- Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country and/or the airline company may refuse to operate their flights. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- There is no visa application for green passport holders, and a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the travel date is sufficient.
- Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country; the passport police have the authority to deny you entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- To avoid problems at the border crossing due to torn, worn out, wet, or damaged passports, those mentioned passports should be renewed, and if it is a country that requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of any issues, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Passengers under 18 years of age traveling alone or with only one parent may be asked to show a document demonstrating the joint consent of their parents at immigration checks, so we recommend that minors and their parents take care in this matter.
