1st Day ISTANBUL – HAVANA
At Istanbul New Airport's international departure terminal, we meet three hours before the flight (one day before the flight). After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight to Havana with Turkish Airlines begins. Our night is spent on the plane.
2nd Day HAVANA – VARADERO
Upon arrival in Havana, we transfer to our special vehicle waiting at the airport and proceed to Varadero. The entire day is free. You can enjoy the sea and sun at Varadero's magnificent beaches or relax at our all-inclusive hotel. Accommodation at our hotel.
3rd Day VARADERO

4th Day VARADERO – SANTA CLARA – TRINIDAD
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the Trinidad & Santa Clara tour, which includes lunch. We will head towards Villa Santa Clara, the city that is significant in the Cuban Revolution and glorified Che. We will visit the museum park of the armored train captured by Che Guevara, which carried most of Batista's army's ammunition, Parque Vidal where you can still see the bullet marks of the old Hilton Hotel, and the mausoleum of Che Guevara, who was captured and executed in Bolivia on October 9, 1967, with his famous farewell letter inscribed in cuneiform. Then, we will get to know Trinidad, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with colonial architecture, and the pride of Cubans, which became prosperous through sugar production between the 18th and 19th centuries. We will feel like we have traveled back in time while walking on its stone streets. After the tour, transfer to our hotel in Trinidad and free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.
5th Day TRINIDAD – CIENFUEGOS – HAVANA
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the Cienfuegos tour, which includes lunch. We will visit Cienfuegos, a beautiful city founded in 1819 by French settlers and protected by UNESCO in 2005. We will see José Martí Park, the Tomas Terry Theater surrounding the park, and the San Lorenzo government buildings. After exploring the city, we will transfer to Havana. During our arrival, we will see Havana’s Old Town, listed in UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Malecon Boulevard, Revolution Square, Colon Cemetery, Miramar, and the Morro Castle that offers a panoramic view of the city. After the tour, transfer to your hotel in Havana and free time to relax. Accommodation at our hotel.
6th Day HAVANA
After breakfast at the hotel, we embark on the Ernest Hemingway Tour, which includes lunch. We will go to Cojimar, a small Cuban fishing village 20 minutes from Havana, where the famous writer Ernest Hemingway spent 20 years, wrote his novel "The Old Man and the Sea," and had his lunches. We will visit his home, La Finca, which is now a Hemingway museum. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we will return to our hotel and enjoy free time.
7th Day HAVANA
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the Devrim İzlerinde Havana Tour, which includes lunch. We start this tour with old American cars imported from the United States before the embargo was imposed. After a brief tour in these colorful vehicles through the streets of Cuba, we will see the neighborhood decorated by José Fuster, known as the Picasso of Cuba, with paintings, ceramics, and drawings. Afterwards, we will visit Hamel Street, the center of modern artists named after Fernando Hamel. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we will spend time at the Prado avenue, one of the most enjoyable streets in Havana. We will visit the Revolution Museum, which was used as a palace during Batista’s regime and later opened as a museum for the public, where we will see weapons and artifacts from the Cuban independence war and Cuban Revolution. After the tour, transfer back to your hotel and free time.
8th Day HAVANA
After breakfast at the hotel, we set off for the Vinales Valley & Pinar del Rio & Indian Cave tour, which includes lunch. We will travel to Vinales Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for the cultivation of world-famous Cuban cigars, where we will visit the city center, tobacco fields, and a local tobacco farm. We will have lunch at a restaurant in the valley. Afterwards, we will head to Pinar del Rio to learn about the culture and production of Cuban cigars at the factories. Guests can also buy original Cuban cigars here. At the end of the day, we will enjoy drinks at a viewpoint with a panoramic view of the entire Vinales Valley before returning to Havana. After the tour, transfer to your hotel and free time.
9th Day HAVANA – ISTANBUL
After an early breakfast at the hotel, we check out of the rooms. At the time indicated by your guide, we will head to Havana Airport. After luggage, ticket, and boarding procedures, our flight with Turkish Airlines to Istanbul begins. Our night is spent on the plane.
10th Day ISTANBUL
Upon our arrival at Istanbul New Airport according to local time, our tour and services conclude.

- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the last cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be informed to you via your agency.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is carried out, English guidance may be provided.
- If only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names, and/or if options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be informed by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, and sporting events, hotels may be located farther than the specified distances or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will inform you 48 hours prior to the trip departure.
- Triple rooms can be allocated depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since the extra beds are made up of foldable or coach beds, the tour participant acknowledges the potential cramped space in triple occupancy or child reservations and agrees to this. Child discounts apply only to a single child meeting the age criteria traveling with 2 adults. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0 – 2.
- The services included in the tour program include breakfasts at the hotel, which are usually served in a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, suitable for the breakfast culture of the country, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for general promotion of the cities and consist of a maximum of 2-3 hours tours conducted with commentary from within the vehicle without including entrance fees for museums and sites. Fly Express is not responsible for the non-execution of such tours due to situations in which local authorities do not permit visits, or due to closed roads for any events, or if the weather conditions make the tours impossible to carry out. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where vehicle access is not permitted.
- As tour flights are group tickets, flight times may vary. You can check current flight details with your agency. Updated times will be communicated to you by your agency with the tour information.
- It is necessary to confirm the tour flight times without booking a domestic flight. If the guest has booked their domestic connection flight independently from the agency, in the event of cancellation by the agency or changes to the times, they cannot claim any refund from the agency. The guest accepts in advance the material and moral losses that may arise due to the cancellation or changes of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline rules, if the departure flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is canceled by the airline.
- Guests without a flight included in the tour must be at the tour starting point on their own and without delay. Otherwise, they will have to provide all their transfers by their own means.
- For participation in the tour, guests who are not present at the airport at the times specified by the airline rules, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures in time, or who have checked in and boarded on time but cannot board the plane, Fly Express is not responsible for their inability to fly. All expenses related to obtaining new round-trip tickets and transfers in the destination area for guests who miss their flight will be their responsibility.
- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, luggage, passports / IDs, and Fly Express is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen items. In the event that forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or person, and the costs during the delivery will be borne by the owner of the item.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the guide is responsible for the integrity and continuation of the group, therefore, in such negative situations, the guide cannot accompany the guests on a one-on-one basis.
- It is mandatory to have the name, date of birth, and passport number as it appears on the passport correctly reported at the time of purchasing the tour. Plane tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for cancellations and changes due to incorrect information will be charged to you.
- Some airlines may charge for meal service and online check-in services.
- During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.
- The hours that our guide informs our guests during the tours are the hours of movement, the wheel turning of the vehicle. Our guide, who is responsible for protecting the rights of all guests equally, will move the vehicle without waiting at the meeting times. In case a guest is late, they will have to make their own way to the next location.
- Extra tours are organized by the local agency from whom we receive service with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions may not be conducted, or the extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide due to the open/closed status of the museums and sites to be visited and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra excursions.
- In our classic packages, where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Guests who do not wish to participate in extra tours during the tour are considered to have agreed to wait at any available rest area along the way. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- In programs where extra tours are included, museum & site entrance fees must be paid to your agency at the time of reservation or to the guide during the tour.
- Participants accept that they will pay the previously notified amount for local guides, museum & site entrances, city taxes, and any incurred expenses for audio systems during the tour, and that they will participate in the tours scheduled in the program without disrupting the program. The participant has been fully and completely informed in this regard.
- In cases where only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you can learn about the hotel(s) you will be staying at 48 hours before the trip departure.
- Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger, and is subject to the La Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and chartered flights, or flight times may change prior to the trip. Fly Express is obligated to inform these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is a visa requirement for Turkish Republic citizens. It is necessary to apply for a visa with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion, along with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list from our agency.
- Passengers traveling with a green passport must renew their passports if the issuance date is older than 10 years; otherwise, they may not be admitted to the destination country and/or their flights may not be conducted by the airline. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Visa is not required for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion is sufficient.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid issues at the customs of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is necessary to renew such passports, and if T.C. citizens require a visa, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Minors under 18 must be cautious as there is a possibility that police officers may request a document showing joint consent from both parents when traveling alone or with only one parent.
