Day 1: ISTANBUL – RIYAD We meet three hours before the flight at the international departure terminal of Istanbul New Airport. After baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, we fly to Riyadh with Saudi Arabian Airlines scheduled flight. Day 2: RIYAD – BANGKOK Upon arrival in Riyadh, our scheduled flight with Saudi Arabian Airlines to Bangkok begins. We spend the night on the plane. After arriving in Bangkok, we depart for our Bangkok city tour. In our panoramic city tour of Bangkok, we will see the Chinatown, Flower Market, Democracy Monument and Road, Ministries Road, Parliamentary Building, and the Royal Palace, which has hosted the Siam Kingdom since 1782 and houses the management and residential areas of current royal members, all seen from a panoramic perspective. Next, we will visit the world-famous Golden Buddha Statue. We then transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation will be at our hotel. Day 3: BANGKOK We start our day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we depart for our "Floating Market" tour with our guests. On this tour, we first visit a coconut farm in the town of Samut Songkhram, known for being the birthplace of the world-famous Siam Twins, while heading out of Bangkok. Here, we learn about how the Thai people benefit from the coconut tree and see souvenirs made from this tree. You can also visit the orchid garden inside. After this visit, we arrive at the pier where Thai-style boats depart after a 10-minute bus ride. From here, we board the boats and enjoy a delightful 30-minute journey with exotic Far East views to the famous Floating Market that has made it onto magazine covers. During the tour, you will see the open market set up inside single paddle boats and have the opportunity to shop. We explore the floating market until noon when it closes. On the way back to Bangkok, you will taste some of Thailand's most famous tropical fruits that your guide will offer. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation will be at our hotel. Day 4: BANGKOK – PHUKET We start our day with breakfast at the hotel. After checking out, we transfer to Bangkok airport at the time specified by our guide. After passport and baggage procedures, we fly to Phuket Island with local airlines. Upon arrival, we transfer to the hotel, distribute room keys and have free time. Accommodation will be at our hotel. Day 5: PHUKET We start our day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we set off for a full-day trip to Phi Phi Island, which includes lunch. We reach the first coral paradise island, Phi Phi Don, quickly with our speedboats. We visit Maya Bay, where some scenes of Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio's "The Beach" movie were shot, with its palm-tree-lined beach and pristine turquoise sea. Next, we stop by Phi Phi Ley. Here, we visit the Viking Cave. Our lunch will be on Phi Phi Island. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation will be at our hotel. Day 6: PHUKET We start our day with breakfast at the hotel. We depart for our Phuket Island Tour, where we will explore the island. Our first stop is Chalong Temple, the oldest temple in Phuket built in the 19th century. After our visit to the temple, we will visit Phuket Old Town, known for its colorful Sino-Portuguese architecture, small shops, and street vendors. Then, we head to the Big Buddha hilltop, the third-highest Buddha statue in Thailand, to get a bird's-eye view of Phuket. Our last stop will be Phuket View Point, where we can take excellent photos for our postcards. After the tour, we will visit the world-famous jewelry factory where you can find precious stones in various shapes and sizes, which have significant importance in Thailand's economy. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation will be at our hotel. Day 7: PHUKET We start our day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we depart for our Elephant Safari tour. How many times can you go on a safari on an elephant? Here is your chance. After getting information about elephants, we go on a safari in the forest with the elephants. In the evening, we head to the world-famous Hard Rock Café to enjoy a dinner with live music with our guests. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Accommodation will be at our hotel. Day 8: PHUKET – BANGKOK We commence our day with breakfast at the hotel. Then we have free time. Following that, we will be transferred to Phuket airport at the time specified by your guide. After our flight with local airlines to Bangkok, we arrive at Bangkok airport. Day 9: BANGKOK – JEDDAH – ISTANBUL After completing baggage, ticket, and customs procedures, we fly to Jeddah with Saudi Arabian Airlines scheduled flight. Then, we fly to Istanbul with Saudi Arabian Airlines scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour and our services conclude.

    • Our tour program is organized on the condition that a minimum of 30 participants are required. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the cancellation notification will be made 20 days prior to the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
    • In case of insufficient participation, but the tour is conducted, English guiding may be provided.
    • If only category information is provided without specifying names, and/or if there are optional accommodations for the same destination, the hotels will be notified by your agency 48 hours prior to the trip departure.
    • During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, your agency will inform you 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
    • Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed designated for the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made up of foldable beds commonly referred to, tour participants will be deemed to have accepted any crowding and bed type issues that may occur in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only for one child who meets the age group and stays with 2 accompanying adults.
    • The breakfasts included in the tour are offered according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally limited to a menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
    • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of the cities and are carried out from within the vehicle with the guidance of a guide, excluding museum and historical site entrances, and last a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours are subject to the approval of local authorities and may not take place if access to certain sites is restricted or closed due to any events, or in cases where the weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where closed roads or areas that do not permit vehicle entry exist.
    • It is essential to confirm the tour flight times without obtaining domestic flight tickets. If a guest has obtained their domestic connection flight from a different supplier independently of the agency, they cannot claim any refund from the agency in case of the cancellation of the trip by the agency or if there is a change in flight times. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses that may arise due to cancellations or changes in the tour. The agency cannot be held responsible for this situation.
    • According to airline regulations; if the outbound flight purchased as round trip is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
    • Guests included in the tour without flight must be present at the starting point of the tour on their own without any delay. Otherwise, they will be responsible for all their transfers on their own.
    • Passengers who do not appear at the specified airport within the times reported under airline rules, do not check-in and complete boarding processes on time, or complete check-in and boarding processes on time but cannot board the plane are not the responsibility of the agency in case they cannot flight. All costs regarding the procurement of new departure-return airline tickets necessary for passengers missing flights and transfers in the destination area are their own.
    • Individuals participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs, and the agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. There is no obligation to deliver forgotten items to the country and/or person, and any expenses incurred during their delivery will be borne by the owner of the items.
    • In situations of illness, loss, or theft, since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential, the guide cannot accompany guests individually in such negative situations.
    • It is mandatory to provide correct name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport when purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Any penalties due to incorrect information leading to ticket cancellation and changes will be collected from you.
    • Some airlines may charge for food/drink and online check-in services.
    • During the tour, the bus seat number cannot be guaranteed.
    • Extra tours are organized on the condition that at least 20 people participate by the local agency from which we receive service. If the sufficient number is not met, excursions cannot take place or prices, content, and mode of transport for extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites to be visited and the weather conditions.
    • Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to accept waiting at a convenient rest facility along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
    • If only category information is provided and/or if there are alternative accommodations for the same destination, you may learn your hotel(s) 48 hours before the start of the trip.
    • The agency acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or existing travel and flight times may change before the trip. The agency is obligated to inform you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA
    • There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months after the end of the trip is sufficient.
    • Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be accepted into the country they are visiting and/or may not be allowed to fly by the airline. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    • The visa information indicated in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding a passport other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
    • Passport control officers have the authority to refuse entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    • To avoid problems with customs officers at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew these passports, and if the country concerned requires a visa for Turkish citizens, it must be on the new passport. In case of failure to do so, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    • Minor guests under 18 years old traveling alone or only with one parent should be cautious as the customs officer may ask for a document indicating the consent of both parents upon entry/exit of the country; therefore, it is recommended that minors and their parents pay attention to this matter.
