ACCOMMODATION AND FLIGHT NOTES |
CHINESE VISA: Guests with a Green Passport do not require a visa, while citizens holding a Bordo Passport require a visa to enter China. An invitation will be provided by us. Since the visa will be obtained as a group visa and printed on a single page, all group members must be collected together to obtain the visa. Since the visa takes approximately 30 days to process, we kindly ask you to undertake the reservation process considering this. Once the visa application has been made and visas have been obtained, no name changes will be allowed, and since it is a group visa, the visa must be obtained by us. The entire group must travel together, enter and exit the country at the same time, and spend the trip together. For visa application, you must have a passport valid for at least 8 months from the date of the end of your trip. Guests under 18 years of age may be asked by police officers to show a document demonstrating the common consent of parents during entry and exit procedures. Therefore, we suggest that guests under 18 and their parents pay attention in this regard. There is no visa requirement for Green Passport holders.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the agency will notify you of the cancellation at least 21 days before the start of the tour. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.
- If names are not specified in the program and only category information is provided and/or if options for the same destination exist, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip.
- During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, and similar periods, hotels may be used that are more than the indicated distances or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the trip.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are conducted to introduce the cities generally and do not include museum or historical site entrances, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours with explanation from the tour guide only from the vehicle. Fly Express is not responsible for situations where tours cannot be conducted due to local authorities' denial of entry, closed roads due to any event, or impossibility caused by weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot, where vehicle entrance is not allowed.
- Triple rooms are given based on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are coach beds or foldable beds, the participants acknowledge that they accept the possibility of congestion and bed types in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or child. Child discounts apply only for one child who is staying with 2 adults within the relevant age group. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 in hotels.
- Breakfasts served at hotels are generally considered continental breakfasts and consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
- Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm the current flight details from your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you through your agency.
- Confirmation of tour flight times is required without purchasing domestic flights. If guests purchase domestic connection flights from a different provider independent of the agency, they cannot claim any refunds from the agency in case of tour cancellation or time changes. Guests accept in advance all possible material and moral losses resulting from tour cancellation or changes at the time of purchasing the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline regulations, round-trip airplane tickets that have not been used for the outbound flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests without flights included in the tour must be at the starting point of the tour on their own and without any delay. Otherwise, they will have to provide all their own transfers.
- Guests who are not present at the specified airport during the times indicated by the airline regulations for tour participation, have not completed check-in and boarding on time, or have completed check-in and boarding on time but cannot board the plane, are not under any responsibility of Fly Express regarding their inability to fly. Guests who miss their flight will be responsible for obtaining new round-trip airplane tickets needed for their participation in the tour, as well as transfers in the destination area.
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the individual, and the costs incurred for delivering them will be borne by the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, or theft, the guide may not accompany the guests personally due to the principle of maintaining the integrity and continuation of the group.
- It is mandatory to accurately report the name, date of birth, and passport number during the purchase of the tour. Airplane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for ticket cancellation and changes resulting from incorrect information will be collected from you.
- Some airlines may charge fees for food and beverages and online check-in services.
- During tours, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- During our tours, the times reported by our guides to the guests are the times when the vehicle should move. Our guide, who is responsible for ensuring that all guests' rights are equally preserved, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In the event that a guest is late, they will have to make their own way to the next stop.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency that we receive services from, provided that a minimum of 20 participants are participating. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the excursions may not be held, or the prices, content, and transportation used for the extra excursions may vary based on the participant count. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the status of whether the museums and historical sites to be visited are open/closed, as well as weather conditions. During extra tours, different guides may accompany the guests.
- In classic packages where extra tours are not included, additional tours are optional for the participant and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to participate in the extra tours are considered to have accepted to wait in an available rest facility on the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a convenient rest facility before the start of the extra tour and will be picked up from where they were left after the tour is completed.
- In programs where extra tours are included, the entrance fees for museums and historical sites must be paid during the reservation process to your agency or to the guide during the tour.
- The participant will participate in the planned tours as indicated in the tour program and acknowledges that they will not hinder the program and, following this, accepts in advance that they will pay the fees that will arise for local guides, museum & historical site entrances, city taxes, and any audio system, as stated in the tour program. The participant has been fully and completely informed regarding this matter.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing tour and flight. Fly Express is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our travelers are aware and accept that the flight details may change when purchasing the tour.
VISA
- Turkish citizens require a visa. For visa applications, it is necessary to apply with a passport valid for at least 8 months from the date of the end of the trip along with the documents specified in the "Required Documents for Visa" list provided by our agency.
- There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports; a passport valid for at least 8 months from the departure date is sufficient.
- The visa information indicated in the program pertains to the information applicable to Turkish citizens. Guests holding a passport other than a Turkish Republic passport should obtain visa information from the respective consulates.
- Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed, as the passport officer has the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid issues at the border due to torn, worn, wet, or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew any damaged passports, and for any country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa should be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guests under the age of 18 may be required to present a document showing common consent of parents during entry and exit from the country, as police may request this when traveling alone or with only one parent. We advise guests under 18 and their parents to be sensitive in this regard.
