passenger's expense. - Some airlines may charge additional fees for meals, beverages, or online check-in services. - Seat number assignment in buses cannot be guaranteed during the tour. - The guide's departure times are based on the scheduled meeting times, and they will proceed without waiting beyond those times. Late guests are responsible for their own transportation to the next destination. - Extra tours are organized by local agencies with a minimum participation of 20 persons; if not enough, the tours may not be available or may have different costs or schedules. - Extra tours are optional; participation is not mandatory. Guests who do not partake will be expected to wait at designated rest stops. - Entrance fees for museums and archaeological sites included in the extra tours must be paid either to the agency beforehand or directly to the guide during the tour. - Participants agree that they will attend all arranged tours without disrupting the program and will pay, along with the tour fee, all expenses like local guides, entrance fees, city taxes, and audio systems as previously communicated. - The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline, under the 1955 Hague Protocol. Flight delays or schedule changes may occur before or during the tour, and the agency's responsibility is limited to informing guests as soon as possible. VISA - Turkish citizens require a visa. Visa applications must be submitted with a valid passport (at least 6 months remaining) and the visa application requirements list provided by the agency, at least 6 months before the end of the trip. - The visa must be obtained from the country of entry or the country where the stay is the longest. - Holders of a green passport are exempt from visa requirements; a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining is sufficient. - Visa information provided is specific to Turkish citizens. Guests with other nationalities should consult the relevant consulates. - Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry; border control authorities can refuse entry, and the agency is not responsible for this. - Passports damaged, torn, or wet, or with other damage, must be renewed, and visas must be valid in the new passport if a visa is required. The passenger is responsible for handling this. - Minors under 18 traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to present a notarized consent form from the absent parent at border crossings; travelers are advised to be prepared for this.
