    During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified kilometers or in different cities. In such cases, your agency will notify you 48 hours before the tour movement.
    Triple rooms can only be provided depending on the availability of hotels, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in these types of rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are composed of folding-and-unfolding and coach beds, the participants acknowledge that they accept possible crowding and bed types in room reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts apply to one child within the appropriate age group staying with two adults. No bedding guarantee is provided for children aged 0 – 2 years.
    The breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally consist of a limited menu typically called continental breakfast including butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a separate room designated for groups.
    The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general promotion of cities and are conducted with a guided narrative from inside the vehicle, excluding museum and site entries, lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours. Panoramic tours are subject to change by local authorities regarding accessibility and entry, or if the planned sites are closed due to any events, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions; Fly Express is not responsible for inability to perform these tours. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or walking as feasible in case of closed roads or areas not allowing vehicle entries.

If the guest purchases domestic connecting flights from a different provider independently from the agency, they cannot request a refund from the agency in case of cancellation of the trip by the agency or if there is a schedule change. The guest accepts in advance that they will bear any financial and moral losses that may occur due to cancellation or change of the trip. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this matter.
    According to airline rules; if the outbound flight of the round-trip airline tickets is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.

In case of a delay, any late guest will have to make their transportation arrangements to the next stop at their own expense.
    Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people by the local agency we work with. If sufficient participation is not provided, excursions may not happen or the extra tour prices, content, and the vehicles will vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and timings of the tours may be adjusted by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums, sites in the destination, and weather conditions. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
    In classic packages where extra tours are not included, participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. VISA
    There is a visa requirement for Turkish citizens. Applications for visas must be submitted with a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of travel and the documents specified in the "Required Documents for Visa" list from our agency.
    Guests traveling with a Turkish green passport must renew their passports if they are more than 10 years old; otherwise, they may be denied entry to the country they are traveling to and/or the airline may not carry out their flights. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    There is no visa requirement for holders of green passports; a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the end of travel is sufficient.
    Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country, as the passport police have the authority to deny entry. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    The visa information provided in the program applies to Turkish citizens. Guests holding a passport other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.
    To avoid issues with the customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, damaged, wet, or similarly damaged passports, it is recommended to renew those passports, and if there is a visa for T.C. citizens, it should be on the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
    Guests under 18 are advised to have a common consent letter from both parents for entering and exiting the country, in case police officers request such a document, especially if traveling alone or with only one parent.
