Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.

The agency is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.

VISA

  • Visa requirements apply to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. For a visa application, it is necessary to apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.

  • Guests traveling with a Republic of Türkiye green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

  • There is no visa requirement for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.

  • Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passport(s), such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

  • As there is a possibility that guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer on duty at entry and exit points to provide a document showing the joint consent of the parents, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
