The Participant hereby acknowledges in advance that they will participate in the tours to be organized as specified in the tour program and will not disrupt the program, and that they will additionally pay the tour representative during the trip the amount previously specified in the tour program for payments relating to expenses such as local guides, museum & archaeological site admissions, city taxes, and, where applicable, headphones and audio systems. The Participant has been fully and completely informed on this matter.
Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or where there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the trip departure.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, your agency will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child staying alongside 2 adults and falling within the applicable age group.
Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as a continental breakfast, and may be served for groups in a separate room allocated to the group.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with a guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site admissions. If the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant locations on the day and at the time coinciding with the tour, or because roads are closed due to an event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
In cases where only category information is provided and/or alternative information is available for the same destination, you may learn the hotel(s) where you will stay 48 hours before the trip departure.
Guests may not cancel or make changes to our tours offered under promotional and Early Booking campaigns.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify you of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children between 0 and 2 years of age do not pay airport taxes and airport service fees.
VISA
Visa requirements apply to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye. For a visa application, it is necessary to apply through our agency with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip and the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list.
Guests traveling with a Republic of Türkiye green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
There is no visa requirement for green passport holders; a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of the trip is sufficient.
Having a visa does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed; passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passport(s), such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
As there is a possibility that guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father may be asked by the police officer on duty at entry and exit points to provide a document showing the joint consent of the parents, we recommend that guests under 18 and their parents pay particular attention to this matter.
