IMPORTANT NOTES
• Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not met for the trip, the agency will notify you by the last cancellation notification date which is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
• In cases where only category information is provided without mentioning names in the tour program, and/or where optional categories exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the trip departure.
• During fair, congress, concert, event, sports tournament periods, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km or in different cities. In such cases, you will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the trip departure.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are for general promotion of the cities and are organized as panoramic tours that last a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from inside the vehicle without museum or site entry. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out these tours due to local authority restrictions, road closures, or impossible weather conditions. Some tours can be conducted using public transport or on foot in places where closed roads or vehicle access is restricted.
• Triple rooms are available based on the hotel's availability, but the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are often termed as folding or coach beds, the participants in 3rd person and/or child reservations accept that they may experience cramped conditions in the rooms and the type of beds. Child discounts apply only for one child who is grouped with two adults - provided they match the age group. No bed guarantees are provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
• Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu, referred to as continental breakfast, including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to groups.
• Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you by your agency during the tour briefing.
• Confirmation of tour flight times must be obtained before taking domestic flights. If a guest has booked a domestic connecting flight through a different provider independently of the agency, they cannot request a refund from the agency in case of tour cancellation or schedule changes. The guest accepts in advance any material or moral losses that may arise due to cancellation or changes to the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
• According to airline rules;if a round-trip flight ticket is purchased and the outbound flight is not used, the return flight may be canceled by the airline.
• Guests who are involved in the tour without a flight must be present at the starting point of the tour promptly and at their own expense they will have to arrange their own transfers in case of delay.
• The agency is not responsible for guests who are not present at the designated airport at the specified times according to airline rules, who do not check-in and complete boarding procedures on time, or who do so but cannot board the flight. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets or transfers in the destination due to missed flights are the responsibility of the guests.
• Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/identities, and the agency is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there’s no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the expenses incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
• In cases of illness, lost or stolen items, the guide cannot accompany guests individually due to the continuity and integrity of the group; therefore, the guide will not be able to assist guests in such adverse situations.
• It is mandatory to provide correct information regarding the name on the passport, date of birth, passport number during the purchase of the tour. Airline tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for cancellation and changes arising from incorrect information will be charged to you.
• Some airline services such as food & beverage and online check-in may be subject to additional charges.
• Seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed during the tour.
• During our tours, the times reported by our guide are the times for vehicle movement. Our guide, responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait at meeting times and will start the vehicle promptly. In such a case, any guest arriving late will need to arrange their own transportation to the next stop.
• Extra tours are organized at least with 20 participants according to the local agencies we work with. If sufficient numbers are not met, the tours may not be carried out, or the content, prices, and used vehicles may vary according to the number of participants. Also, the days and times of the tours can be modified by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and heritage sites and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
• In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in organized extra tours agree to wait at a conveniently located rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility before the start of the extra tour and picked up from the same spot after the completion of the tour.
• In programs where extra tours are included, museum & heritage site entry fees must be paid to your agency during booking or to the guide during the tour.
• Participants must join the tours specified in the program and acknowledge that they will not disrupt the program; accordingly, they agree to pay the stated amounts for local guides, museum & heritage site entries, city taxes, headphones, audio systems, and other expenses reported in advance during the journey. Participants have been fully and adequately informed about this matter.
• The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of flight delays for scheduled and special flights, or existing trip and flight times may change. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. When purchasing the trip, our passengers acknowledge that flight details may change.
VISA
• Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. Visa applications must be made with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion and the documents listed in the "Documents Required for Visa" list from our agency.
• The visa must be obtained from the first country you enter on the tour or from the country where the longest stay will be made.
• Green passport holders do not require a visa, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
• The visa information stated in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding passports from other countries must obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
• Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny entry. The responsibility for this situation rests with the traveler, and our agency is not liable.
• In order to avoid issues with the border police at the border crossing of the visited country due to torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports; it is necessary to renew any passports acquired and if the country requiring a visa from Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the traveler.
• Guests under 18 years old who travel alone or with only one parent may be asked to provide documents showing mutual consent from both parents at the immigration checkpoints upon entering or exiting the country; we advise those under 18 and their parents to be sensitive about this matter.
