1st Day ISTANBUL – DOHA We will meet at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport three hours before the flight. After completing baggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Doha will begin with Qatar Airways’ scheduled flight. After arriving in Doha, we will transfer for our connecting flight to Beijing with Qatar Airways. We will spend the night on the plane. 2nd Day BEIJING After arriving in Beijing, we will transfer to our private bus waiting at the airport and set off for our panoramic Beijing city tour. Our first stop will be the Lapa Temple (from the outside). The temple, which houses an 18-meter statue of Buddha, is one of China’s most important and largest temples. It was built during the reign of Emperor Qianlong and is considered one of the most important centers for followers of the Gelug sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Our next stop will be the Miaoying Temple, also known as the White Stupa Temple, an important monastery of the Sakya sect of Tibetan Buddhism (from the outside). Built during the Yuan dynasty, this temple is one of the oldest and largest temples in China and was magnificently restored in 2010. Next, we will see the Bird's Nest Stadium and the Water Cube, which were built for the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics (from the outside). After the tour, we will head to a local restaurant for dinner. As our bus takes us towards the heart of the city, we will observe how Beijing’s old and new textures coexist, feeling the grandeur of this magnificent palace complex that has hosted China’s emperors for centuries. Walking through vast courtyards, magnificent palaces, and historic stone paths will make you feel as if you are transported back to an imperial era. The hundreds of years old giant gates, golden palace roofs, wide squares and elegant gardens will draw you into the past. Each corner of the palace hides a story while every detail bears the traces of thousands of years of Chinese culture. Then, we will move on to Tiananmen Square, one of the largest squares in the world, known as a symbol of modern China and a witness to historical events. Next, we will visit the Pearl Factory to discover the secrets of China’s famous freshwater pearls. We will have the chance to closely observe the intricacies of this unique craft while learning how the pearls are harvested from nature and skillfully transformed into dazzling jewelry. Our next stop will be the Temple of Heaven, distinguished by its magnificent domes and perfect architecture. This unique structure, which harmonizes breathtaking blue tones with the sky, symbolizes the mystical bond the Chinese people have with nature. For centuries, emperors have prayed to the heavens at this sacred site, where we will witness the spiritual essence of the temple while feeling the traces of the past. Upon disembarking from the bus, we will see the Great Wall of China stretching approximately 21,000 km long, flowing like a ribbon over the mountains and hills, accompanied by breathtaking mountain views. This unique defensive structure, one of the world's most iconic and monumental constructions, is not only a military structure but also considered one of the greatest engineering achievements in Chinese history. The wall's construction dates back to the 7th century BC, and it has been expanded and reinforced by different dynasties throughout the centuries. While exploring the Great Wall, we will walk between the stone walls, tracing the footprints of the past and embarking on an unforgettable journey through history. Next, we will visit the Jade Factory to explore the mesmerizing world of jade, which has symbolized luck, wealth, and grace in Chinese culture for centuries. Built by the Ming Dynasty in the 14th century, this massive structure encircles the city with a length of 13.7 kilometers, bringing the grandeur of the past into the present. Standing 12 meters high, these impressive walls are considered one of the strongest examples of military architecture in China. As we walk along the walls, we will feel how this defense system once protected the city and was one of the most strategic constructions of its time. Here, we will enjoy a panoramic view of Xi’an, immersed in a unique atmosphere that blends the past and present. The next stop will be the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a graceful structure built during the Tang Dynasty. It has played a critical role in the spread of Buddhism in China and is recognized as a sacred worship center. This seven-story pagoda, standing at 64 meters, is one of the most striking examples of traditional Chinese architecture. With its narrow stone streets, intricately carved historic Chinese houses, and elegant arched bridges, every corner is like a work of art. The still waters of the canals reflecting the red lantern lights, the scents of incense wafting into the sky, and the echoes of traditional music transform this place into not just a travel destination, but a nourishing space for exploration. Traditional boats gliding gently over the crystal-clear waters add a magical touch to the timeless atmosphere of the village, while the jasmine aromas rising from historic tea houses accompany the sounds of the past. The participant has been fully and accurately informed about this matter.

