Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.
- In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour is conducted, English guidance may be provided.
- In situations where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or if there are alternative options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, your agency will inform you 15 days before the tour departure.
- Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are characterized as pull-out and sofa beds, the tourist participant agrees that they will be squeezed in the rooms in case of 3rd person and/or child bookings. Child discounts apply to one child that fits the age group accompanying 2 adults.
- The services included in the tour program, such as breakfasts taken at hotels, are presented according to the breakfast culture of the country being visited and are generally served in a limited menu referred to as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and can be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are organized for the general introduction of cities and are maximum 2-3 hour tours conducted during which the entry to museums and archaeological sites is not included. Panoramic tours, along with other tours specified in the program, may not be conducted if there are no permits granted by local authorities for visits due to closed roads or any events or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions, in which case Fly Express is not responsible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where vehicles are not allowed to enter due to closed roads or other restrictions.
- It is necessary to confirm flight times without taking domestic flights. If the guest purchases the domestic connection flight from a different product provider independently of the agency, in the case of cancellation by the agency or in the event of a change in the times, they cannot request any refund from the agency. The guest accepts in advance any financial and moral losses arising from the cancellation or change of the tour. Fly Express cannot be held responsible for this situation.
- According to airline regulations, if the outbound flight purchased as a round trip ticket is not used, the return flight will be canceled by the airline.
- Guests participating in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point by their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all their transfers by their own means.
- Guests who are not present at the specified airport at the times reported according to the airline's regulations, who do not check in and board in time, or who check in and board on time but cannot board the aircraft are not Fly Express's responsibility in case of inability to make the flight. All expenses for obtaining new round-trip tickets necessary for those who miss the flight and for transfers in the region they will visit are their own responsibility.
- Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/identifications, and Fly Express is not responsible for any forgotten/lost/stolen items. In cases where forgotten items are found, there is no obligation to deliver them to the country and/or the person, and the costs incurred during delivery are the responsibility of the item owner.
- In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., the integrity and continuity of the group is essential; therefore, the guide may not accompany guests individually in such negative situations.

Penalties arising from incorrect information regarding ticket cancellations and changes will be charged to you.

- Participation in extra tours is optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are considered to have accepted to wait at a suitable rest area on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest area before the extra tour starts and will be picked up from the point they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
- When only category information is provided and/or there are alternative options for the same destination, you will learn about the hotel(s) you will be staying in 48 hours before the tour departure.

There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change before an existing trip. Fly Express is obliged to inform of these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
VISA
- There is no visa requirement for Turkish citizens. It is sufficient to have a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel completion.