CHINA VISA: Guests holding a Green Passport do not require a visa, while citizens of the Republic of Turkey holding a Red Passport are required to obtain a visa upon entry to China. An invitation letter will be provided by us. Since the visa is obtained as a group visa and printed on a single page, all group members must apply for a visa at the same time. Since the visa takes about 30 days to be issued, we kindly ask that you keep this in mind when making the reservation. Once the visa application has been submitted and the visas obtained, name changes cannot be made, and because it is a group visa, the visa must be obtained by us. The entire group must travel together, enter and exit the country together, and spend the trip together. For the visa application, it is necessary to have a passport valid for at least 8 months from the date of the end of your travel. Guests under the age of 18 may be asked to present a document showing the common consent of both parents during entry and exit procedures, as police officers may request this. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the agency will notify you no later than 21 days before departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
  • If the tour program is provided without specifying names, and if there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotels will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
  • During periods of fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located more than the specified km away or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours prior to the trip.
  • Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general introduction to the cities and are only made for a maximum of 2-3 hours as a panoramic tour through the vehicle without including museum or site entries. In cases where local authorities do not allow entry during the tours mentioned, or if these tours cannot be realized due to closed roads or adverse weather conditions, Fly Express is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where vehicle access is prohibited.
  • Triple rooms can be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in these rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are made as pull-out and coach beds, participants in cases of 3rd person and/or child reservations are considered to have accepted to acknowledge the potential congestion and type of bed in the rooms. Child discounts apply only for one child who meets the age group staying with two adults. No bed guarantees are provided for children aged 0-2 at hotels. Breakfasts provided at the hotel as part of the tour are offered according to the breakfast culture of the country and are generally called continental breakfasts with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
  • Tour flights are group tickets; therefore, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details with your agency. Current times will be communicated with you by your agency along with the tour information.
  • It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times before taking domestic flights. If a guest purchases domestic connecting flights from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the tour is canceled or if there is a change in times. Guests accept in advance that they will bear all possible material and moral losses due to cancellation or change of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
  • According to airline rules, return flights purchased as round-trip tickets will be canceled by the airline if the outbound flight is not used.
  • Guests without flights included in the tour must ensure that they are at the tour starting point without any delay. Otherwise, they will have to provide all their transfers independently.
  • Guests who are not present at the specified airport at the required time according to the airline rules, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures in time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures in time but cannot board the plane, will not be blamed on Fly Express for the inability to fly. Guests who miss their flight will bear all expenses related to obtaining new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the area to which they are going.
  • Participants in the tour are solely responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports/ID cards, and Fly Express is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In case of found lost items, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during the delivery process are the responsibility of the item owner.
  • In cases of illness or lost/stolen items, the guide cannot personally attend to the guests since the integrity and continuity of the group are essential.
  • It is mandatory to provide correct information regarding the name, birth date, and passport number during the process of purchasing the tour. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be collected from you.
  • Some airlines may charge for food and drink and online check-in services.
  • Seating numbers cannot be guaranteed during the bus usage in the tour.
  • During our tours, the hours communicated by our guide to the guests are the hours for the vehicle's wheel movement. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring equal rights for all guests, will not wait for anyone beyond the meeting time and will move the vehicle. In the event of a delay, the late guest must arrange their transport to the next destination independently.
  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we work with under the condition of a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient number cannot be achieved, the excursions will not be conducted, or the prices, content, and transportation used may vary according to participation numbers. Additionally, the days and hours of the tours may change according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites to be visited and weather conditions as determined by the guide. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
  • Extra tours not included in our classic packages are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are considered to accept waiting at a suitable rest area along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the completion of the tour.
  • Extra tours included in program need to pay for museum & site entry fees either during reservation at your agency or to the guide during the tour.
  • Participants acknowledge that they will join the tours specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and according to this, they accept that they will pay the amounts previously communicated in the tour program for expenses incurred such as payments for the local guide, museum & site entries, city taxes, and any audio system headphones during the trip. The participant has been fully and accurately informed about this matter.
  • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or times may change before existing trips and flights. Fly Express is obliged to inform passengers of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have bought the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

  • Visa application is required for Turkish citizens. A valid passport, which is at least 8 months valid from the end of the trip, along with the necessary documents specified in our "Documents Required for Visa" list should be submitted to our agency for visa applications.
  • There is no visa requirement for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip is sufficient.
  • The visa information provided in the program pertains to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding passports other than the Republic of Turkey should obtain visa information from the relevant consulates.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as border police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this, and the responsibility falls to the passenger.
  • To avoid problems at the border checkpoint of the visited country due to torn, worn, or wet passports, it is necessary to renew the passports. If a visa applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey, it should be present in the new passport. The responsibility lies with the passenger in case of any issues.
  • Guests under the age of 18 may be asked to provide a document showing joint parental consent during entry and exit procedures when traveling alone or only with one parent. We recommend that guests under 18 and their parents be attentive to this matter.
